The people, location, breakfast, rooms and rooftop made this extremely memorab - The location was incredible, the breakfast amazing with the nicest woman running it and the rooftop is lovely. Beds were comfortable! We stayed in the annex. The room was way bigger than rooms in the main hotel and it’s literally one minute away from the main building. It was a bit of a maze figuring out the other building but worth it for the extra space.
• Susan (10/5): This hotel is a prize find with 5-star services at 3-star prices. - Apart from the perfect location, the modern hotel’s rooftop terrace merits a visit for lunch, a drink, or dinner with spectacular views of the characteristic Roman rooftops and historical center. In this season the overwhelming perfume of jasmin envelops the experience in Mediterránean memories. The breakfasts are truly big brunches not to be missed. A bit of confusion to find the second elevator for access to the terraces can be resolved by entering the property at their separate entrance on Via del Corso.

• Shaked (10/5): מלון קטן ומקסים, נקי, צוות שירותי ואדיב - הצוות היה מהמם ושירותי, נענו לכל הבקשות שלנו החדרים ממש קטנים, אבל אפשר להסתדר הכריות קשות וגבוהות מידי, אבל היה בארון עוד כרית רכה אז היה בסדר היינו עם עגלה ותינוקת ולא משנה באיזה קומה אתם המעלית עוצרת בין גרמי מדרגות כך שחייב לעלות או לרדת מדרגות, לא היה נוח עם עגלה בכלל המיקום שלו ממש על רחוב הקניות אבל טיפה רחוק מכל המרכז

It was small, plain, no view except of a wall outside the window and a bathroom where you had to go outside to change your mind. Honestly, If I fell in the bathroom I would never hit the floor because everything is packed in so tightly. I saw other rooms at the hotel and they were much nicer. I think I was given the last and worst room. At 290 euros a night this room should have been so much better.

På badet fungerte ikke toilette like bra hele tiden; vanskelig med nedskylling. Vi hadde bestilt henting på flyplassen da vi ankom. Hotellet hadde ikke bestilt til den riktige datoen. Jeg hadde fått en bekreftelse på at vi skulle hentes. Det skjedde ikke og vi måtte i taxikø. Men vi kom trygt fram!

• Ludovic (9/5): Presque qu’aucune fausse note - Le personnel est particulièrement agréable et met tout en œuvre pour vous comprendre, malgré la barrière de la langue. De plus, l’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Rome et ses monuments, ce qui a grandement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour.( correspondant à nos attentes). Quel dommage qu’au restaurant rooftop, les plats aient été servis si rapidement : cela ne nous a pas permis de profiter pleinement de notre première soirée.

• Wander699240 (2/5): when is an annex not an annex - Beware: this hotel has an 'annex' that is NOT part of the hotel but a couple of blocks away in a tenement style building. they charge the same price as the hotel and it is DIRE. There is NO MENTION of the 'annex' on their website so when you book the hotel and they put you in the 'annex' you have no idea what you are getting. You would never book that room at that price if you knew what you were getting. totally dishonest and misleading. scam.

Täglich frisches Obst und eine große Auswahl an Kuchen und herzhaften Zubereitungen. Die Lage in Spagna an der Via del Corso (Fußgängerzone) ist optimal, um nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichen zu können. Leider ist es auch sehr laut, insbesondere, wenn die Müllabfuhr nachts ihren Dienst verrichtet. Zimmer und Bad waren leider sehr klein. Man sollte nur mit ganz wenig Gepäck anreisen und möglichst keine nassen Sachen nach heftigem Dauerregen zu trocknen haben. Die Beleuchtung in Zimmer und Bad war hervorragend. Die Bitte um einen zweiten Stuhl wurde umgehend erfüllt. Mehr Platz im Zimmer und Bad.

• C3135LGcharlottev (10/5): Beautiful hotel stay - Had the most wonderful time here. The hotel rooms are lovely, I was in the annex and was suprised as so many reviews were negative. It was clean, spacious and had everything you could need. The location was perfect, the staff were soooo lovely! I would definitely return!
• olga (9/5): - Неплохо расположены апартаменты. Есть лифт. Две комнаты, полноценные три спальных места и еще диван. Кухня с необходимым набором посуды и посудомойкой. Регулируется отопление , что важно зимой. Всё хорошо.

• arte_ (3/5): - אהבתי הכול מלבד השרות שכמה מחברי הצוות בקבלה שלא היו אדיבים וגם נגנבו מהחדר שלי פרטי לבוש חדשים ולאחר שעשיתי מהומה חזרו לפתע הבגדים. אילולא סיפור הגניבה הייתי חוזרת לשם .

• OYAMA (9/5): 建物は古いが、観光地に近く、満足だった。 - スタッフがフレンドリーで細かい事に臨機応変に対応してくれた お風呂場のバスタオル掛けの温熱器がスイッチオンの時熱すぎてやけどをした。 ランチ時にテラスのレストランに行ったが、設備の故障でパスタが出せないと言われて仕方ないとは言え残念だった。

• Mech.Eng.Sunay Telli (9/5): - Hotel,merkezi yerde ve her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlar yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydüler. Çok beğendim. Metro durağına çok yakın ve güvenilir bir konumdadır. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum 🙏😊 Otele dair sevmediğim bir şey olmadı. Sadece odada terlik olmaması eksik durumdu onun dışında her şey gayet iyi.Tekrar gidecek olursam yine Hotel Mozartta kalırım 😊

• Yasemin (9/5): Mükemmeldi, heryere yürüdük vatikan dahil🙏❤️ - Konumu mükemmeldi, kahvaltı yeterli ama hergün aynı kahvaltı çıkıyor bazı günler birkaç değişiklik olsa iyi olur. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Tertemiz bir otel. Biz yan binada kaldık ana bina olsa daha iyi olurdu sanırım. Yan bina ayrı kopuk gibi ana binadan zaman zaman güvenlik sıkıntısı olur mu diye tereddüt ettim ama katlar anahtarsız açılamıyor.
