- Axelle (5/5): Décevant par rapport au prix et aux équipements promis - L'emplacement. Seul point fort de l'hôtel L'hôtel est très défraîchi. Il mériterait une rénovation complète. Les tentures sont décoratives et ne peuvent être fermées. Le plafond de la douche s'effritait et celle-ci est particulièrement exiguë. Les prises se détachent des murs. L'entretien superficiel de la chambre est réalisé mais il y a longtemps que le ménage n'a pas été fait dans le détail. Le petit dejeuner est quasiment inexistant.

Add time to every outing for water taxi rides, waits, busy seasons. - Just minutes from the famous Venice Rialto Bridge and water taxi stands, the Hotel al Graspo de Ua boutique hotel is surprisingly quiet. The rooms are large enough and provide all the necessities. The staff is very helpful, and will even assist getting your luggage up the stairs as needed. (No Elevator) Breakfast in the morning is extensive and a great start to a busy day. A SUPER value given the location and proximity to the major attractions, the water taxis, and all the Venice has to offer. The "water bus" ride from the city's train station is just 20 minutes or so and very inexpensive - arrive faster if you hire a private water taxi and don't mind paying the high rate. The airport is a bit further. We recommend this hotel and definitely the location. It's a gem for a 2 or 3-star hotel in Venice.

Nur Kopfbrause, keine Handbrause in der Dusche. 4.) WC zu knapp bei der Dusche, kein Platz zum Sitzen. Mussten schräg auf dem WC sitzen. 5.) WC Spülung war kaputt, das Wasser ist trotz Aufforderung 3 Tage lang geronnen. 6.) Frühstück, hatten wir schon besseres in Italien gegessen.

- LAURENCE (3/5): Je ne recommanderai pas - La chambre est propre L'hôtel est situé près du Rialto effectivement mais dans une tout petite ruelle ou on ne peut passer qu'a une personne, on se demande vraiment ou on arrivé et si c'est pas une plaisanterie. Ne correspond pas du tout aux photos. Je ne pense pas que la chambre devait correspondre à ce que j'avais acheté mais difficile de communiquer. La partie salle de bain est tout petite avec les WC inclus, la douche et si petite en ouverture de coin qu'on avait du mal a y rentrer et se laver correctement. Tous les jours je devais redemander la bouteille d'eau pas mise avec le ménage et j'ai même du redemander du papier toilette Le petit déjeuner pas terrible, la salle du petit déjeuné pas terrible non plus, on n'a pas envie de s'éterniser. J'ai payé 210€ la nuit en mai , ça ne le vaut pas du tout.

O hotel nota-se que é bastante antigo, precisava de uma renovação. O colchão é duro.

Yes, the entrance is in alleyway but it’s safe and clean and within 20 seconds walk you are on the grand canal. It’s a great base for exploring Venice. The room is basic, and being honest, quite out dated but this is common for Venice and such old buildings. The bathroom was modern and clean. The room is very basic and we had to ask three times for additional pillows but we got them in the end and the staff were polite.

- Susanne (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage um alles Sehenswerte fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Nette Menschen an der Rezeption und für italienische Verhältnisse auch sauber und ordentlich. Zimmer war genau so wie auf dem Foto. Der Balkon könnte etwas liebevoller und gemütlicher gestaltet sein und das Frühstücksbufett müsste ordentlicher und schneller aufgefüllt werden.

- Vineria (10/5): Comoditá! Arrivi senza trascinare valigie sui ponti e poi sei in pieno centro e ti muovi comodamente - Comodissimo tutto. Arrivi a Venezia, salti sul vaporetto, scendi a Rialto e l'hotel e' dietro all'angolo a pochi metri, meglio di cosi? altro che sfacchinare su e giu per i ponti con le valigie. Valigie che tra l'altro ti tengono da parte dopo il check out se vuoi ancora girare un po' prima di salutare Venezia. E' su una stradina parallela alle principali, quindi resta anche piu tranquillo nonostante la posizione sia ad uno dei piu trafficati crocevia della citta', non lo noti quando sei in camera. Le camere vanno benissimo, molto carine e comode.

- Ashley (7/5): Great location, a bit uncomfortable in the early spring - The location was amazing! Literally steps from the Rialto Bridge , and very close to St. Marks. We didn’t need to take the water bus often, just to and from the train station. The air conditioning wasn’t available while we were there. (Beginning of April, mid 60’s) Staff recommendation was to turn the system completely off, so it didn’t get hotter. The room was very stuffy with no circulation, our only option was to open the windows for some cool air and movement. The downfall to that option was that restaurant next door had a very pungent fish/ fried smell that wafted in. The mosquitos also found their way in. Lastly beware, we had backpacks so it wasn’t a big deal but 5 flights of steps with a heavy rolling suitcase seemed nearly impossible.

Le personnel à l'accueil pas toujours sympathique. la prestation du petit déjeuner (la qualité des produits) et surtout le premier jour nous pensions que quelqu'un viendrait nous demander pour le thé et le café mais personne n'est venu. Nous avons ensuite compris qu'il fallait demander au bar. Le personnel à l'accueil est très changeant, quelques fois nous avons eu un accueil très sympa et d'autres fois beaucoup moins.

- Eduardo (8/5): - O quarto e excelente tanto em termos de instalações como de conforto e limpeza. Ótimo atendimento da recepção. Café no restaurante no térreo razoável e facilita bem a vida. A localização em si é ótima fica ao lado da ponte Rialto A rua de acesso ao hotel não é das mais agradáveis, fica bem escondido, de pouco movimento, até levei uns minutos para encontrar, mas o local tranquilo é seguro.
- Richards (10/5): Excellent hotel - perfect location at a great price (late march stay) - Location as excellent - literally say 100 steps from the Rialto boat stop. So easy to arrive and leave (via the Alilaguna Airport Water Bus). Easy to then access all key Venice sights. Room was spacious, modern bathroom. One of our nights in particular was quite noisy - through out the night and very early morning intermittent banging/knocking. Not surprising - stairs to the rooms and all doable. Pack light!

Martıları çok sevdim her sabah onlarla uyanmak güzeldi Oda iki kişi için küçük Bir de en önemlisi priz problemi yüzünden su ısıtıcıyı Banyoda çalıştırmak zorunda kaldık Bu çok kötüydü sadece kettle ve mini buzdolabı vardı Daha düzenli bir alan oluşturulması gerekir

- Gualtieri (8/5): - Posizione ottima. Sei in centro ma comunque zona tranquilla. Camera pulita e accogliente. nulla da dire. Abbiamo fatto colazione in struttura e per 10 euro a persona va più che bene perché è a buffet.
- Manuel (8/5): - Posizione, hanno accolto la richiesta della camera che volevamo, in stile totalmente veneziano, molta disponibilità e amabilità dello staff, posizione perfetta ( letteralmente a 2 minuti da ponte di Rialto) Qualche rumore al mattino presto e meccanici ( come rumori metallici, di qualche apparecchio) ma nel complesso si è dormito bene

- Trisha (8/5): - The hotel was situated very close to rialto Bridge and was within walking distance to Saint Marks Square. All local amenities were also nearby Because of where our room was located it was very noisy outside our window in the mornings. The room didn't have any kettle or coffee machine which we should have had as it was suppose to be a superior room.

- joanne (9/5): - Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec la plaza San Marco et l'accessibilité avec tous les sites. Hôtel confortable et petsoonnel à l'écoute pour toute demande d'information ou question. Petit déjeuner simple mais bon. Chambre trop chauffée

- büşra (8/5): Güzel - Odamız ve banyo çok güzeldi. Oda biraz küçük. Çok eşyanız varsa biraz zor oluyor. Odada yorgan olmamasını sevmedim battaniye ile uyumak istemezdim, çünkü battaniye temiz mi değil mi bilemeyiz. Bir de asansör yok:/
