- Karen (6/5): Great location for Central Station but impersonal experience. - I had a balcony in my little room, it was clean and comfortable and location great for Milan Central Station. Felt safe as a single woman traveller. This is a corporate business hotel with few frills. Equivalent to staying in a travelodge type in the UK. No tea or coffee facilities and no explanation that water available on each floor. Fridge in room was useful but found it by accident. Found a coffee dispenser for 50 cents on second day. Lift arrangement was odd. Up to 1st floor then another lift. Staff pleasant but did not offer any assistance or advice apart from bare minimum.

Limpeza do quarto diariamente, toalhas novas. Wifi não pegou, mas sempre saia cedo e chegava tarde, não foi um impeditivo pra min já que sempre nos antecipamos com eSim ilimitados para evitar ficar sem sinal.

- PAOLO (1/5): pessimo - purtoppo niente Abbiamo prenotato 4 camere matrimoniale di cui 2 superior , con pagamento anticipato , al momento del check in ci è stato detto che non c'era piu disponibilita' di camere per un guasto ai piani, senza neanche provvedere ad altra sistemazione se non quella di offrirci di condividere un appartamento.. alla fine siamo stati sistemati nell'ala vecchia dell'hotel , veramente mal messa .........................

- Thayni (8/5): Confortável - As toalhas e as roupas de cama são de muita qualidade e as pessoas que fazem a limpeza e a recepção do hotel são muito gentis e dispostas a ajudar. A atendente de origem africana teve o carinho de mostrar várias opções de quartos para eu escolher o qual melhor me atenderia com a cadeira de rodas, excepcional. O atendimento dos atendentes no café da manhã. Parecem que estão te atendendo por obrigação e não estão dispostos a ajudar. E não é a primeira vez que isso acontece na nossa estadia aqui.

Me tocó esperarme 15 minutos más afuera. La caja fuerte y el teléfono no funcionaban. Acceder a la habitación es un laberinto.

- Peugeot308CC (8/5): 駅が近くて便利なホテル - 中央駅の近くで便利なロケーションにあります。施設自体は新しく、清潔でした。 デスクライトは点灯しない。シャワーの湯量が足りないため、温度が低く寒かった。８時過ぎに朝食に行くと食器も食物も無く、しばらくの間待たなければなりませんでした。担当スタッフが１名だけのため、追いつかない様でした。窓の外は向かいの建物で、眺望が全くありません。シティビューというのは偽りでした。

Odalarda kahve, çay makinası olabilirdi, En azından sıcak su alabilecek bir yer olsa iyi olurdu, kahvaltı bölümünde olan sonrasında çalışmıyor. Hiç dolap yok, 2 tane askı koymuşlar, eşyalarımızı, paltolarımızı bile asamadık. Bu ikinci kalışımız, ertesi gün tren seyahatimiz olduğu için seçtim, sanırım farklı oda tipleri var, öncesindekinde dolap vardı. Wi-fi doğru düzgün çalışmıyor. Bu da odanın konumundan kaynaklanıyor olabilir.

Quiet at night despite the location. Rooms could use a renovation, some parts seemed quite run-down. Broken lamps were not replaced. Color missing on walls etc. Also, not much info about the hotel or surroundings was provided.

- Barbara (8/5): - Clean, comfortable accommodations in the right location. It was hard figuring out how the lights worked. Some were not working. The bathroom door made a loud cracking sound and it’s just not very private. People don’t want the whole world to know what you do in the bathroom. But with a swinging acrylllic door— nobody can make be mistaken.
