• Andrea (10/5): Wonderful stay in Venice - I had an excellent stay at Hotel Castello. The location is perfect — just a short walk from St. Mark’s Square and very convenient for getting everywhere in Venice. My room on the second floor was charming, very Venetian in style, bright, comfortable, and always spotless. The bathroom was very nice and modern. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. I also loved the area around the hotel: full of small shops and lovely restaurants, lively but not overly touristy. I would definitely stay here again! Nothing negative to mention. Just keep in mind that there are some stairs and no kettle or coffee machine in the room, although the staff kindly provided me with hot water whenever I needed it. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Il s'était engagé à faire un retour à booking qui n'a pas été réalisé malgré leur relance à son égard.

• Dalí (5/5): Possible bed bugs. Aesthetically pleasing room. - The room looks very nice and classy. The terace is superb. The maids are very kind. When i woke up i had some red marks from bug bites on multiple places on my body. Might be bed bugs. The reception is unprofessional and unwelcoming.

El cuarto es amplio y estaba muy limpio Poco renovado y caro para lo que ofrecen, supongo que dependerá de la temporada y que Venecia es caro en general, pero creo que no es una habitación por la que pagar 270€. El desayuno no lo probamos.

• Carmen (8/5): Tranquilo y céntrico. - La tranquilidad, no se oía ruido por la noche, y la cercanía al centro. Está a 5 minutos de la Plaza de San Marcos y a 3 de la Estación de vaporetto de San Zacarias, aunque para coger el que va al aeropuerto hay que ir a la letra B, que está algo más alejado. No hay ascensor, para nosotros no fue problema.

We opened a window because it was really hot and a lot of mosquitoes came in and bit us all night and we couldn't sleep a minute! And there were some guys outside the hotel who made noise and shouted almost all night...

• Soraya (10/5): Relación calidad-precio inmejorable. - Ubicación muy céntrica para acceder y visitar los principales sitios. Recepción abierta 24h y personal muy amable. Temperatura tanto del hotel, como de la habitación, excelente. Limpiaron la habitación cada día, todo súper limpio. El baño estaba reformado. La habitación era muy espaciosa y grande. La cama muy cómoda y las sábanas muy limpias y gustosas. No hay nada que no nos gustara. Por apuntar, la presión del agua es rara, pero seguramente sea así en toda la ciudad. Echamos en falta algún enchufe cerca de la cama, pero había por otras partes de la habitación.

• Sari (9/5): Gemütliches Hotel an super Lage mit freundlichem Personal - Gemütliches Hotelzimmer und super Lage. Dieses Hotel trägt viel Geschichte und war bestimmt einmal eine sehr gute Adresse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Mehrere Treppenstufen für ins Badezimmer - gewöhnungsbedürftig. Badezimmer sehr klein, zu Zweit kann man nicht darin sein. Einen Teekocher hätten wir sehr geschätzt.

İlk gece ve takip eden sabah yan odanın kapısında ve koridorsa çok fazla ses çıkarıldı. Sanırım kapı kilitli kalmıştı. Fakat bu bir bahane değil, nerdeyse benim kapımı açtıklarını sanıyordum ve uykumdan uyandırıldım. Ayrıca duvarlar çok ince, yan odada konuşulanları rahatlıkla duyuyorsunuz. Benim için kötü bir deneyimdi, bir daha Venedik'e gidersem burda konaklamam.

Eso sí, la primera vez hay que prestar atención para encontrarlo, está en un callejón. - Todo muy limpio. - Tamaño de la habitación y baño, amplios. - Tranquilo y sin ruidos. - Los vasos de la habitación son de plástico y estaban arrugados. Pedimos unos de cristal en recepción y nos dijeron que eran para el desayuno y no tenían para la habitación. - El agua en el baño salía de forma irregular, hay que tener algo de paciencia para ducharse. - La TV muy antigua, no es lo más importante, pero sí te apetece conectar algún canal como Netflix o Prime, no es posible al no ser SmartTV.

• Costin (8/5): - Locația se află într-o zonă excelentă la 2 min de Piața San Marco. Raportul calitate-preț este excelent . Hotelul dispune de o terasă la ultimul nivel unde se poate savura cafeaua de dimineață. Singurul minus ar fi că pereții sunt subțiri și dacă ar fi oaspeți gălăgioși probabil ca ar deranja.

Shower didn’t work, was a drip. Asked for aircon to be switch on, didnt happen. Boiling hot and it was only March. Mosquitoes everywhere. Bitten alive. Emailed asking for partial refund was told where to go!
