- Eleanor (2/5): I do not recommend this hotel - I do not recommend this hotel. The hotel is located in a tickytacky commercial area of Rome with no charm. Ten minute walk to anywhere remotely charming. Second, terrible customer service. Never saw my original booked room. When I told them on my arrival I was a solo traveler, the rep gave me an ‘upgrade’ she said to a three person room. I went to see it and it was nice but was like a cave it was so dark. Went back to front desk, they said they had no more rooms, I was given a four person room that at least had decent light. What happened to my original two person deluxe room? I asked to speak with the hotel manager, was told he was out. There was no hotel manager on site for the entire 5 day stay. The woman at the front desk two days into my trip told me it was her last day, the hotel manager was never on site and she was tired of dealing with all the customer complaints. My strong recommendation is DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel is vastly overpriced for its location and amenities and poorly managed, there are much better choices of hotel in Rome!

Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and excellent water pressure in the shower. Contential breakfast was perfect, lots of assortments baked goods and cereals, eggs, etc to choose from. Overall an excellent experience and would highly recommend. Will stay here again if I’m lucky enough to get back To Roma!

We had the executive suite for 5 people and it was a little tight, it would have been helpful to have additional luggage racks. We had to leave early and the hotel had bags ready for us that had a generous amount of food since we missed breakfast that morning. It was a lovely stay.

Great bathroom with enormous shower, one of the largest I’ve seen at European hotels. Everything on the mini bar was only 2 euros. Would stay here again! Taxi to airport can be arranged from hotel for 50 euros. Only con: One of the waitresses during breakfast was incredibly rude. Everyone else was great.

Location is fantastic, walking distancd to everywhere, 5 min to the main train station and couple minutes walk to the metro stop as well. Really happy with this stay.

The room was extremely small for a family suite horrible housekeeping and every time you showered water leaked all over the floor and soaked the bathroom, and the rooms are not sound proof. - Mark (10/5): - A beautifully renovated hotel in the heart of Rome conveniently located between multiple tourist hotspots. The staff were fantastic and incredibly helpful. On arrival Georgio greeted us providing us with a map highlighting the hotel location and multiple places to visit. The waiting staff at breakfast were also exceptional. The room was a good size considering we were travelling as a family of 4. Rome hotel rooms are typically quite small but we never felt cramped and the beds were very comfortable. Not related to the hotel but useful to know, there is a small restaurant next door called Berzitello. They dragged us in off the street when we had just arrived, hungry and we are so glad they did, it was delicious. Overall, a fantastic stay.

- Oliver (10/5): Excellent Location, Staff and Room! - We had an excellent 3 night stay at CC Palace Roma, all the staff we encountered we're friendly and always happy to help. The location is amazing for the price point of the hotel and allowed us to visit all the major attractions within walking distance! The included breakfast was decent and has a lovely indoor / outdoor terrace area. Our room was really well equipped with a large walk in shower, very comfortable large bed, minibar and excellent smart TV with streaming services i.e. Netflix. We loved our visit to Rome and will most definitely be back, when we do we'll be looking to book back in at CC Palace!
- Husnu (2/5): - This property has the worst staff ever. No hospitality at all plus rudeness. I am not sure how it is still in business with this kind of service. The rooms are mediocre. Basically just hard rock beds to sleep in. We reserved an uber for our international flight on our last day. The receptionist offered this trip to another family and left us resolving the situation on our own. Not recommending this hotel to anyone.
- Yevgeniy (10/5): - We stayed at CC PALACE HOTEL ROMA for a 1st time, and we LOVE IT, it’s renovated, everything is new and our room was very specious, we been in europe quiet often, and usually all the hotel rooms are small, but this one is very very comfortable. The staff was AMAZING, very friendly and knowledgeable, All services & breakfast was a top notch. Location is great, everything is within walking distance and pretty close. It’s just 10 out of 10

- Todd (10/5): - CC Palace is a small but very nice ,modern hotel. The rooms were clean with housekeeping service each day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a nice breakfast buffet on the roof top terrace that is also a bar in the afternoon. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

- Vincent (10/5): Lovely, clean and very modern. - We enjoyed our stay, This hotel opened recently and therefore is very modern and clean. Like most boutique hotels though, the rooms are very small so pay attention when booking. The location is ok, not our favorite compared to other areas of Rome but it is convenient to Pzza Bernini, Pzza della Republica and a number of other attractions.
- Naomi (10/5): - This was the perfect place for me. I had a delayed layover flight that result in me traveling between airports for 23 hours. I was so exhausted by the time I made it to Rome. The front desk receptionist was so kind and welcoming. I got to my room and slept the best 12 hours without being disturbed. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, modern, very quiet and breakfast was delicious. All of the sites are within walking distance. Including the train station. I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you CC Palace for making my visit perfect and helping me catch up much needed rest.

Bar tender Jose was great and recommended our favorite restaurant, at check-in we got a list of best restaurants from reception and we went to five which were all awesome! The 2 others that we found on our own, did come close to these. Location is perfect walking distance to most attractions, only Vatican City did we take the train to, which was a 5 min walk to. Knowing room size expectations in Italy was important, this is a very good room size and bathroom size. No iron in rooms but they bring one right up when asked, though they collect it everyday. Breakfast was adequate, same daily, so don’t expect to be wowed but their coffee selections were great! I would totally stay here again!

- Kellie Delores (10/5): - I stayed at CC Palace Hotel Roma in Oct 2023 as a solo traveler. I loved this property due to the 24hr security, close options for dining and public transportation. I felt safe with someone on the desk at all hours. The room was amazing, clean, and had a smart tv to unwind from a busy day of exploring. Complimentary water and a small fridge was available in the room ( no microwave). My only criticism would be the noise from the pipes - it sounded like a leak in the room but it was from nearby rooms. I would return to stay at this hotel with no hesitation.
