Ancak otelin en büyük artısı kesinlikle personeli. Giriş anımızdan çıkışımıza kadar tüm ekip inanılmaz güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Ne zaman bir şeye ihtiyacımız olsa samimiyetle yardımcı oldular. Hizmet kalitesi ve temizlik de beklentilerimizin çok üzerindeydi. Klima son gün çalışmıyordu. Hava serin olmasa ciddi şekilde rahatsız edebilirdi bu durum. İlk günler sorun yoktu. Sonrasında çalışmadı.

- Martina (6/5): Recht zentral gelegen und gut erreichbar - Das Hotel ist sehr gut erreichbar per Metro und Bus. Von der Metro kann man auch gut 10min zu Fuss zum Hotel. Das Frühstück ist gut. Das Zimmer sauber mit vielen Steckdosen. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich! Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Man hatte kaum Bewegungsfreiheit zwischen Bett und Schreibtisch. Zudem war das Bett lediglich mit einem dünnen Überwurf ausgestattet, wodurch es nachts unangenehm kalt wurde. Eine Heizung gab es im Zimmer nicht (sichtbar). Das Fenster konnte zum Lüften nur kurz geöffnet werden, da sich darunter offenbar die Küche befand und sämtliche Gerüche direkt ins Zimmer zogen. Eine Kollegin hatte ein Zimmer zur Strasse, an der die Tram verkehrt. Der Lärmpegels war immens hoch. Dort war kein Fensteröffnen möglich. Im Badezimmer lief das Wasser im Waschbecken nicht ab, was trotz täglicher Reinigung offenbar nicht bemerkt wurde. Ab dem dritten Tag gab es zudem keine frischen Handtücher mehr. In der Zimmerbestätigung waren Kaffee- und Teemöglichkeiten im Zimmer angekündigt. Tatsächlich gab es zwar eine Kaffeemaschine, die benötigten Kaffeepads beziehungsweise Teebeutel mussten jedoch separat an der Rezeption gekauft werden. Überraschend hoch fiel zudem die Tourismusabgabe mit 7 Euro pro Nacht aus. Dies ist möglicherweise den örtlichen Gegebenheiten in Mailand geschuldet ist, allerdings habe ich bei zahlreichen Reisen bislang keine vergleichbar hohe Abgabe erlebt. Auch das Frühstückskonzept war wenig transparent: Ein einfaches italienisches Frühstück kostete 7 Euro, mit Eierspeisen wurde daraus ein „interkontinentales Frühstück“ für 14 Euro. Bei Buchung inklusive Frühstück erhöhte sich der Zimmerpreis sogar um 20 Euro pro Nacht, weshalb sich die separate Buchung letztlich als sinnvoll erwies. Insgesamt stellte sich das vermeintliche „Schnäppchenzimmer“ für immerhin 110 Euro pro Nacht am Ende als vergleichsweise teuer heraus.

Le buffet du petit déjeuner varié et savoureux. Les transports en bus et tram sont vraiment à proximité pour nous amener au centre de Milan. Je recommande vraiment.

- maurits (8/5): Goed hotel om Milaan te verkennen. - Medewerkers waren behulpzaam, vriendelijk en meedenkend. Badkamer was erg netjes en alles werkte goed. De bedden waren vrij hard. Dat was prima maar je voelde de vering in de matrassen. Niet te hinderlijk maar verminderde iets het comfort. Maar dat was ook het enige.

I travelled for the Marathon and My room was held for me until 1pm for a free late checkout to be able to run the race and come back for a shower. Allowed me access to the breakfast items the night before to take to the room for early start. Room was small but single traveller in single bed but plenty for what was needed Great water pressure and very nice bathrooms. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as metro and tram access. Supermarket just 5mins walk away as well

- filip (7/5): - Es ist einfach nur sauber. Mir gefiel nicht, dass es Treppen gab und niemand beim Tragen der Koffer half. Wir reisten mit einem sechs Monate alten Kind. Meine Frau musste den Kinderwagen mit dem Kind darin hochheben, während der Mann an der Rezeption zusah. Wir zahlten außerdem 150 € plus Steuern, also etwa 170 €, und hatten kein Frühstück. Das Personal war höflich, aber unprofessionell.
