- Susanne (5/5): Schlechteste Aufenthalt seit ich nach Venedig fahre. - Das einzige, was wirklich schön war, war die Aussicht vom Frühstückszimmer. Als Stammgast in Venedig war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis extrem schlecht. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Rialtobrücke, was vielleicht von Vorteil war. Das Zimmer war klein und mit direktem Blick auf das gegü. liegende Dach und Gitter vor dem Fenster. Man hatte irgendwie eine Alcatras Atmosphäre. Bei 3 gebuchten Übernachtungen hätte ich mir schon ein besseres Zimmer erwartet. In der Dusche machte sich Schimmel breit, die Lampe beim Spiegel hing aus der Fassung heraus und die Armatur war mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. Ein 4 Sterne Hotel sollte anders aussehen. Fürs Frühstück musste man am 1. Tag auswählen was man haben möchte und das wurde dann jeden Tag zum Frühstück serviert. Es war ok, aber wir kennen andere Hotels in Venedig die ein sehr gutes Buffet anbieten …. leider war zu dieser Zeit kein Zimmer mehr frei. Dieses Hotel ist mit dem zugeteilten Zimmer sein Geld nicht wert. Einmal und nie wieder.

О - Место расположение, отзывчивый персонал, удобная кровать, чистота, доступ к воде, кофе, чай и закусочки круглосуточно. Вид из окна на крышу, слышимость когда соседи или персонал заходит или выходит рядом с нашими дверми. Завтрак вкусный, но не удобства, что надо выбрать предыдущий день позиции, которые хочешь на завтрак.

- Lenka (10/5): Perfect location of the hotel in a historic building - We’ve stayed at this hotel for the third time, and it continues to be our favorite choice for accommodation near the city center and close to the canal. Everything is within easy walking distance, which makes the location absolutely perfect. The hotel itself is a beautifully preserved historic palace full of charm and atmosphere, and we were once again truly impressed by its unique character. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always eager to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily return again and highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. We first stayed here in 2017, when breakfast was served as an excellent buffet with a wide selection and much higher quality. Unfortunately, already last year we were quite surprised by how much the breakfast experience had declined and felt rather outdated. For Italy, the quality of the food served was disappointingly poor. The ham, cheese, butter, jams, and pastries all seemed to be the cheapest possible options, and the coffee was truly disappointing. The staff were clearly trying their best, and we honestly felt sorry for them, as the issue did not seem to be their fault. After a quick breakfast at the hotel, we would definitely recommend enjoying proper coffee and fresh pastries at the wonderful local cafés and bistros nearby instead.

Un detalle especial es que tienen a disposición cafe, te, agua y bocadillos, totalmente gracias. Adicionalmente el desayuno fue quizas el mejor que comí en todo el viaje, muy completo e ilimitado. La habitación confortable, quizas las fotos no le hacen justicia a la realidad de las habitaciones.

Location was great being near to restaurants and shops and from where we were, we had walking access to Piazza San Marco, the Rialto Bridge etc. We had a window that had a view of the Grand Canal below our room, not one of the little side canals and breakfast was included. Nothing in particular.

- Stephen (9/5): Exceptional value for money; exceeded expectations by some margin. - A real hidden gem located in the heart of Venice island. Locanda Ai Santi Apostoli, a boutique residence, is a former merchant's grand apartment complex on the third floor of a building backing on to the Grand Canal. You will need the extremely helpful video instructions (sent the day before arriving) to fathom your way through front gate, courtyard and elevator/stairs to hotel reception. A warm welcome awaits, with a guided tour of the main salon breakfast area that overlooks the Grand Canal and off which all the en-suite rooms open. Rooms are well appointed with modern fittings and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was almost overwhelming in its selection, quality and quantity. Leaving baggage after check-out for later collection is all part of the service (as is depositing baggage before check-in). Following our experience, for any future visit to Venice, I would seek availability here first.

Colazione con prodotti di qualità, non c'è il classico buffet. Pulizia del bagno non impeccabile e in generale richiedeva una ristrutturazione per essere al passo con il resto della struttura (il doccino era rotto)

- Petr (8/5): - Snídaně byla chuťově velmi dobrá. Oproti ostatním hotelům bylo toto ubytování za velmi dobrou cenu a mělo parádní polohu v centru Benátek. Personál byl velmi ochotný a nápomocný. Pokoj pro 2 osoby byl celkem prostorný a žádný hluk z ulice jsme neslyšeli. Snídaně nebyla podávána formou švédského stolu.
