The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety. The garden area and overall ambiance made the stay feel relaxing after exploring the city. The location is a bit away from the main attractions, so traveling back and forth can take some extra time. The rooms could also use a few modern updates compared to the photos online.

Location is too far to visit historic district, etc. if relying on taxis. Some taxis, even those requested by hotel, charged inappropriate rates (comparing them to those charged by honest drivers). This is not anything hotel can control. BUT: hotel has a charming patio, helpful staff at desk and dining room, and location was not too far from Termini and fine for a few good restaurants. Not a “pretty” neighbourhood but felt safe enough.

Staff molto gentile, parcheggio gratuito se disponibile molto gradito. Devo ammettere che non abbiamo mai fatto colazione (7 euro a persona) poiché abbiamo verificato la scarsità qualitativa dei prodotti offerti. Su questo onestamente la struttura potrebbe offrire decisamente meglio oltre sottilette come formaggio, salumi di scarsissima qualità e tutto il resto molto industriale e confezionato

The grounds garden of the hotel were very tranquil and restful, The breakfast was really good value and plenty of choice. There was no noticeable noise the rooms were well insulated. - Patrick (10/5): - Das Hotel ist eine kleine Oase inmitten einer regen Stadt. Wir waren gerne am Morgen im grünen Innenhof um unseren Caffe zu trinken und den Tag zu planen. Alle vom Personal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gesprochen haben wir auf englisch was nie ein Problem war. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zum Zentrum sind nahe, sind aber trotzdem für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß gegangen was nie ein Problem war. Das Zimmer wurde immer top gepflegt und unser Bett war sehr bequem. Auch von der Akustik war unser Zimmer sehr gut wir sind oft spät gekommen und haben lange geschlafen und wurden nie durch irgendeinen Lärm sei es von draussen oder im Hotel geweckt worden. Wir hatten das Hotel für 8 Nächte gebucht und würden es immer weiter empfehlen und bei einen nächsten Rom Besuch auch wieder buchen.

Good transport links just a short walk away Room was outdated except for the bathroom, elevator was also outdated and wasnt the most comfortable of rides up. There was no safe in the room. Balcony area if it had some chairs it would have been a great area to relax and enjoy the weather but it did not.

Frokosten kostet ekstra, spiste to ganger. Helt grei, ikke eggerøre, bare én type (kjedelig) ost. Desto bedre at det var flott supermarked rett ved siden av. Dusjen var utfordrende for en storvokst, fyldig nordisk mann. Jeg fikk så vidt skuldrene under den, og inngangen til selve kabinettet var så smal at jeg måtte presse meg inn. -Ellers var rommet stort og fint 😊.
