Frederic (9/5): Hôtel cosy traditionnel avec une chambre très spacieuse et confortable - Très simple d’y arriver de la gare centrale. Je dirais 10 minutes de marche. Le plus long est de sortir de la gare (majestueuse et que je vous recommande de bien admirer). Hôtel “traditionnel” dans le sens authentique et cosy. Accueil très agréable et professionnel au comptoir. J’ai eu la Chambre 703. Très belle chambre, aérée, spacieuse, bien équipée et confortable. Un placard dans l’entrée avec coffre fort et des chaussons. Grand miroir pour se voir en pied. Bureau avec chaise confortable (voir mes photos) + grand fauteuil pour se relaxer. Grand lit ferme et accueillant. Meuble porte bagage de bonne taille. Et une salle de bain en marbre qui n’oublie pas le bidet pour ses clients italiens. Sèche-cheveux, produits pour le bain de bonne qualité. Savon pour les mains qui laisse une sensation de fraîcheur, très bien choisi. Le tout est très propre (sauf peut être sur le bord des balcons des 2 fenêtres). Télé avec 95 chaînes (très peu en français). Très bonne idée de l’hôtel qui fournit une liste des chaînes, on peut choisir ce qu’on va regarder. Il y a aussi un mini bar (seulement des bouteilles d’eau mais j’ai pu y glisser la mienne pour la garder au frais). Vraiment tout le confort et je répète chambre calme (bon double vitrage) confortable et spacieuse. Petit-déjeuner varié. Seuls bémols : grille pain très lent à chauffer les tranches et jus de fruits moyens. Mais pour l’ensemble, c’est un petit-déjeuner de qualité. Le personnel est tres aimable. Se prend au rez-de-chaussée dans une grande salle agréable bien distribuée. L’hôtel accepte de garder le bagage le jour du départ pour vous permettre de vous balader.

Fernanda Helena (5/5): Para quem tem sono pesado é ótima opção - Localização excelente!!! Embora perto da estação de trem não é perigoso e dá pra fazer tudo a pé. O hotel é lindo em um prédio antigo e glamouroso e não tem cheiro de velho. O café da manhã é bom com um capuccino maravilhoso. A equipe é muito simpática. Não dormi quase nada. O prédio não tem proteção acústica. O barulho do piso de cima passa pelas paredes assim como descarga e chuveiro do andar de cima ecoam como uma cachoeira no quarto debaixo. Os hóspedes perto do meu arrastavam móveis até as 2 hs da manhã e as 7 chegava a camareira e arrastava tudo!!!

Sobe su čiste i uredne, a interijer plijeni pažnju. Doručak je dobar, ali bi mogao biti raznovrsniji s obzirom na kategoriju hotela.

Petit déjeuner excellent et varié chaque jour. Le grand plus, c'est le rooftop qui donne une belle vue sur la ville.

Hotel muy antiguo, necesitaría algunas actualizaciones; el personal de limpieza hizo ruído las dos mañana en horarios muy tempranos. Por el precio que pagué, esperaba unas instalaciones, unos servicios y una estancia mejor.

Martine (8/5): Fijn hotel, maar de volgende keer vraag ik om een kamer aan de achterkant - Ligging: vlakbij station en metrolijn/openbaar vervoer. Personeel: vooral bij het ontbijt ontzettend vriendelijke vrouwen en ook het schoonmaakpersoneel heel aardig. We sliepen aan de straatkant: heel veel lawaai van de tram. Ramen kon je niet open houden. Geen waterkoker/koffieapparaat op de kamer.
