Gregory Livingston (8/5): Central, near Colosseum, rooftop terrace with a view, free pasta offered to cook yourself. - Very central, walking distance to the Colosseum, supermarkets nearby, bathroom in the room. The hostel offered free pasta, sauce vegetables, etc in the kitchen to cook yourself - never had that offered before a big plus. A very nice terrace with view. Curtains would have been good. On the lower bunk, the light from the other. side of the room shined directly towards my head. There could have been a heavier blanket, it was too thin. The hole for lock on my bed drawer was difficult to get to and the wheels needed some oil as to not squeak and wake those sleeping. Breakfast was not fabulous as written but ok. Cook was in love I think, eggs were too salty for 3 days in a row.

Kim (9/5): Really fun and friendly hostel! - Awesome vibes! Clean and spacious rooms. In a good, central location. There were social events on almost every night which helped me meet lots of different travellers, and the staff during these nights were so fun and friendly! There are several common rooms, so you can choose whether you want to be really social or you can relax in quieter areas. There are board and card games in the common areas, and the rooftop near the kitchen is really nicely decorated with tables, hammocks and plants. Some people's beds didn't have working electrical sockets (which were labelled as not working by the hostel), so bringing a backup charger could be handy!

Abba (5/5): The guys are nice and honestly trying , food is totally free there since you can cook - I was sharing the room with someone who said he came from Milan. I stepped out briefly to get water, leaving my passport on the bed near the bedside lamp, with $700 kept inside it. When I returned, the money was missing. At the time I stepped out, he was the only person in the room. Later that same night, he suddenly checked out despite already paying for the night and knowing there would be no refund. His sudden departure made me very suspicious because there was no other person in the room during that period.

Agustina (10/5): Alojamiento obligado en roma - Es realmente todo increíble. Mi habitación era mixta de 5 personas pero distribuida dentro en dos espacios separados con dos baños internos. La terraza es espectacular y en la cocina no solo podes llevarte y cocinar sino que también proveen de pastas, arroz, aceites, salsas para que uno pueda hacer. Agua y fruta fresca for free 24/7. El ambiente genial, hasta un club de running salió de ahí el martes. Volvería mil veces.

Ramona (9/5): A fun hostel to make friends and I'm older, 50s club. It was still great - Breakfast is not included, but plentiful. There is also plenty of pasta and vegetables to make a nice spaghetti in the evening for free! The staff is incredibly helpful. As a solo female traveler I appreciated all their help. I also made a few friends here and the roof top is great. It is a hostel and if you are in a shared bunkbed room, remember, most people don't know how to be quiet or considerate of others. It comes with the territory. My girlfriend at the hostel had a private room, and sometimes I was late for our departure time. I would tell her the "1 hour shower boy" is still int he bathroom. You have to make light of it and enjoy anyway. Everything was great. Thick, crips, freshly ironed sheets, a reading lamp by your bunk with an outlet and holder. Events every night that end early, but give you plenty of time to make friends.

Lots of activities and free food, coffee and water. Vibrant! Since it's a hostel most guests are very young. Not recommended for seniors unless you can tolerate an occasional noisy evening interfering with sleep.
Ana (9/5): - A localização sem dúvida alguma é um dos pontos fortes do Ostello mas não somente isso. O café da manhã é excelente, com muita variedade e gostinho da Itália. Os funcionários são educados e cordiais, especificamente as mulheres da recepção, as que realizam a limpeza e o Antonio. O quarto é amplo e a limpeza era feita todo dia. Com certeza voltaria! Se fosse para eu falar de algo que não gostei seria apenas o custo, achei caro a diária.
