Camera ampia e molto pulita.
- Davide (7/5): - Location is hard to beat and I guess it's what you pay for. I specifically looked for a hotel with parking, which this is clearly marked as. Sadly this is not true. When I asked about parking I was told that there's a few available in the area, available to the public for a fee. They were obviously all full almost at any given time.
- Gomez (7/5): Convenient location - Location
- dinosA2765RW (2/5): No way - Very sad to be there... Dirty place, no maintenance

- Olesya (5/5): - The location is amazing Dirty bed linen. It was all stained with something. They only replaced it the next day because there was no staff. At night, a noisy group checked in, shouting and banging all night, and of course no one calmed them down. Because of my early departure, I asked for a takeaway breakfast, but again it wasn’t prepared — there was no one available.
- eliecer_moreno (4/5): Good location but avoid room 516 - The hotel is well located, close to the main train station and surrounded by many restaurants.
Unfortunately, I was assigned room 516, which I strongly recommend avoiding. The room is directly opposite the housekeeping and maintenance offices, with the two doors next to each other. From around 7:30 a.m., staff start working in this area and the noise becomes very loud, making it very difficult to sleep.
I reported the issue to both housekeeping and reception, but nothing was done. I also asked for a room change, but it was refused and I was told the hotel was fully booked.
The mattress was also very hard, which made the stay less comfortable.
Breakfast was quite basic, and the scrambled eggs were unfortunately not very good.
Overall, the location of the hotel is convenient, but the room location and noise significantly affected my stay.

- W7308GVricharda (8/5): Nice budget hotel with a good breakfast. walking distance to Via Nazionale, monti district. - Good hotel if you are not picky, very close to main attractions. the area is very safe and very close to termini and shopping area like via nazionale.

- Nizar (6/5): Adequate but not value for money - Location Lack of information unless asked for at desk. What is the Internet password? Where is breakfast? No information available unless asked for. Zero help with bags. Too many steps everywhere to carry bags up.
- IrmaC86 (2/5): Do not trust the hotel photos nor descriptions! Beware! - After being bumped out from hotel Eliseo, they put us up in hotel Torino, from the same chain… what a disgrace! The street, Principe Amedeo, is as shabby as the hotel. Noisy, lots of traffic & pedestrians. Lots of trattorias, all offering the same touristy fare, lots of cheap souvenir stores, etc. The hotel entrance sets the scene: dirty, worn down rug covering the steep steps, without any banisters. No help in trying to bring in the suitcases. Same with the lobby: two steep, although short, flight of stairs to the lift. My sister’s room was a double so she fared better than me ( I was solo). Hers a little bigger but as the travelers photo posted, zero decoration, broken& teared horrible vinyl wallpaper, sagging beds, minimal bed cover, also old & weathered, few worn down sheets…she later said that the bathroom was cleaned every day, plus the sheets & towels were also changed. Her room faced the street so they could open the doors at night& get cool fresh air. My single room was no bigger than a walk in closet. The same shabby, horrible wallpaper, bed cover, old & worn, plus one transparent sheet barely covering the boing mattress with no boxspring. Looked like a kid camp bed. A wooden ancient mini closet plus a child size desk with a chair that did not fit in, completed the “decor” & A gaudy gold sconce on top of the bed headboard ready to fall on a head. My room window opened to a courtyard, so no breeze. Depressing to say the least. Moved out, lucky could find a decent hotel, everything was booked.

- Katrina (10/5): A really comfortable hotel in a great location! - Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and great breakfasts!
- Giovanni (8/5): -
- 965gerganam (4/5): Poor - The location was good , the room itself was too small , not very clean with particularly smell of mould, the door of the bathroom can't be closed enough to prevent this bcs was sliding but old and damaged. My TV doesn't work correctly and takes two says to be replaced . Alsp there wasn't slippers for one time use that must be in 4 star hotel and didn't provide free water. The breakfast is on the last floor with great views but you can't go there easily bcs the elevator itself is always full.
- 55leahc (2/5): A NEGATIVE FOUR STAR HOTEL - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If I could rate lower than a 1, this hotel would get it. I had black bugs in my bed, stained sheets, dirty bathroom, EXTREMELY RUDE staff-
There wasn’t ONE helpful person in the entire hotel on a 2 night stay. Breakfast turned lights off on us without warning. Very outdated (1960s bedspread, old light switches, etc). Housekeepers smoke while cleaning-
I could go on and on. STEER CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL!
- Relax25716030231 (4/5): Tired and rundown hotel - Just back from a stay in hotel torino the hotel is very tired and run down and needs updated . The room we stayed in was poor bedsheets were dirty and there were no mattress protecters or pillow protectors on the bed and the bathroom was very grubby ! Shower had lukewarm warm water ! On the positive side all the staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good !
- Zinajer (10/5): Good stay - We had a lovely stay — my daughter and I spent 3 nights here. The location is excellent: just a 5-minute walk to Termini station, bus stops, and tour buses, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s also only about a 7-minute walk to St. Mary Major Basilica, where Pope Francis was buried.
The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, shampoo, soap, and hair caps provided. However, there was no shower gel, conditioner, or body cream. I brought my own shampoo but also used the one supplied. The shower had good pressure, though the water wasn’t always very warm. The rooms are a bit dated, but I appreciated the framed photos of Lord Jesus or Saint Mary in each room — a thoughtful touch.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel’s rooftop restaurant, with both indoor and outdoor seating, offers lovely views from the balcony. Just watch out for birds if you’re dining outside — they may try to grab your food!
Overall, it was a good experience. Just don’t expect a true 4-star standard; as with some hotels in Spain and France, it feels more like a 2–3 star property.
- Kamala (1/5): We would not recommend a stay at this hotel. - Location Poor upkeep, terrible breakfast options, no cleaning or service staff; Elevator was out of order, floor and rooms were dirty.
- Bhargava (9/5): Very good stay. Staff was excellent - Location
- Mariam (9/5): Superb -
- david (4/5): - The hotel is very dated. Staff are not overly friendly and there really isnt anything that would bring us back there. For a little extra we could have stayed across the street. More research is needed for our next stay in Rome.
- Sam (7/5): Had a lovely time - Clean room every day and clean towels
Good breakfast It’s a bit dated
- Bickle (8/5): Would book this hotel again for sure - Breakfast was good but could have had hot food as a 4 star Scrambled eggs, bacon , sausages abit english food
- inkfx2009 (10/5): Nice clean hotel at a good price - Stayed at this hotel at the start of june arrived to a nice clean room and friendly staff. Rooms are cleaned daily with new toiletries added and was spotless each time i came back. Breakfast is served on rooftop in mornings and is nice and has good selection and a nice view of Rome can eat inside or out. Walking distance from all the main attractions in rome and staff are really friendly would 100%stay here again.
- Alfredo (4/5): - A/C deficient. Room fridge inoperative
- lisamG8842MQ (2/5): Your belongings may get stolen. - Watch your belongs! Things get stolen from your room after it's cleaned. And if you accidently leave something in your room after signing out you will never get it back. Management doesn't deal with this! They just say nothing they can do?????? Don't waste your time staying here!
- Lorenzo (8/5): - #1There was no fitted sheet on the bed the flat sheet getting bunched up every 10 mi nutes. #2.The wooden headboard was not properly attached & kept banging the wall.#3The drain plug was the wrong size & water drained very fast.#4 The toilet had a relucta.t
- Connector41316293021 (2/5): Horrible - We stayed at this hotel expecting a comfortable experience, but unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The room was not clean at all – we found hair in the bathroom, the towels didn’t smell fresh, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. The shower was extremely small, and there was no hot water.
The air conditioner made a loud, disturbing noise, and the door lock was nearly falling apart – it didn’t feel safe. Breakfast was very basic and not at all what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel.
To top it all off, we were charged an additional 60€ tax, which was not clearly explained to us in advance – we were simply told it was “for the state.”
Overall, it was a frustrating experience and we definitely would not return or recommend this hotel.
- Tariq (8/5): Very good -
- Thomas (7/5): Good - Nice traditional hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a perfect area near the train station and in walking distance to all major attractions. Perfect for a short stay in Rome. Well. I expected a better breakfast. The coffee was not "amazing". The rest was ok to fill your stomach in the morning. Also the bar was closed and not available. The hotel has a nice terrace which unfortunately was closed and no service was available on the terrace.
- Esmat (8/5): Very good -
- ruthz365 (4/5): Poor, not what was expected from a 4*hotel - The room was very small and the facilities were very poor. It's defenately not 4* hotel. There was a very heavy smell of dust in the room. The furniture is very old. The breakfast was not very attractive, the bread was qeite dry.must say though that the staff were kind and helpful and the location is not far from the main attractions.
- Virgilio (8/5): Very good -
- I9234EBmarcop (8/5): Family visiting Rome - I don’t know in what reality these people live, how they criticize this place with so harsh words it is incomprehensible. There is no perfect hotel in the world. My family and I think this hotel offers a good stay with amenities at a relatively good price. We had a pleasant short stay, and would come back in the future if that’s in or plans.
- Oona (7/5): Budget stay near the main railway station - The location is good near the main railway station. The rooftop view is pretty. The personnel is nice. The rooms are a little old fashioned and during winter time little cold. The bed is not the most comfortable one.
- Fatima Maribel (8/5): - My room was kind of hot at night even with the AC on.
Hot water no hot enough it was more like room temperature.
TV not working very well
Overall my experience was great!
My rate is 4.5 from 5!
- Hayan (2/5): - Bedding possibly has bed bugs
- Brosnan (2/5): Unclean hotel room in a good location. Do not let the picture sway you. This shouldn’t cost what it did. - Location is good - that is it Room smelled of dust and unwashed fabric. Cigarette burns in the duvet. Shower flooded the bathroom. Hole in the end of the bath where you shower.
- Mesha (8/5): Very good -
- Petr (7/5): Good - location
personal
breakfast very old rooms, which need maintemance
plastic cups on the breakfast
juice made from powder
- Oliwia (3/5): Poor -
- Keegan (2/5): - Tiny shoebox room with leaking tap, no space to fit a suitcase. This hotel is listed as a 4 star, should be a 1 star.
- Heather (6/5): A central hotel within easy reach of the Metro, restaurants and many sights of Rome. - Central location, nice breakfast. Broken tap/no cold water in the sink. No lights in either of the bedside tables. Broken tiles on the floor in the doorway of the bathroom- cut my foot. The waiter at breakfast was inflexible/rude and unhelpful to a family of four ( two adults and two children) wanted to them to sit separately rather than move an additional chair to the table. A dog was brought into the breakfast room, sat on a chair at the table and fed food from a plate off the table- disgusting!!!
- Teoh (4/5): Disappointing - breakfast is very poor breakfast and room setting. Toilet is not clean enough. Light is too dimmed
- Jurgita (7/5): Good -
- Myagmarjav (4/5): Disappointing -
- Duda (7/5): Good - The staff The room , not to comy
- Siranush (8/5): Very good -
- Jessica (9/5): Superb - Beautiful place to stay, the rooftop had amazing views The only negative was our shower was blocked and took ages to drain. We notified staff but my partner ended up fixing it…
- Katrina (10/5): Lovely hotel in a great location. - Lovely hotel in a great location.
- Katrina (7/5): Good -
- Junko (8/5): Very good - Location. Few blocks away from Rome station (Termini). 15 minitues walk to most of majour tourist sites. 24/7 receptionist so that we did not worry about checking in. Wifi reception was poor. Hair dryer did not work (I wasn't bothered to replaced it though).
- Cynthia (10/5): Exceptional -
- nancyjN402CO (2/5): Have had better experiences - The reception area is beautiful but the rooms need a lot of improvements. The floor at the entrance to our bathroom as so rotted we were afraid to walk on it. The shower had mold spots and the towels were rough and thin. The bed which was suppose to be a double was two old single mattresses that had seen better days. They were very uncomfortable. The couple we were travelling with had to changed rooms as their safe didn’t work and the mattress was so lumpy it looked like someone was already laying in it.
These improvements would go along way to change their ratings I’m sure.
They also need to ensure that seagulls and pigeons do not continue to swoop down and take food from the tables while having breakfast outside on their rooftop area.
- Lotan (1/5): It was a cold shower for 130€ per night - If you are looking for mould and hair, you will find it at the shower...but No warm water. So you cannot shower...Rooms are noisy Even after i ask to fix the cold shower, nothing was done to solve the Problem.
- Jackie (6/5): Online photos are better than actual. - location. was in walking distance to tourist spots and train. room was very tired. No plug for the bath. Bedroom.door didn't close and 2 door jams looked to be busted. loose floor tiles. Wouldn't call this a 4 star hotel.
- Ivica (8/5): Very good -
- Ezio (7/5): Great location, clean, comfortable and value for money… - For the amount of time spent in the room it was Perfect! Great location, clean, comfortable and value for money…
No frills, not fancy but clean and comfortable. Shower head could do with being replaced, hot shower but stream was little off centre
- Etienne (7/5): Good -
