• Miki978 (9/5): Bellissima struttura in ottima posizione. - La posizione è eccellente: consente di raggiungere facilmente, con una bella passeggiata, tutti i punti di interesse. Inoltre, essendo a due passi dalla stazione Santa Lucia, è comodissima all'arrivo e alla partenza per muoversi potendo lasciare i bagagli. Palazzo storico molto bello e ben tenuto, camere pulite, colazione buona e personale gentilissimo. Se proprio devo trovare qualche elemento negativo: la mia stanza non aveva una bellissima vista e c'erano molte zanzare.
• Souney (7/5): Good location with a great view - The location was great, room was very nice and comfortable. We could'nt be happier as to where it was situated. The room has a view of the main canal as well as a side canal. The windows opens up wide and great to wake up to that view of the water and buildings surrounding us. Its walking distance to most water boats as well as the train station. The front of house staff could have been a bit more friendlier, but they were fine. We really did like our waitress in the morning, she went out of her way and was really sweet and accommodating. My only recommendation would be to maybe have some music in the breakfast hall as it felt a bit uptight and that we had to Wisper to each other. Music always just help with the "warmth "of the place.

I thought the hotel was really good but I didn’t like the room.It was rather dark and didn’t really have much of a view.If we had stayed in a nicer room I would have given a higher score.

• Sonia (10/5): Very charming hotel. I highly recommend! - Excellent location , close to bus terminal And train station . Would stay here again if I get the chance to visit Venice. The area is quiet and lively. The hotel is beautiful. I must mention the staff is excellent and the young lady helping us during breakfast is so kind and very polite. Breakast food is a great value.We got the room with a view of the canal and it is so worth it. Not much not to like. Just have to mention the shower room is on a smaller side. It did not bother us .Hard to use the door key but still workable.

Alla segnalazione del mancato funzionamento del phon (uno di quei modelli vecchissimi fissi a parete) ho chiesto un ricambio, ma non ho ricevuto feedback. Dopo 15 minuti ho richiamato e mi dicono che non c'è un solo phon di ricambio disponibile ma che continueranno a cercarlo. Mai arrivato altro feedbaclk e io lasciata con la testa bagnata e 12 gradi di temperatura. Inoltre i riscaldamenti erano spenti perché era maggio, ma faceva molto freddo e mi hanno fatto trovare la stanza gelata con l'aria condizionata accesa.

• Hendry (6/5): - Location excellent. Room was good. Clean. The bathroom has not been renovated in decades and was a big disappointment from the statements made on the website. The breakfast was one of the poorest we have ever experienced in Europe. The bread was stale and the selection exceedingly boring. Five days of sameness. After two days we looked forward to going elsewhere. We stayed in the Ritz Carlton prior to this hotel, at a similar cost, but a massive difference in quality.

• Djamila (3/5): Caro para poca calidad - Estaba bien ubicado La mujer de recepción fue amable, pero la habitación para el precio pagado no estuvo muy bien, ya que desde la primera noche estaba muy frío y por más que subíamos el aire acondicionado no calentaba nada, apenas pudimos dormir la primera noche y para la segunda noche tuve que bajar a preguntar por el aire a las 23h ya que la habitación seguía súper fría. Me dijeron que era por motivos técnicos que el aire acondicionado llevaba días funcionando mal y que justo unos días antes la gente se quejaba de que hacía demasiado calor y ahora estaban esperando a que lo arreglasen. Me dieron una manta para la noche lo cual ayudó un poco pero no fue suficiente ya que los días que estuve llovió bastante y hacía viento. Al día siguiente cuando vieron que me queje me dijeron que no entienden de donde he sacado que el problema del A/C era por problemas técnicos, que eso no era cierto, si no que era la normativa de Venecia (igual el hombre me lo explicó siendo respetuoso pero insinuando que me lo estaba inventando). Aunque puedo entender que eso sea cierto, es desagradable que una persona me diga que es por problemas técnicos y la otra me diga que es por normativas de Venecia. El problema seguía siendo el mismo, hacía tanto frío en la habitación que no pudimos dormir, nos despertábamos cada dos o tres horas por el frío. Después de haber pagado 5700NOK por dos noches, no es aceptable que tenga que sufrir por el frío. Se supone que aunque la normativa tenga prohibido usar calefacción a partir de cierta fecha, si durante un periodo de días hace frío en Venecia tal y como nos pasó, se permite mantener una temperatura que sea agradable para todo el mundo u ofrecerme algo más que una simple manta para dos personas. Sinceramente, no pienso volver a este hotel, después de que me traten como si estuviera mintiendo, es desagradable siendo una clienta y habiendo pedido lo mínimo.

• ROBERTO CASTRO (9/5): - Gostei de tudo nas instalações físicas do hotel, da localização próxima à estação e ao estacionamento (pode-se ir a pé), da limpeza. O café da manhã também é excelente, inclusive pelo antendimento. No atendimento na recepção não há interação, é "robótico", não transparecendo real interesse em satisfazer o hóspede, mas apenas repassar informações preestabelecidas.

The room was outdated, door handle came off in my hand. It was one of their basic rooms but could definitely do with a refresh.

Breakfast was good. The air conditioner had not been turned on for the building yet and it got hot. We opened our windows that don't have screens to cool off. But that let in a number of mosquitoes and made for an uncomfortable night.

If you want a hotel with incredibly bad or non-existent wifi (except in the lobby), then this is the place for you. Breakfast is a so-so solid 5 out of 10 but the breakfast staff was excellent.

• Paola (2/5): - Niente. Siamo dovuti andar via a causa del caldo nella stanza, dell’impossibilità di aprire le finestre per via delle zanzare (e anche perché il problema non è stato risolto). Pulizia molto migliorabile (la moquette sarebbe da cambiare). Almeno abbiamo potuto usufruire del deposito bagagli, del “divano” della hall, del bagno e della stanza, per qualche ora, ovviamente a prezzo INTERO. Ma, del resto, quella è la politica di cancellazione e le regole applicate rigorosamente dal personale. Nonostante l’evidente disservizio.

Paid just around £250 per night. I know Venice is expensive but just would have expected more value for my money The aircon wasn’t functioning as hotel staff said it doesn’t work until the summer season. Yet the communal areas and outside corridors were perfectly cool. No coffee/tea stations in the rooms which i found odd for a hotel. If you need reliable and fast WiFi this hotel does not provide. Ended up using my own data as quicker. Also our room had a slight step up in as you enter the room and my elderly mother nearly tripped on this going into the room. This is very unsafe and should be ramped so as to lessen chances of a trip hazard. Overall I will not come back again and wouldn’t recommend unless you like being cooked alive in your room. And as other reviewers have mentioned if you stay in the rooms facing the front of the hotel they are noisy. Breakfast. Was ok continental. Nothing hot. Was plentiful but service was poor for me. I had to go to the kitchen and ask for hot water and milk for my tea. The lady did not wait on us at all she saw us but for some reason or another did not ask what hot drinks we would like. Whereas other guests arrived and were waited on. I do not want to speculate on why this has happened but I can guess why.

• Silvestro (10/5): Un’oasi di cortesia e comfort a due passi da tutto! - Cosa mi è piaciuto: ​Posizione Strategica: L'hotel si trova in una posizione comodissima, a pochissimi minuti da Piazzale Roma e dalla stazione, il che rende l'arrivo e la partenza senza stress, pur rimanendo immersi nell'atmosfera autentica di Venezia. ​Accoglienza e Staff: Il personale è stato squisito, sempre disponibile e pronto a fornire consigli preziosi per girare la città. Ci siamo sentiti davvero viziati. ​Atmosfera e Pulizia: Le camere sono arredate con gusto, pulitissime e offrono quel tocco tipico veneziano che rende il soggiorno magico. Molto apprezzata la tranquillità della zona, ideale per riposare dopo lunghe camminate. ​Colazione: Ricca e varia, il modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata prima di perdersi tra le calli. • Paraskevi (8/5): Καλό - Το κατάλυμα είχε ωραίο πρωινό, ωραίο ξενοδοχείο γενικά , το δωμάτιο ικανοποιητικό. Είχαμε πληρώσει σχεδόν 300€ για 2 βράδια σε δίκλινο χωρίς θέα . Έκανα ειδικό αίτημα για δίκλινο επειδή ήμασταν ζευγάρι στη Βενετία. Μας ένωσαν δύο μονά κρεβάτια και το έκαναν «δίκλινο». Δεν ήμασταν άνετα στον ύπνο. Επίσης υπήρχαν διαφορετικές φωτογραφίες στην ιστοσελίδα αλλιώς από κοντά αλλά οκ δεν ήταν κάτι άσχημο Το δωμάτιο σαν πρώτη όψη ήταν καθαρό αρκετά , αλλά είχε διάφορες στάμπες στη μοκέτα ή άλλες λεπτομέρειες που δεν δικαιολογούσαν την τόσο υψηλή τιμή. Οι κυρίες στη ρεσεψιόν ευγενικές αλλά πολύ τυπικές και ψυχρές. Το δωμάτιο καθαρίστηκε και όσο μείναμε 2 μέρες. Σε γενικές γραμμές καλό ξενοδοχείο καλό δωμάτιο αλλά δεν αξίζει αυτά τα χρήματα.

• Gabriela (9/5): Ideale Lage, gemütliches kleines Hotel, in dem man sich wohl fühlt. - Das Hotel ist sehr hübsch und gemütlich. Zimmer im venezianischen Ambiente, was wir sehr schön fanden. Sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem aber schmal. Sie Lage perfekt. Die Vaporetto-Station P. le Roma, von der alle Linien abfahren, ist sehr schnell erreicht. Trotzdem liegt das Hotel ruhig an einem Seitenkanal. Das Frühstück und das Personal war gut. Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal dort.

• VERRI (10/5): Venecia soñada! - Todo! El hotel es muy bello, de estilo, al borde de un canal. A 2 cuadras de Piazale Roma (la parte terrestre de Venecia) y a 2 cuadras de la estación de tren Santa Lucía. A 20 minutos caminando del Puente del Rialto y 30 minutos de San Marco. Muy linda habitación. Baño cómodo y moderno. Buena la cama y las almohadas. Tiene frigobar y excelente desayuno! Nada no nos gustó...todo óptimo.
