• Monique (6/5): Hotel abandonado, não há funcionário disponível durante a estadia para prestar qualquer tipo de auxílio. - Hotel muito bonito e confortável O atendimento deixou a desejar. O aplicativo indicava check-in 7h e no hotel só aceitaram depois de 12h. Chegamos e não havia recepcionista para atender, somente o camareiro que não falava inglês. Um tempo depois o recepcionista chegou e fez o check-in, dizendo que poderíamos voltar cerca de 3h depois, pois o quarto ainda estava ocupado. E isso foi durante toda a estadia, depois do almoço para noite não havia recepcionista disponível. Um dos quartos estava sem o controle do ar condicionado e não havia a quem pedir. O recepcionista, quando estava na parte da manhã, era muito gentil e solicito. O hotel permitia deixar as malas após o checkout, mas ficavam pelo corredor do hotel, de livre acesso a qualquer pessoa. O hotel fica no quarto andar e não possui elevador. Quarto muito bonito e confortável, mas bem pequeno, principalmente o banheiro.

Causa lavori di ristrutturazione l'ascensore era fuori uso e l'albergo si trova al quarto piano.

• Nicolăiescu (8/5): Excelent pentru vizitat Roma: Curățenie, locație strategică și personal atent - Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la Hotel Martini și îl recomandăm în special celor care doresc să fie în centrul acțiunii. ​Hotelul este situat ideal, foarte aproape de principalele obiective turistice, restaurante autentice și mijloace de transport în comun. Am putut explora orașul cu mare ușurință. ​Camera a fost curată și bine întreținută pe tot parcursul șederii. ​Un mare plus pentru domnul Bobi, care a fost extrem de atent la nevoile noastre și ne-a făcut să ne simțim bineveniți. ​ Am apreciat mult faptul că am putut lăsa bagajele la recepție după check-out. Mai mult, personalul ne-a extins valabilitatea cardului de acces în ultima zi pentru a putea urca să ne recuperăm bagajele, un gest care ne-a simplificat mult programul. ​De reținut: ​Hotelul este situat la etaj, iar liftul nu era funcțional. Pentru noi nu a reprezentat un inconvenient, însă este un aspect important de luat în calcul pentru persoanele cu mobilitate redusă sau care nu doresc să urce scări. Raportul calitate-preț și amabilitatea personalului ne vor face să revenim cu plăcere! -

• Katiuscia (7/5): Ein charmantes Hotel mit toller Lage und schöner Einrichtung, das jedoch in vielen Bereichen renoviert werden sollte, um - Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top – sehr zentral und perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Frühstück war liebevoll gemacht und hat gut geschmeckt. Besonders gefallen hat mir auch die Einrichtung: Der klassische, leicht altmodische römische Stil verleiht dem Hotel einen besonderen Charme. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug, was bei rund 80 Stufen mit Gepäck ziemlich anstrengend ist. Insgesamt wirkt das Gebäude renovierungsbedürftig. In unserem Zimmer gab es Schimmel im Badezimmer, teilweise waren Türrahmen beschädigt und an der Heizung fehlte ein Regler. Auch das Treppenhaus könnte dringend aufgefrischt werden.

• Walid Et Ikram (10/5): Excellent séjour, service exceptionnel !! Je recommande - L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche de tout. La chambre est parfaite, rien à redire : propre, avec une literie confortable et une salle de douche agréable. Elle est également bien équipée, avec tout le nécessaire (bouilloire, sèche-cheveux, etc.). Le petit déjeuner est simple mais suffisant pour bien commencer la journée. Le point le plus remarquable reste le service à la réception. Mon arrivée tardive, après la fermeture, a été parfaitement organisée grâce à un système d’auto check-in très fluide. Mention spéciale à Boby : toujours à l’écoute, souriant, sympathique et surtout très bienveillant. Il nous a permis de laisser nos bagages le dernier jour et nous a même proposé d’utiliser les toilettes communes lors de leur récupération. Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir dans ce bel hôtel 👍 Le seul point négatif est bien évidemment l’ascenseur en panne. Monter quatre grands étages après une longue journée de marche est une rude épreuve. Cela dit, on ne le fait qu’une seule fois en fin de journée, donc cela reste supportable. Selon la réception, il devrait être de nouveau en service d’ici un mois (réparation en cours).

Ascensore in riparazione (l'albergo è al 5° piano e non c'è servizio di trasporto bagagli). Non c'è nessuno in sede di notte, alcuni ospiti hanno fatto una festa in reception la notte senza che nessuno intervenisse. Bollitore sporco e praticamente inutilizzabile. Nessuna possiblità di menu senza lattosio per la colazione.

• George (10/5): Excepțional. - Poziționare excelenta fata de majoritatea obiectivelor turistice din zona centrala a Romei. Foarte aproape de gara Termini, metrou si mijloace de transport si legatura cu autobuzul pentru aeroporturi. Recomand locatia pentru amabilitatea personalului, curățenie si pentru raportul corect calitate / pret. La momentul vizitei nu funcționa liftul ( știam, deoarece era precizat clar acest lucru in descrierea locației) dar se efectuau lucrări de punere in funcțiune. Pentru o persoană sănătoasă si cu minim de conditie fizica, urcatul celor 4 nivele ar trebui da nu ridice mari probleme. Ca scor general, se poate aprecia ca fiind o locație foarte bună si relativ buna ca pret, in care sa iti petreci sejurul cateva nopți. De precizat ca după check-out, ni s-a permis sa lasam bagajele fara nicio taxa aproape 7 ore , ceea ce pentru Roma este mare lucru sa ai un loc de incredere unde sa iti lași bagajele: nota 10. Nu am avut lucruri care sa ne deranjeze in mod deosebit. Grija personalului de a rezolva orice problema este exemplara.

On the first floor, there is also a really cool Irish pub with live music. The host was very nice and helpful, and the place was clean and well-organized. Our triple room was very spacious and had a small balcony facing the inner yard, which was a nice surprise. The main minus was that the elevator was not working, though there was some construction undergoing during our stay. Also, the bathroom facilities were a bit lacking.

• Sarah (8/5): Nous avons passer un super séjour au sein de cet hotel. - L’hôtel est vraiment bien situé (15 minutes à pieds de la fontaine de trevi, 5 minutes à peine du métro, 20 minutes à pieds du Colisée), il est propre, le personnel est agréable Le sèche cheveux était peu efficace et se coupait. Nous entendions les gens des qu’ils passaient dans le couloir et cela peut avoir des impacts sur le sommeil

• Charlotte (10/5): Idéal et pratique - Tout est très bien ! Le personnel est adorable, accueillant et gentil. La chambre est propre et la literie est confortable. L’hôtel est très bien placé, à 10 minutes à pieds de la fontaine de Trevi, 15 minutes du Colisée. La station de métro la plus proche est à peine à 2 minutes à pieds. Hôtel au 5 eme étage sans ascenseur (en travaux et inutilisable lors de notre sejour)

• Claudia (6/5): Buena ubicación, pero sin elevador (en mal estado) - Muy buena ubicación, a pocos minutos de la estación de trenes y de las principales atracciones turísticas Tuve la mala suerte de encontrar el elevador en mal estado "encontrándose el hotel en un 4to piso", todos en mi familia llevamos equipaje (maleta de 23kg + maleta pequeña) fue pésimo tener que subir el equipaje los cuatro pisos o llegar de caminar todo el día para subir las escaleras otra vez. En la página hay un aviso en inglés, lo que es impresentable, ya que toda la descripción del hotel está en español y el hotel está en Italia, no tiene lógica que se haya informado el mal estado del elevador en Ingles, podrían contratar un botones o algún sistema para subir el equipaje.

• Louise (8/5): Très bon séjour - Le prix était très abordable, la chambre très correcte, le personnel très agréable et cet hôtel est idéalement situé. Il faut monter quatre très grands étages sans ascenseur pour y accéder. Après de longues journées de marche à travers la ville, c’est un peu difficile mais c’est faisable. On est au mois de décembre mais il faisait extrêmement chaud dans l’hôtel et dans la chambre.

• Maria Angelica (7/5): - Las habitaciones son bonitas No tiene ascensor por lo que tienes que subir casi seis pisos con maletas inconveniente para familia y adultos mayores.
• Petro (8/5): Geweldig verblijf gehad ondanks dat de lift het niet deed. - De locatie is prima, alles direct in de omgeving of anders makkelijk te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer. Metrostation Replubbica ligt om de hoek op 3 min. lopen. Het hotel heeft aan alle verwachtingen voldaan voor een 3 sterren hotel. Kamer goed, badkamer goed, en service voldeed ook prima. Elke dag schone handdoeken en een opgeruimd bed en kamer. Het ontbijtbuffet is wat karig, maar voldeed en wat wil je voor maar €5. De lift was niet in gebruik door werkzaamheden waardoor je iedere keer 4 etages moest traplopen, wat voor iemand op leeftijd best wel vermoeiend was, zeker omdat het pand etages heeft van ongeveer 4 meter hoog.

Asansör çalışmıyor ve Roma da 30 bin adım attıktan sonra merdivenler işkenceye dönüşüyor.4.kat ama merdivenler uzun nerdeyse 8.kat gibi.Klima kumandaları odada değildi sorduğumda yazın kullandıklarını söylediler.Kasım ayı için geceleri ben üşüdüm.

• manuel (10/5): Una joya para quien pueda subir los escalones - El hotel es pequeño pero muy bonito, excelentemente cuidado, una joya en una muy buena ubicación. Si le hace mucha falta el elevador, es muy cansado subir y bajar.
• željko (7/5): u principu sve je veoma korektno sem lifta - doručak je solidan lift u hotelu nije u funkciji pa se pešačido IV sprata
