• Nicola (6/5): Worst night sleep. - The reception staff were nice and helpful. The location is perfect. The most uncomfortable bed. It was very noisy. Could hear the neighbouring rooms talking and the traffic/ noise outside. The cleaners left my pyjamas on the floor twice. Room floors were stained.

• Klaus (8/5): - Recht nettes Hotel in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße nur ein paar Minuten von Centrale entfernt. Moderne, saubere Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Es wird nur ein minimales Frühstück mit Kaffee und Croissant angeboten, aber am Bahnhof gibt es ja genug Optionen. Und das Badezimmer war sehr klein und eng, vor allem die Toilette, die ohne Abstand zwischen Wand und Duschkabine hineingezwängt worden ist.. Ideal für kleine und schlanke Personen.

• Dariusz (7/5): Close to the central station. - The reception staff were friendly. Close to the train station, and the 12 p.m. check-out was important for us. The rooms need renovation. The grout between the tiles looked like it had never been cleaned or replaced (room 103). We paid an extra €30 for the tourist tax, and on top of that we had to pay extra for the water in the room. The walls were scratched, and you could hear people talking in the next room.

El baño muy bueno. La limpieza excelente!! No tenía ascensor para subir los bolsos. Un poco de ruido ya que algunas habitaciones dan hacía la av. principal. Las cortinas dejan entrar luz, no tiene Black out.

This is the first hotel I stayed with no supply of coffee and tea not kettle in Italy and other countries . I am a bit disappointed as I need regular hot tea everyday.

• Gustavo (9/5): - De forma geral, o hotel é muito bom. O atendimento foi excelente, inclusive me permitiram fazer check-in antecipado, 3 horas antes do horário previsto. O hotel é bem localizado, em uma região aparentemente segura e próxima a vários meios de transporte. A estrutura é muito boa, além de ser muito limpo e organizado. O único ponto negativo é que não oferecem café da manhã. Você tem opção de comprar um lanche a um preço fechado, mas sem opções diversificadas, mesmo que se pague por isso.

• Luca (7/5): Buono, per soggiorni brevi e comodi vicino alla stazione - Posizione davvero comoda per la stazione (10 minuti a piedi), camera ampia, bagno molto spazioso, con doccia estremamente ampia. Personale cortese. La colazione - a pagamento - è davvero ridicola. Una bevanda, un succo di frutta e un cornetto (neppure buono) a 7 euro; con acqua a 8,50. Non c'era neppure il limone per un thè. Da evitare assolutamente. Camera non ben illuminata, si affacciava su un cortile interno.

The room was clean and overall the stay was comfortable and pleasant. The mattress could have been more comfortable. Prices in Milan are generally high, so the hotel felt slightly expensive for the overall experience.

• Amrita 07 (9/5): ok - Locatia hotelului, in zona garii centrale, usor accesibila, paturi confortabile, camerele curate, per ansamblu este un hotel ok pentru zona respectiva in Milano , potrivit pentru a sta 2/3 nopti Sistem de iluminare slab in camere, conexiunea wi-fi destul de slaba, au doar optiunea de mic dejun cu cafea si croissant la hotel( pentru mine a fost ok, dar pentru unii nu este suficient) , am stat la etajul 1 si se auzea destul de tare galagia de pe strada
