- Ivaylo (10/5): The staff were incredibly nice. - Everything was exactly as advertised, the room matched the photos, the location was spot on, and check-in was smooth. But honestly what pushes this to a 10 is the staff. Genuinely some of the nicest, most helpful people I have encountered at any hotel. They went out of their way without being asked and made us feel like actual guests rather than just another booking. Highly recommended. The walls are a bit thin.

And even during the exhibition period, the prices were very reasonable and truly great value for money. The location was perfect as well: very close to the metro, and the train station was only about a 10-minute walk away.

- Cornelia (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in guter Gegend, Nähe zu Öffis - Das Frühstück war sehr angenehm, zwar schlicht und nicht pompös aber alles war da, mehr als man essen konnte. Mein Zimmer ging zu einem Innenhof, das fand ich erst wunderbar, sehr leise, aber dann gab es die ganze Nacht ein immerwährendes klackerndes Geräusch, wie von einer Klimaanlage, die irgedwo Kontakt hat und eben ein leises, aber sehr nerviges Geräusch macht. So musste ich das Fenster schließen, aber offensichtlich habe ich die Klimaanage nicht verstanden, da ich sie nicht unter 21,5 Grad stellen konnte. Das war mir deutlich zu warm. So war meine Nacht nicht ganz erholsam.

Zum Hof war es ein wenig laut wegen eines großen Lüftungsaggregates. Fenster musste daher zu bleiben. Klimaanlage alternativ natürlich auch mit Geräusch verbunden. Das Zimmer zur Straße war dagegen sehr gut.

- Mifsud JS (5/5): - The general cleanliness of the room was acceptable. Towels were changed daily. The room was nice and modern. The breakfast was very basic. Bread was not soft and fluffy but dry and slightly hard The temperature inside the room was quite warm. When I asked reception if they could adjust the air conditioning, we were informed that it was too early in season to lower it. We opened the window during the night to cool the room which helped a lot with the heat, but unfortunately introduced another problem - significant noise from outside. There were people partying until around 3:00 am along with loud garbage collection, particularly from glass disposable. Because of this, we did not manage to get a full night's sleep.
