• Marc (8/5): C'est correct mais pour le prix peut mieux faire - Emplacement correct. Les fruits coupés étaient secs car pas conservé dans un réfrigérateur. L'eau chaude de la douche mettait beaucoup de temps à venir et pb d'écoulement dans la douche

• Erik (1/5): Meglio dormire nella macchina in autogrill ! - Esperienza catastrofica dall’inizio alla fine. Hotel sporco e totalmente irrispettoso verso i clienti. Entrando in camera abbiamo trovato delle calze sporche sotto il letto, prova evidente che la pulizia non era stata fatta correttamente. Al risveglio abbiamo anche notato delle macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Essendo rientrati tardi e molto stanchi, purtroppo non le avevamo viste prima di andare a dormire, il che rende la situazione ancora più disgustosa. Ma il peggio è stata la notte: mi sono svegliato pieno di punture, probabilmente causate da cimici dei letti. Prurito, irritazioni sulle braccia e notte completamente rovinata. Impossibile dormire serenamente in un posto del genere. E come se non bastasse, sveglia alle 8 del mattino a causa delle addette alle pulizie che facevano un rumore assurdo nelle camere intorno alla nostra durante il “servizio di pulizia”. Porte sbattute, conversazioni ad alta voce, spostamenti di materiale… impossibile riposarsi. Zero professionalità, zero igiene, zero rispetto per i clienti. La mattina abbiamo chiesto dei sacchi per chiudere i vestiti usati e della biancheria pulita per poterci lavare dopo le punture, ma non ci è mai stato portato nulla. Comunicazione inesistente e personale totalmente inefficiente. Abbiamo anche cercato di trovare un accordo con la responsabile dopo tutti questi problemi, ma qualsiasi discussione è stata impossibile. Nessun vero gesto commerciale nonostante la situazione. L’unico “gesto” che la receptionist ci ha proposto è stato offrirci i 7€ del parcheggio per qualche ora in più… ridicolo vista l’esperienza vissuta e le condizioni della camera. Sconsiglio fortemente questo hotel. Viste le condizioni e l’igiene disastrosa, questa struttura dovrebbe essere controllata al più presto. Da evitare assolutamente.

Prezzi esageratamente elevati in occasione di eventi allo stadio. Hanno provato ad addebitarmi la colazione (che non era inclusa nella mia tariffa) pur non avendone usufruito.

And you could hear people openning their bedrooms every 10 minutes during the whole night, ai had to sleep with my noise cancelling earphones and still was waking up every 2 hours because the other guests noise

• Marinos (5/5): It was OK. - The hotel is literally next door to Lotto Metro station. It has a paid parking (which comes at a lower cost than a nearby facility), with vehicle chargers (at a cost too). The rooom was decent size and the bathroom was large and clean. Unfortunatelly, the hotel suffers from noise from the metro. We stayed at the ground floor and you could hear the metro passing by below you. We were able to sleep but the noise was not the best. Also, there was noise coming from the rooms next to ours - from other guests.

• Lars (5/5): Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. - The room was clean and renovated The pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the rooms very noisy. You could hear people in the next room talk, traffic noisy and you can hear/ feel the metro underneath.

• James (7/5): - Location is excellent and staff we welcoming and helpful. Room was like a furnace as it was 24 degrees outside and room faced the sun during the day. The shutter didn't help and the Aircon is seasonal so wasn't activated centrally. 4 very uncomfortable nights sleep with window open on to noisy traffic.

• Simone (5/5): - Cliente da ormai un po di tempo, dove ho sempre elogiato questa struttura purtroppo questa volta nn sono rimasto soddisfatto La camera di per sé bella come le altre a parte la vasca invece che la doccia, ma la cosa che mi ha lasciato del tutto insoddisfatto è stata la posizione della camera a piano terra fronte strada con la gente che ti cammina sotto la finestra, scusatemi ma quella camera a mio avviso è invendibile se nn chiudi le tapparelle la gente ti vede in camera e se ti affacci fai tranquillamente una chiacchierata coi passanti.

Non consiglierei questo albergo.L'ho prenotato all'ultimo momento per un imprevisto e tutto ho avuto tranne un sonno conciliatore Stanza piccola e rumore dalla strada. Se dai una stanza ad un primo piano scarso che dà sulla strada principale, almeno usa dei doppi vetri.

• Claudio (8/5): Nice stay - The property was well placed in front of my customer office, in addition you have the metro stop just few steps away from the hotel entrance. Despite confirming my arrival time at 15:00, the room was not ready: some other guest had the same issue. Apparently, a group of visitors left the room without picking their belongings so they could not housekeep. They provided me a space to work until 18:00 when they provided the room.

Also when we identified the issue the hotel wouldn’t accept it :/ which was very disappointing
