Este situat la distante relativ mici fata de multe obiective turistice si la circa 15-20 de minute de mers pe jos de gara. De asemenea, amabilitatea personalului a fost perfecta, iar micul-dejun de ajuns si, partial, variat. Camera a fost mare, cu vedere la strada, nu am sesizat zgomotul strazii. Salteaua si pernele au fost foarte confortabile. Se pot lasa gratuit bagajele la receptie atat inainte, cat si dupa decazare. Nu a fost cazul.

Oceniam pokój budget - który znajduje się nie w hotelu a w sąsiednim budynku. Tak naprawdę to ten pokój mógł być określony jako samodzielny apartament a nie pokój w hotelu. Nie jestem zadowolona z tego, ponieważ podróżowałam z córką i bardzo zależało mi na bezpieczeństwie a tam nie czułam się komfortowo. Osobny budynek, bardzo stara winda, cienkie ściany i jakiś rodzaj wykluczenia, przez mieszkanie obok. Bardzo ciężkie i stare klucze do pokoju. Nie podobał mi się stan prysznica, który miał tylko jedne z dwóch drzwiczek, dołożoną zasłonkę zamiast nich, ale nie pomagało to w zatrzymywaniu wody. Dodatkowo odchodzący tynk nad prysznicem dawał znać o konieczności odświeżania.

- Diana (5/5): - We loved the central location close to restaurants and tourist utilities like the HoponHopoff bus and within walking distance of many sights. The check in and check out staff were friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and felt safe. The beds were not very comfortable and the rooms were sparsely decorated. It is a budget hotel but for the price we paid we felt it was under par. When we requested an additional night because our flights were changed due to Dubai airspace closing, the hotel doubled the nightly charge for the extra night. We felt exploited. The wifi was good when it was working but kept dropping out.

- GLAUCIA (10/5): A cordialidade dos funcionários é o ponto alto deste hotel. - Na chegada fomos recebidos pelo Dino, que é a gentileza em pessoa e fez mais do que esperávamos para resolver um pequeno problema que tivemos com relação ao café da manhã. E por falar em café, todas as manhãs éramos saudados pelo Fábio com um largo sorriso. Ele é o responsável pelo setor e mantém tudo bem organizado. Há mesas suficientes para todos e reposição constante dos itens. Tem tudo que é necessário para começar bem o dia: frutas, iogurtes, sucos, cereais, ovos (mexidos e cozidos), embutidos, pães e doces. O buffet é self-service e você pode repetir à vontade. Além disso, o hotel tem boa localização. Chegamos até lá caminhando desde a Estação Termini e fizemos a maioria dos passeios a pé. As ruas do entorno são seguras e têm restaurantes e comércios abertos à noite. O quarto em que ficamos (nº 316) é grande, bem equipado, limpo e muito silencioso. Tem frigobar abastecido, chaleira elétrica com sachês de café e chá, guarda-roupa, cofre, TV, secador de cabelo e chuveiro com bastante água bem quentinha. As roupas de cama e banho são de qualidade e a arrumação é feita todos os dias. As janelas dão para a rua e ele é bem arejado. Isso foi importante para meu marido, que é muito alérgico e só pode ficar em ambiente sem carpete e ventilado. Gostei bastante e recomendo.

- Cassia (10/5): Ótima opção de hospedagem - Gostamos de tudo, mas a localização é excepcional, saímos a pé todos os dias e estávamos perto de vários pontos turísticos como a fontana de Trevi e Coliseu que a pé chegávamos em 15 minutos. O quarto estava muito limpo e limparam todos os dias, o serviço de quarto foi excelente e os funcionários da recepção foram muito atenciosos. Tínhamos a opção de café da manhã e tinha tudo que um café da manhã teria que ter, mas ao longo dos dias não teve variedade, mudavam apenas os bolos, acho que tem muita fartura de geleias e iogurtes e de todas as vezes que tomamos café observamos que as pessoas não comiam, ou seja, minha sugestão é pensar um pouco mais em um cardápio internacional, visto que o hotel recebe pessoas de todas as nacionalidades e precisa agradar a todos. Acho que uma boa forma de melhorar isso é fazer uma avaliação do café da manhã, visto que é uma reclamação de outros hóspedes. Um elogio especial ao Marco, Fábio e Jefrey que nos atenderam super bem, durante o café da manhã.

- Luis (8/5): - La habitación tenía lo necesario para una buena estadía. La ubicación del hotel: algo lejos para ir caminando desde la estación Roma Termini considerando que la aceras no están en buenas condiciones en algunos tramos. A mi cuñada le asignaron una habitación en un edificio al lado del hotel, sin embrago, el edificio dejaba mucho que desear: muy descuidado, ascensor muy antiguo y las instalaciones no reflejaban lo que se ve en las fotos de Booking: sección del hotel muy descuidada y apartada. El acceso a las habitaciones de dicho sector era confuso y feo.

- Paige (7/5): I loved my stay and the bed was very comfortable but I was not a fan of my view out of the window. - I liked how close it was to the shops and was not that far from any of the attractions and I could walk everywhere. I didn’t like that during my stay I found some lashes in my bed and couple of my towels were sticky so I was unable to use them. I also noticed the Prosecco glasses were not cleaned properly because I could smell champagne and Prosecco before I used one.

El desayuno poco variado y empieza a las 7-10 muy temprano para mi gusto. Y la sala muy pequeña.
