• Anna (10/5): Polecam bardzo serdecznie, na pewno tam wrócę. - Hotel w lokalizacji rewelacyjnej bardzo blisko przystanku autobusu z lotniska. Dworzec Milano Centrale oraz metro kilka kroków od wejścia do hotelu. Obsługa mega sympatyczna, pomocna. Serdecznie pozdrawiam. Śniadania na dachu z widokiem na Dworzec nie budził wątpliwości cudowną koniecznością. Różnorodność śniadaniowa zachwyca, dużo i świeże, pyszna kawa. Hotel czysty i bardzo niezależny. Korzystaliśmy z gościnności hotelu 13 osób i każdy był bardzo zadowolony. Z całego serca polecamy.

• Pedro (7/5): Um hotel útil a um bom preço - A localização é extraordinária. O hotel fica a dois minutos a pé da estação Central. Bate-voltas para Florença e Veneza ficaram muito mais cômodos. Há restaurantes por perto. Bom atendimento da recepção. Os quartos precisam de uma renovação, pois possuem um certo mal aspecto. O ralo da pia estava emperrado. O quarto ficou bastante frio, não sendo possível controlar a temperatura.

• Richard (7/5): Friendly staff, convenient location but rooms are a bit old and has poor sound insulation - The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Sara at reception provided us with extra pillows and kettle on request and has a great attitude. The location is very near the central train station. Property is old and my room has a whole in the wall. The walls are thin and we could hear conversations in the corridor clearly.

• Anna (10/5): Kind staff, excellent view of the beautiful train station, comfortable room - Friendly staff, excellent location right across the street from the entrance to train station, good amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. We were able to leave our luggage for free while they prepared our room. Cute restaurants nearby. A great view of the train station and plaza. It wasn't very noisy when we were there but the door let sound in. I always wear ear plugs at a hotel because none are very quiet though.

• _E6729GP (8/5): Review - The hotel is in a very handy location. The staff are friendly and attentive to guests' needs. We were kindly given a room overlooking the central train station. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast is varied and of a high standard. The only thing that could be improved is the state of the bathroom fixtures. But that’s just a minor detail.

Les chambres sont assez spacieuses et confortables avec une vue imprenable sur la place AOSTA. Le personnel est aux petits soins et plus particulièrement MARCO, ABDENASSER et SARA ( du service de l'accueil) et MOHAMMED (du service de la restauration). We had a room with an amazing view, which we enjoyed very much. The breakfast was delicious and versatile enough. Special thanks to Marco, who was extremely kind and made us feel welcome, as if we were returning to our second home every time we came back to the hotel. Chambre et salle d'eau très confortable et très propre. Ligne de métro au pied de L’hôtel nous menant directement au Duomo, puis dans le reste de la ville. HOTEL PARFAIT. Juste évitez le restaurant pizzeria se trouvant à 30 mètres en sortant à gauche. Une arnaque, des voleurs, FUYEZ. regardez avis sur Google.

I would especially like to mention Abdullah Nasser, he was very kind, explained everything clearly. If you stay here, make sure to ask for him. I had an early check-out, and he even prepared a takeaway breakfast for me, which I really appreciated :)

• Glynis (9/5): Great hotel for value and location. - Hotel was just across the road from Central Station. Excellent breakfasts served on top floor, giving a good view over the Milan skyline. Staff were friendly and helpful. They gave us a good packed breakfast when we had an early start before restaurant open at 7am. We stayed for a week and had expected fresh bed sheets half way through. Although we got a good size bath towel each and a flannel, it would have been helpful to get a hand towel too.

La habitación era cómoda, limpia y tranquila, perfecta para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad. Destaco especialmente la amabilidad del personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y atentos durante toda la estadía. El check-in fue rápido y todo funcionó sin inconvenientes. Perfect view. 5 mins from the bus station to the Bergamo airport.All the public transport in a hand distance. Nice restaurants in the vicinity. And very friendly and hospitable personnel. What else do you actually need to spend a few lovely days in Milano sightseeing.
• Ivanna (10/5): What a find! - This hotel is perfectly located right beside Milano Centrale train station. After a long flight and then training in from the airport it was brilliant to come out of the station, look left and then walk about 100m to the hotel. I had a single room which was perfectly set up. Lots of room for luggage. Some good hanging space for clothes and a desk which was perfect to work from. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Metro is under the train station and 4 stops from the Duomo. Couldn’t be more convenient
