- Wojciech (9/5): Nice hotel with amazing staff, good luck with finding parking spot. - The biggest value in this hotel is staff. Before we arrived they called us to check when we will arrive and is there anything that we need for that moment. Also, we received all kind of information and/or suggestions i.e. where we should try the local food, where we can park etc., and during the stay we they were calling us to check is everything ok and do we require any services. Hotel itself was ok, there is a terrace where you can spend your evening with friends and bottle of wine if weather is good. I can’t complain.
- Marco (10/5): Perfect for location and type of small /clean hotel - The owner Mr Simone was extremely helpful and kind
- F6184BEfedericom (2/5): Noisy and nasty - This was an awful experience for me and my colleague (2 rooms, 6 nights). The rooms are horrendous and uncomfortable (last renovated in 1989 according to the owner). The carpets are nasty, the bedding old and uncomfortable, the bathrooms have scum and rust sediments leftover from decades of guests and poor/no maintenance, the toilet had its paint ripped off and the shower door was broken and half replaced with a molded curtain. The accommodation was really a shame.
The nightclub downstairs (Flamingo) was a nightmare that prevented me and my colleague from sleeping every single night. Despite wearing earplugs, I could hear the loud music playing downstairs (and feel its vibrations through my bed) and the noise from people hanging out outside the nightclub until late at night. The hotel's front desk is unmanned and the owner shows up on request. He is a polite individual, but unfortunately his good manners do not make up for an awful experience that was quite expensive (100 euro per night per room in low season). I feel deceived as this felt more like a 1-star than a 3-star hotel. Would not recommend at all.

- Thivagaran (5/5): Passable -
- Manuela (9/5): As always excellent stay at Hotel Coppedè! - It is small and cozy, with a beautiful terrace.
It is located in a less touristy area, where Romans live.
Full of shops, restaurants and well linked to city centre. The lobby is small.
- Polyxeni (7/5): Good - no sound insulation between the rooms.
the hairdryer gets overheated and stops after a minute.
no hangers for the towels, no cup for toothbrushes.
no hot water in the evening.
not enough clothes room for three people
- M (10/5): Nice and cozy stay - Quiet location not far from Porta Pia, in the Trieste neighbourhood , a bit far from the city centre by walk, but nice place with lots of restaurants and cafe nearby. Nothing
- 507billieh (10/5): Lovely hotel - We visited this hotel for 5 nights for our first time in Rome and had a lovely time. The hotel was easy to find, clean and very friendly from the second we entered. The bedroom was lovely a really comfy bed and was away from the hustle of the city but 3 stops on the bus from the centre of Rome! Around 10 mins. Have recommended to friends who are coming to Rome in the next few weeks. There's a cafe next door that do gorgeous pastries and coffee as the hotel doesn't offer breakfast. If your looking for a good value for money hotel, clean and local to everything you want to see this is the one!
- 339alejandrot (2/5): Under construction noises - Under construction noises starting at 8 am. Bedroom and bathroom are basic. TV and safe box not working, it doesn't have bar in the room. Wi-Fi not working all the time. Bad services, basic breakfast, good location. It doesn't worth it. If you want to sleep properly take anther option.
- BeatriceLebanon (8/5): Nice hotel a bit far from the crowd..yet close to everything by bus - Nice clean cosy hotel with a nice environment..very close to center of Rome only 15 20 min by bus... no breakfast available but there's a coffee place right next to ir that offers a great cappuccino and croissant. Far from the loud voices.located in A nice street good for a morning/evening walk..2 supermarkets near the hotel (3min walk)
- BeatriceLebanon (8/5): Very nice hotel - Clean room but tiny, comfortable bed, hot water, wifi in rooms (though it's not mentioned), location is far from Rome central (30min by bus) but it's in a very nice neighborhood, staff are friendly. on the reception, they only speak Italian
- nayakprakash (6/5): Quiet/away from Roman chaos/wonderful cafe and pizzeria downstairs, dated carpeted rooms/lucky to get a good room - The first night was a mess. An atrocious small room, dimly lit, dated rooms, no breakfast, poor to zero wifi signal and a person at the counter who said 'no one at the counter from 12 midnight to 8 am! Fortunately after we threatened to change hotels we got a better larger room facing Via Chiana. There is a wonderful cafe on the right as soon as you get out, which serves you amazing Cappuccino under a euro and great sandwiches for 3 or less euros(unheard of in Rome) The restaurant to the left La Finestrae serves amazing pizza and great wine. Its away from the chaos of Rome, a quiet local neighbourhood, with outlandish heavenly Villas at the nearby via ombrone that made the stay worthwhile for over 70 euros a night. It is connected to termini by bus 38,get doff at Trieste Gorizia(there are 5 fermata/stops for the trieste piazza) it is also connected to piazza Venezia(the main centre) by express 80B and 88 buses you can board on Corsa trieste nearby. All in all, if you wanna come back to a quite local neighbourhood this is the place. Absolutely no fanfare
- RichClarke1981 (8/5): Good budget choice - Stayed here for a couple of nights with my partner and we really liked it. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The area the hotel is located is also really nice, we felt perfectly safe.
It's quite far out of the centre but if your'e trying to keep costs down it's perfect. We used the S.agnese/annibaliano Metro station to get in and out which is about a 10 minute walk.
There's a market just down the road which we loved cos we could pick up lunch supplies on the way in. The stall owners were really nice a helpful (unlike the ones at Mercato di Campagna Amica near Circus Maximus who seemed to basically ignore tourists and serve locals first).
- 17JoeB (8/5): Very good, clean, cheap, perfect for a city-break in Rome - My partner and I spent three nights at Hotel Coppedè and our experience was excellent. Before going I had read some reviews which were not so good and when we arrived we were surprised to find everything beyond our expectations. The room was very clean and nice. Not super-big, but perfect for two people. The bed was very comfortable and the shower excellent. The room was on the first floor facing the main road, but we hardly heard the traffic and we slept very well all three nights. The hotel stuff was quite nice, there is no much service, as there is no common room or bar. There is no breakfast, but you can go to the bar next door and with about 4.50 euros have two cappuccinos, two croissants. Not bad. The internet is free but the wireless connection is a not very reliable. The location is good, especially considering the price. It is served by several buses and the metro station Annibaliano/S. Agnese is 5 min. walking. We walked a few times to the centre (Piazza del Popolo, Termini) it is about 3 km, but, as always in Rome, the walk is a pleasure because at every corner you are in for some piece of astonishing history and beauty. The neighborhood is very quite, and quintessential non-touristical rome , there are some nice restaurants and bars, with very accessible prices. Overall it was a good experience, we paid for a double 40 euros a night, plus 4 euros city tax, so overall about 132 euros, more or less the price of one room in a more central hotel. We were definitely happy with our experience.
- ARTATTACKSD (6/5): Good but not special - This is a very famous and nice location in a Rome's district called Coppedé
Good but not special, because of the bad smell caused by the mildew stains of the building; this it's easy to be seen by just walking in the gangways before reaching the rooms on the walls .
Very small hotel that needs some work on the main wall of the building.
- donasonic (8/5): Special offer in winter - We went in Rome for a Concert in Auditorium Parco di Musica and we was looking for an Hotel in Parioli Area. We kept special offer on a Roman Hotel Web site and we paied 65 euro per room per night !
The Hotel is just 10 rooms but it's a well kept secret in the heart of a Residential area ! By RoomsAccomodation.com we'd also special informations about transportations and Restaurants in that area!
It’s a modern area of Rome. You may bump into a celebrity jogging in the nearby Villa Borghese if you are lucky, but that's about it. Parioli became what it is now between the two World Wars when wealthy Romans (and diplomats - quite a few embassies are located in this area) moved in, building elegant villas in its spacious and green environment. Don't Miss...
Make sure you visit the new Auditorium. It replaces Rome's last AuditoriumThe old one was destroyed by Mussolini in 1934 and includes three concert halls, an open air arena and a recording studio.
· Auditorium - Renzo Piano’s latest feat
· Olympic Stadium - Go and see Roma or Lazio play – the atmosphere is amazing
· Monte Milvio - Where Constantine thrashed Maxentius back in 313AD
· Stadio dei Marmi - Athletes perform in front of a crowd of 15,000 as well as 60 marble statues
· Villa Borghese - Perfect spot to get out of the city’s chaos
Restaurants tend to cater for upper middle class Romans to the stinking rich, so make sure you check menu prices before sitting down to have a meal. However, you will always find cheaper pizzerias and bars if you are on a budget offering great food at decent prices and a much more genuine and friendly atmosphere. Look for such places in the piazzas of the area.
