No primeiro dia estivemos em um quarto muito ruim, com as paredes descascando com o mofo. Felizmente pudemos mudar de quarto no dia seguinte, com a Judá dos funcionários que são corteses e atentivos
• Kacper (1/5): total disaster. - We had to change rooms because the original one was very different from what was shown in the photos (holes in the walls, peeling wallpaper, and mold in the bathroom and on the walls). When we asked to change the room, we were told there were no other rooms available and that we wouldn’t get a refund because it was a non-refundable booking. We wanted to show how the room actually looked, but the staff member refused to come with us. We showed photos from Booking compared to the real condition. Only after Booking intervened were we given another room. The staff was artificially polite, breakfasts were terrible—stale, not fresh bread, and although breakfast had time slots, after 8 a.m. there was nothing left and nothing was refilled. There were no glasses in the room, the fridge and toilet flush were very loud, the air conditioning was leaking, and the balcony was shared with other guests.

Kiepskie materace w łózkach, czystość w pokojach też nie na najwyższym poziomie i wygląd całego wyposażenia nie był przyjemny. Lodówka w ogóle nie działała, wręcz stała w niej woda. Dobrze by było gdyby w pokoju był czajnik i jakieś szklanki.

• Fernanda (10/5): Excellent! - Excellent location: walking distance from the Coliseum and the Main Train Station, steps from the metro, many restaurants and markets nearby. There is an (old, but working) elevator, wich is a plus in those old buildings. Super friendly staff! Excellent breakfast. I didn’t participate of any of the free walking tours, but they seemed pretty nice! See the picture of the tours menu. The street is narrow, as all in the neighborhood, wich make the getting in and out a car with luggage a little difficult.

• Karen (8/5): Great location. Fantastic staff. Small elevator. - The location of the hotel was superb. It's only a 10-15 minute walk to the Colosseum. The area around the hotel seemed safe and there was an excellent restaurant just one block away. The metro was also only a block away even though we did not use it. Our room was good size for the 4 of us. It looked out over a lovely park. The breakfast offered more variety than we anticipated and was quite tasty. In addition to pastries, there were eggs, cheeses, lunchmeats, fruit and delightful breads. The coffee was outstanding! My daughter said the apple juice was the best she's ever had [she's 21!]. The weekday breakfast hostess was a delight to talk to. I believe her name was Anna. You must sign up for a breakfast time because the breakfast room can only accommodate 35 people. I liked that because it ensured everyone had a place to sit and it was never too crowded. even with the school groups. The front desk ladies were very pleasant and polite despite dealing with a huge school group checking in at the same time we arrived. They were also very responsive to my questions prior to our arrival. The beds were a bit too firm for our liking. The hotel is on the 5th floor of the building and the elevator is very small. Only 2 of us with one piece of medium luggage could fit at a time so we had to make multiple trips to get everyone and their luggage upstairs.

• M.V-MT (4/5): Roaming in Rome - could have chosen a better hotel . - Th STAFF of this "Hotel" is fantastic . The receptionists and the staff at the breakfast are wonderful. It is located just 2 minutes away from the Vittorio Emanuele Metro station which is very convenient to go and see many historical places in Rome . Various restaurants and shops around the hotel within walking distances . Breakfast was very basic but met our expectations . The location is not in the address which is stated on booking.com . It is located in Via Buonarotti . Do not imagine that you will be entering this hotel within a normal hotel lobby . You have to ring the bell and they will let you in. This is located in a Block of apartments / offices and is located on the 5th floor . The lift is very old, only takes 3 people at a time. Thank God that it worked all the time . We have chose to stay in a superior room , but I have my doubts that our room was a superior one. The only window in the room was in the shaft, and could hear and see the other persons opposite within the other building. We always had to keep the window closed and the curtains closed . The smell in the room was something out of this world. We had to buy a room freshener, that we sprayed before entering and before leaving the room, hoping that the smell of drainage will not be smelled. Our friends had to change room, as they found out that the sheets were dirty, they had 2 separate single beds instead of a full bed , humidity on the walls , bad smell , and the room was too small for a superior one. Not value for the money we have paid to stay in a "3*** HOTEL " . This shall be rated as a 2** Hotel .

We returned to our room to find a “Do Not Disturb / No Cleaning” sign on the door that we did NOT place. Because of this, our room was not cleaned. When we raised the issue, staff immediately insisted that we must have put the sign there ourselves. This was simply not true and felt dismissive and unprofessional. They also said they couldn’t check CCTV at the time, but that their provider might be able to review it in a few days—meaning no real attempt was made to investigate or resolve the situation. Instead of taking responsibility or even acknowledging the possibility of an error, we were effectively blamed and brushed off. This level of service is unacceptable. Until we receive proper clarification on what actually happened, we cannot recommend this hotel whatsoever.
• Radu (4/5): - Schimbă des lenjeria și prosoapele Imaginile distribuite pe platformă diferă față de realitate, nu se dispune permanent de apa caldă, inițial platforma ne a indicat o locație însă ulterior sosirii am fost anunțați să ne deplasăm intr o altă locație, mobilă veche, pereți cu mucegai pe alocuri. Micul dejun se plătește la final deși nu se specifică dacă este inclus sau nu în prima plata.
• Justin (8/5): Easy access to town - By far the nicest staff in town. Beaming smiles and eager service. There was a restaurant on site but we did not use it. The location is decent as it was not a long walk to the main attractions and right on the metro line. The bed was fairly comfortable, and for the location, a reasonable price for Rome. The room was a bit dank, with some mold in the corner and some dust on the floors.

• Carolina (6/5): - Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestáveis. A limpeza básica do quarto é feita diariamente. No entanto, necessitava de uma limpeza mais geral. O hotel oferece várias experiências gratuitas, onde as pessoas podem usufruir de momentos diferentes e únicos. O pequeno almoço tinha muita diversidade e a comida era muito saborosa. O quarto não tinha isolamento sonoro. O lavatório da casa de banho estava partido e a água do chuveiro saía com muita pressão, sendo que não dava para reduzir. As imagens não corresponderam às expetativas do quarto.

• Nataliia (5/5): Если необходима удобная локация недалеко от вокзала - смело можно останавливаться на пару ночей. - Приятный персонал, ежедневная уборка и удобная локация наверное единственные плюсы. Физически отель размещен по другому адресу, отличному от того что указан на Booking, окна номера - выходили в "cад" как и было в описании, но они были были затянуты непрозрачной пленкой, открывались только вверх, да так что не увидеть ни небо, ни погоду за окном; ужасная вентиляция - запах кухни пришлось проветривать пару часов; неудобная кровать и подушки, белье и одеяла очень старые, нет чайника, холодильник - не рабочий.

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, especialmente a Daniela que nos recebeu quando chegamos. O local é limpo, a cama é boa e o café da manhã... Tudo fresco e muito gostoso. Porém, o endereço no app booking está errado, então eu tive um pouco de dificuldade pra encontrar o local, especialmente porque estava chovendo no dia que cheguei. Mas um morador da região me ajudou e consegui encontrar. A experiência foi ótima desde então.

The staff were competent and very helpful. the Hoel at best is 2 star.Do not wonder out after 8 PM or use door to door transport. The room had issues drainage in the shower was not working and not fixed at time of writing. we were warned when we arrived at termini station don't walk at night. homeless folks are excessive. however we did not interact with them and they did not approach final issue arranged taxi all comments by front desk was a round12 euro the taxi drive robbed us of 25 euro for a 3 minute ride. calming nighttime and v5 bags. I will dispute this wit my credit card # left a sour test on what was a wonderful city Rome to visit
