ILMC (8/5): confortevole - la camera era molto piccola ma dotata di tutti i confort. anche il bagno era piccolo ma funzionale e comodo. la colazione ottima. la posizione vicina alla fermata Cipro della metro permette di arrivare facilmente in stazione e in altre zone della città. ho apprezzato l'offerta di 2 bottigliette di acqua in camera e la possibilità di riempire l'acqua alla macchina che erogava anche quella frizzante. era tutto ok

Staff members were helpful and nice. Italian three-pin sockets are “unique” in continental Europe. A staff member lent me a local socket to sort out my problem.

Konrad (10/5): - We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Pacific in Rome. From the very first day, we felt truly welcomed. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful at every moment of our stay. We would especially like to highlight the atmosphere during breakfast — it was absolutely wonderful. The service was at the highest level, always warm, smiling, and attentive to every detail. Some members of the staff even spoke a few words in Polish, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. What touched us the most was the personal approach to guests. On the last day of our stay, my wife received a flower from the staff, which was a beautiful and very memorable surprise. Small gestures like this make a place truly special and unforgettable. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms were spotless, and the entire property felt very well cared for. The location is also excellent — peaceful, yet with very convenient access to the most important places in Rome. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Pacific to everyone who wants to experience true Italian hospitality.

Colazione non eccelsa, asciugamani con qualche macchia. Peccato più che altro per l'isolamento acustico, sia verso la strada, sia verso le camere adiacenti e dei piani superiori: si sente davvero davvero tutto.

PAUL (6/5): Functional room and hotel with basic facilities which met expectations. Wonderful staff. - Great location and parking was fine as log as you prebook. Staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was average unless you love baby frankfurters and tough bacon (animal unknown). Juice was awful. Lovely croissants and coffee. We booked a room with balcony which was lovely and a nice view of St Peter's Basilica. Bar was basically non-existant - basically a fridge or cupboard from which reception would get you a drink so if you want somewhere with a bit of atmosphere to relax with a bit of atmosphere after a busy day sightseeing - this isn't it! Never had an opportunity to try room service but suspect the food and drink menu would be fairly limited (not even sure food would be available).

Hotellilla oli myös oma vesipiste aulassa, jossa vesipulloja pääsi helposti täyttämään, eikä tarvinnut käydä ostamassa kaupasta pulloja. Tykkäsimme kovasti tästä hotellista!

Pupillo (7/5): Buona struttura in centro - Il punto forte è lo staff oltre alla posizione strategica. Ottima la colazione. Ambienti puliti e un bel bagno nonostante la dimensione della stanza. Ho prenotato una camera tripla e lo spazio era davvero risicato per tre persone, fatta eccezione per il bagno molto comodo. Occorre assolutamente prenotare il parcheggio, effettivamente da booking non era chiarissimo, onde evitare di stare a girare per parecchio tempo alla ricerca.

Overall, I liked the location and will likely re-book future visits - Perfect location if going to the Vatican and other tourist destinations; good amenities close by (supermarket, laundry, restaurants). Rooms were tiny. There were 2 beds in the room (as requested), and barely enough space to move.

Ivana (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pacific. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of high-quality food. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Ms. Monika, who made each morning even more pleasant. We stayed in a triple room that was clean, well-equipped (kettle, tea, sugar, fridge) with a comfortable bed and a new bathroom with a shower and clean towels. The hotel’s location is very convenient: it’s close to the Metro A (Cipro station), just seven stops from Termini, and there’s also a bus stop right outside the hotel. The Vatican is only a 10–15 minute bus ride away. Everything we needed was provided, and the overall service was excellent. I would also like to highlight the reception staff, particularly Ms. Mirella, whose professionalism and kindness made our stay even more enjoyable every evening we returned from the city.

Simoes [C] (8/5): A atenção, amabilidade e simpatia de todos os funcionários! - Destacamos a simpatia de todos os funcionários, a limpeza dos quartos (ambiente e cheiro sempre agradáveis), o bom pequeno almoço e embora fique a cerca de 20 minutos a pé do Vaticano, a área onde se encontra dispõe de diversos serviços (banco, mercado, restaurantes, cafés, etc.).

GIULIANO (9/5): Café excelente - Localização muito boa para quem quer ficar próximo ao Vaticano, fica a 15 minutos a pé. A 5 minutos tem a estação de metro Cipro e alguns bons restaurantes. O ponto mais forte é o café da manha, excelente, frutas, croissant fresco, pães, bolos, maquina de café, sucos, presunto parma, etc. Muito bom mesmo. O quarto de casal, é bem apertado e o banheiro é minúsculo. Mas muito silencioso e cama confortável.

Cristina (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno, personale gentilissimo, colazione top - Lo staff, la pulizia, la colazione a dir poco spettacolare sia per la location sia per il cibo e la gentilezza degli addetti. Un cosa meravigliosa, perfino la crema per il corpo in bagno a disposizione come il sapone e il bagnoschiuma. Letto alla francese, ma ne ero consapevole. Mancava la cuffia doccia ma magari è stata una dimenticanza.

Wiesław (8/5): Generalnie hotel przyjemny, dobrze położony, czysty, codziennie dokładnie sprzątany. - Śniadania wprawdzie monotonne ale smacznie i wystarczające. Kawa super ! Pokój z extra tarasem ! Łóżko wygodne, duże. Wyposażenie wystarczające, w stylu vintage, ładnie i dobrze utrzymane. Ręczniki wymieniane "na żądanie", wodę do picia można było uzupełniać z dystrybutora (niegazowaną i gazowaną, zimną !) - super ! Codzienne dokładne sprzątanie. Generalnie - hotel wart swojej ceny ! W porze porannej, na szóste piętro nie "docierała" woda. Trzeba było wstawać albo bardzo wcześnie, albo znacznie później. To jedyny mankament.

Mark (7/5): - I only stayed for one night. It’s in a quiet area near the Vatican, where you can find plenty of great restaurants without overpriced menus. The location also has easy access to the metro. Breakfast offered a great selection to choose from. The room itself was quite spacious, but the bed’s position made it a bit difficult to move around comfortably.

Agata (9/5): Będziemy miło wspominać nasz pobyt w tym przyjaznym miejscu dzięki spotkanym tam osobom. - Fantastyczne śniadania ; dużý wybór nabiału, wędlin, warzyw i owoców, zimnych i ciepłych napojów . Miła, serdeczną atmosfera, zaangażowany, bardzo profesjonalny personel. Monica i Antonio zadbali, abyśmy od rana były w doskonałym nastroju. Dziękujemy Potrzebowałyśmy szklanych kubków w pokoju (były papierowe), ale dostałyśmy je od razu po zgłoszeniu w Recepcji.

Derrick (10/5): A great experience - The location was perfect for transport. Easy bus lines. Friendly staff and an amazing breakfast spread. Very nice balcony situation! Would return. Not much not to like. The bed was a little firmer than my preference, but I had the extra single bed ao not sure if that’s how they all are or just that one.
