Funcionários muito educados e atenciosos. Embora eu tenha saído antes do horário do café da manhã, o funcionário nos convidou para tomar o café que já estava servido. Foi muito bom ! Adoramos e indicamos.

Habitacion sobria , con todo lo necesario para una estadia como la que tuvimos, muy limpio y con un buen desayuno. Si llego a volver a Milan no dudaría en alojarme nuevamente en el hotel

Manhã tornou se um pouco incomodativo, queríamos dormir mais um pouco , e o barulho das pessoas ao pequeno almoço acabou por nos estragar os planos

Pokoje jsou maličkaté a staršího data, nejsou odhlučněné, každý den uklizené.Na metro docházková vzdálenost v řádu několika minut. Bohužel jsme navštívili hotel v TOP termínu "design week" a cena tak bylo příliš vysoká.

- Paul (10/5): Great location - We loved this hotel, just around the corner and up the street was Porto romano metro which made travelling very easy to centrale station and Duomo..the hotel had lovely friendly staff and breakfast was great! No lift but only up one flight of stairs so not a problem..room had very comfy bed ,mini bar , kettle and safe, all that we required.lots of places to eat and a supermarket about 5 mins away..we had a great time here and would recommend it😁 Nothing.

Even with windows open and aircon on there was very poor air circulation in the room. Breakfast was quite disappointing. Beds were not the comfiest but did the job for 2 nights. The sheets that are used don’t stay on the duvet as they are open each end, which revealed some orange stains on the duvet.

- Kerry (10/5): Great location. Small hotel. - Great location. Walking distance to metro and from there easy to get into the centre. Plenty of places to eat. Staff were very friendly and we were lucky enough to get into our room a little earlier. We were supplied with several ( desperately needed ) coffees after our thirty hour journey while we waited when we found out we would likely be able to get into our room within an hour of arriving.

- Milica (1/5): Worst hotel experience in my entire life. - Nothing The worst hotel experience in my entire life! I strongly suggest people to skip this hotel. Our room was next to reception, and breakfast place is in front of reception ("hotel" is super small) so we heard people eating from our room. On top of that, in the morning some guy was right in front our window smoking. Moreover, the room is super small and the bed is super short. Air condition on top of our heads. We left "hotel" in the morning and report that the booking customer service. We hope that this will help, as it ruined our vacation completely.

The location was good, close to the center of the city The room was too small and the wardrobe was even smaller. The rooms were very noisy and super small. The bathroom and shower were extremely small. It was not as clean as I would expect. The room was very warm and the AC was not working at all.

- Westley (8/5): Solo Stay 2 nights in Feb - I stayed at Hotel Piacenza for two nights at the end of February. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and spoke very good English, so there were no communication issues at all. I didn’t try the breakfast as I chose to eat out, and I spent very little time in the hotel overall, but it worked well as a comfortable base to rest my head after exploring the city. The room was small but nice and comfortable, and it had everything I needed. The minibar was a great addition and I appreciated having cold water available after long days out. The location was also a highlight. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Milan’s main tourist areas, which made it feel like a more authentic and quiet Italian neighbourhood. At the same time, it was still very convenient for getting around — about a 5-minute walk to the metro, then roughly a 10-minute train journey into the centre, or around 20 minutes by rented electric bike or scooter. The hotel kindly allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out so I could explore the city before my train, which I appreciated. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would likely stay here again. One small downside was that the room could have been a bit cleaner, as there was a noticeable layer of dust on some of the furniture surfaces. When I returned to collect my bag the doors were locked. I was in a bit of a rush and nearly missed my train, which was a little stressful, although someone eventually answered and I was able to collect my bag just in time.

- Carolyn (9/5): We would definitely go back to this hotel. - Staff very friendly and helpful, we felt welcome. Single room bed was wider than twin and comfortable. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. The hotel has no elevator. This was only a problem on arrival and departure as there are no rooms more than one flight of stairs up.

Good breakfast. Only complaint is that when you come later to breakfast, not all the food is available. More frequent replenishment of the food is necessary.

Guter Kaffee beim Frühstück. Es war sauber. Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für Kurztrips ok, für längere Aufenthalte relativ kleine Zimmer. Wer süßes Frühstück mag ok, sonst ist das Angebot etwas mager.

No tiene ascensor. Algo apartado del centro aunque en ciertas épocas del año se agradece, y el metro está cerca. Zona de desayuno algo pequeña y puede que te toque esperar, aunque no fue nuestro caso.
