• LUIS MIGUEL (9/5): The Republic es fantastico, si recomiendo alojarse ahi - el desayuno maravilloso, era buffet y muy muy completo, la ubicacion muy buena ya que queda muy cerca de los servicios de transporte y la habitacion pequeña pero muy bien ya que el baño la regadera funacionaba excelente. todo muy bien!

• KEITH (1/5): All in all poor experience and reception staff were not sympathetic to complaints or very welcoming. - Nothing Our window looked out onto a balcony with no access and it looked like a rubbish disposal area. Cooked breakfast was a limited choice of greasy, poor tasting, cooked rice/potatoes/mixed veg/and meats, and some boiled eggs-smelly and sitting on ice cubes. There was late night/early morning noise from staff talking loudly and lengthily and outside rubbish disposal lorries.

Housekeeping sucks! - The hotel is nice and close to the train station but be warned it’s in a sketchy Neighbourhood with lots of homeless around. The breakfast room staff was great. My only complaint is housekeeping never replaced/filled our shampoo and body wash bottles that were empty from the beginning of our stay. We also asked for an extra comforter multiple times because the bed was too hard and never received that either. Bare minimum hotel, don’t ask for extras because it won’t happen.

Dla tych, co zwiedzają, będzie to bardzo wygodna opcja. Wygodne łóżka, przyjemna pościel. Codziennie wymieniane ręczniki. Duża, wygodna łazienka, jak na rozmiar pokoju. Bardzo przyjazny i współpracujący personel (recepcja/śniadania) - sama przyjemność. Dwa razy musieliśmy wymieniać świeże ręczniki, bo te, które dostaliśmy były brudne. Brak kapci i szlafroków - dopiero po interwencji na recepcji zostały dostarczone do pokoju. Masakryczne wyciszenie pokoi. Jak ktoś lubi ciszę i spokój - to nie w tym hotelu. Słuchać wszystko - głośniejsze rozmowy za ścianą, czy trzaskanie drzwiami (to z naszych złych doświadczeń). Śniadanie niezłe, ale w końcu to hotel 4* - mogłoby być bardziej urozmaicone. Na kilka dni, da się przeżyć :-)
• Nani (10/5): De 10! - Todo, absolutamente todo: personal atento, muy servicial e incluso cercano (como Virginia, quien estaba a veces pendiente de organizar el comedor de desayuno). Cambian las sábanas cada día, limpieza impecable, instalaciones nuevas, ubicación estupenda, el desayuno muy variado y rico… tanto mi familia como yo (somos 8 personas en total) volveríamos encantados. Lo disfrutamos sin excepción. No puedo poner ningún pero. Todo perfecto

• Dreamer630448 (10/5): Perfect stay - Perfect location, close to Roma termini station and an easy walk to many of the sights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect, nice and clean and little or no noise. We all slept soundly! The family room comfortably accommodated our family of 5, two adults and three children (age 7, 11 and 12). It is great to see a hotel able to facilitate a family of 5 as often hard to get rooms for more than 4 people. Breakfast was good, nice variety. Hotel was good value. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We traveled for our Anniversary and on arrival found that they had left us a complimentary bottle of delicious cuvée. Our room was comfortable and we needed for nothing. Housekeeping kept everything spotless. From the friendly courteous reception staff to the lovely welcoming restaurant staff, we were very well looked after and every request was accommodated. The hotel is on a quiet street between two metro stations so very convenient and we would love to return next time we’re in Rome. It felt like we were leaving family when we said goodbye especially to the lovely Amin in Reception and Virginia in the restaurant who always had a friendly chat. We did not catch the names of the rest of the staff but they were all lovely. And you can tell they take pride in their work. Thank you all again for an unforgettable stay. Michelle and Paul.

The staff was incredible! They were all so friendly and professional, I really appreciated them and they made our stay even better! Very clean rooms, atmosphere, hotel, close proximity to everything, cute stores and restaurants all around, close to train/ bus station for getting around.
