• A.C. 12 (7/5): Akzeptables Hotel für wenige Nächte - - Tolle Lage, nahe an Castel Sforzesco und Piazza del Duomo - Gute grösse des Badzimmers - Bequemes Bett - WC Schüssel direkt neben einer schrägen Wand. - Trotz da das Zimmer versucht wurde zu wärmen, funktionierte es nicht. Sehr kalt in der Nacht - Laden der Geräte sehr langsam trotz starkes Netzteil.

• Michela (7/5): - La posizione, gli arredi, lo staff cortese e preparato. La camera era grande e con affaccio nella strada principale. Dieci minuti a piedi dal Duomo. Vicino a bar, fermata autobus, supermercato e a meno di 5 minuti dalla fermata metro del Castello Sforzesco Ho trovato a terra capelli non miei, forse il ovviamente in parquet non trattato non si pulisce benissimo. Non mi è piaciuto che la notte non c'è il portiere. Ti danno un codice per aprire la porta d'ingresso se rientri dopo le 22:00. Credo che per il prezzo e per le 4 stelle, il portiere di notte sia un servizio essenziale. Come essenziale è dare la prima colazione, un 4 stelle che chiede un supplemento di 15€ a testa x la colazione lo trovo eccessivo, visto il prezzo del pernottamento, che non è eccessivo, ma giusto per un 4 stelle. Questo di non dare la colazione, o di farla pagare a parte, è una cosa che ho trovato solo a Milano

• LORENZO (1/5): Never again - Nothing Basically everything, it was all too much small, and not very functional, like the elevator for exemple. There was also a receptionist, who usually starts working from the afternoon till the evening, that wasn’t very kind, he wasn’t professional at all and whenever he could he went off the desk… so it also wasn’t very helpful

Não foi oferecido água de cortesia no quarto. Não tinha shampoo no banheiro e nem produtos de higiene comparado com de hotéis 4 estrelas. O hotel não me parece ser 4 estrelas.

Personelin davranışları kaba ve kötü idi. 2 kişi olmamıza ve iki oda anahtarı istememize rağmen vermediler. Oda temizliği zamanında yapılmadı. Temizlik görevlileri kapıyı çalmadan defelarca odaya girdiler. Odada güvenliğinizi sağlayacak içten kilit mekanizması yoktu.

A partir das 5h da manhã comecou a tocar um alarme intermitente que se manteve até as 8h da manhã. Quarto extremamente quente e ar condicionado nao funcionaava. Casa de banho desgastada.

Vicina a stazione Cadorna e altri punti di interesse della città e 10 min a piedi dal duomo. Molto gentile la signora addetta alla pulizia camera. La struttura non sembra all’altezza di un 4 stelle. Puzza di fumo ingresso camera (ovviamente per il prezzo forse non si può pretendere di più trattandosi di milano).

Il bagno claustrofobico e l’affaccio sulla piazza senza i doppi infissi rende ogni rumore di auto/ tram anche più amplificato. Il late check-in nonostante sia una struttura a 4 stelle è stato fatto a distanza il che non conferisce un problema di per sé ma il cartello con su scritto “problemi ad accedere chiamaci” era molto piccolo e non di facile comprensione. Si può migliorare sicuramente.

• Charlotte (7/5): Okay, but wouldn't come back. - It was clean and in a very good location. The bed is super hard which I found uncomfortable to sleep in. We also had to book this as emergency accommodation due to an issue on booking.com with another property and we booked the triple room as the last available room but when we arrived were given a double. Bare in mind this obviously cost a lot more and when booking.com reached out to Mokinba to ask for a partial refund for the room we didn't have but they refused.

I booked a double room, they gave me a single and were lying to my face that it’s a double even though you can see from pictures on their profile that it’s a single.

Biz beklerken gelen iki bayan misafire ise çok daha ilgili davrandı. 3 kişi olarak 2 oda şeklinde konakladık. Odamızda havlu eksikti, bu nedenle resepsiyonu aradık ancak kimseye ulaşamadık. Ayrıca giriş sırasında kahvaltı hakkında, fiyatın neleri kapsadığı konusunda ya da otelin olanakları hakkında hiçbir bilgi verilmedi. 6. katta kaldık ve oda inanılmaz gürültülüydü. Dışarıdan gelen sesler çok net bir şekilde içeri geliyordu çünkü pencerenin plastik contası yırtılmıştı. Tam uyuyacakken arkadaşım tuvalete girdi ve tüm su sesi odanın içinde duyuluyordu. Daha sonra su damla damla akmaya başladı ve bu durum gerçekten çok sinir bozucuydu.
