• Sean (10/5): - A solid option for a short stay. Everything was good and worth the price. The soundproofing could be better, but considering the older building and affordable price, it offers fair value for money. Overall, a good and reasonable option for a short stay.

• Salcido (9/5): Beautiful and cozy old roman chalet in very alive local neighborhood. - The building is an ancient recovered construction with all the modern facilities, beautiful from the lobby to the rooms. Also, it has a Lovely terrace to have breakfast or just chill. It has a couple of full bath rooms in the hallway which makes it really convenient when the one in the room is occupied. Lots of services around including plenty restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, parks, laundry etc. Just by 15 minutes walking. It has code locks at the main door so you can enter anytime of the day. No staff needed. The breakfast format is weird. You get in your room some cups, packed bread, coffee pods, and other few things. Then you have to take those to the terrace where there are the coffee machines (?!), fruit juice, milk, jam, etc to complement your breakfast. I find it very uneficient, unpractical and a little bit disconfortable. But is a reason to complain.

• bommard (1/5): - Nous avons oublié la clefs a l'intérieur de notre chambre vers 23 heure nous nous en sommes aperçu au moment de retourner à la chambre , nous avons contacté les numéros d'urgence marquer a l'accueil les numéros d'urgence n'était pas attribué. Nous avons envoyé des mails et essayer de trouver de l'aide sans réponse . Nous avons dormi dans le hall de l'hôtel. Le lendemain nous expliquons notre situation au réceptionniste qui rigole et ce moque de nous en nous disant que c'est de notre faute et qu'il fallait selon c'est mots agir avec responsabilité et payer une chambre dans un autre hôtel pour éviter de dormir dans le hall , sachant que notre argent ce trouver dans la chambre que nous avons payé. Personnel méchant désagréable, hôtel sal a l'image de ceux qui y travaillent.

The photos on Booking are beautiful, BUT it’s a lie because you end up in some flats with another people in small rooms with in a completely different location than the hotel, in a dirty and smelly building at Via Degli EQUI 69. A smelly elevator, a dirty bathroom, unpainted walls. This is Hostel-level standards for 20 euros a night. This hotel should be blocked on Booking !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Zdjęcia na booking są piękne, ALE to fikcja bo trafiasz do jakiegoś mieszkania z innymi ludzmi z pokojami w całkiem innym miejscu niż hotel, w brudnej i śmierdzącej kamienicy przy via Degli EQUI 69. Śmierdząca winda, brudna łazienka, niepomalowane ściany. To jest standard hostelu za 20 euro/noc. We thought we booked a hotel room but hotel staff said that all rooms are with shared bathroom (even though in my booking description, it was clearly saying that it’s with private bathroom.). He brought us to a building 200 meters away from the hotel and said that it’s the replacement. If I wanted an apartment I would book from different platforms. It was a scam and real security problem. The building was old and we could hear everything in the building, it was impossible to sleep.

• Adrián (1/5): Horrible - Se supone que pagué por una habitación insonorizada, y se oye absolutamente TODO, y cada vez que alguien entra o sale de la habitación. La cama es de muelles y se te clavan en la espalda de lo vieja que está, se supone que es doble pero es bastante pequeña. La ducha es enana, cabe una persona y no puedes moverte en ella, es mas grande la ducha común. Te dan 4 paquetes, 3 de champu y 1 de gel, que te duran 2 días, nosotros pasamos 4 noches... Se supone que hay aire acondicionado y calefacción, y solo tenían en la habitación que nos dieron el último día. Calidad-precio es un timo, mejor pagar un poco mas e ir a un hotel mejor.

• martin (3/5): Barrios bajos del bronx - Cerca de restaurantes Reserve una habitación de hotel y me dieron un apartamento, el desayuno incluido ridículo unos croissant y café de cápsulas o hacerte tú el café , al 3 día ya no había de nada y ni llaman ni te preguntan , me dieron una dirección que no es la del hotel y ahí me metieron, la limpieza venía un chico y cambia las toallas y poco mas, el barrio bueno pasas por una zona que recuerda al bronx todo lleno de pintadas, mendigos , nada deseable la verdad, no sé cómo Booking tiene esto sin verificarlo

• Rudzik (5/5): Nie bierzcie pokoju ze śniadaniem - Jedyny plus to bardzo miła obsługa Pokój ze śniadaniem to jakiś żart, dostaliśmy koszyczek z maślanymi bułkami, sucharkami I dżemy. I to wszystko na 4 dni. Pokoje posiadały odklejają się tapetę, popsuty pilot do kolorowych świateł w łazience oraz pleśń na suficie. Pokoje mało szczelne, wszystko było słychać co sie dzieje na korytarzu czy w innym pokoju. Cena do jakości to masakra, na zdjęciach wyglądało na bardziej zadbane :/
• Dusan (6/5): Schönes kleines Hotel nicht weit vom Bahnhof Roma Termini - Die Lage ist SUPER, 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Termini. Sie haben eine schöne Terrasse, auf der man frühstücken kann. Die Umgebung am Abend ist TOP. 1. Frühstück: Es wäre besser, wenn auch frisches Brot serviert würde. 2. Aufpreis für ein eigenes Bad: 30 €, obwohl es auf Booking für 20 € angeboten wird 3. Die Dame an der Rezeption: mit einer SEHR unangemessenen Frage gegenüber einer Person, die ihr den europäischen Behindertenausweis gezeigt hat. KATASTROPHE ! Deswegen auch schlechte Bewertung.

• Doris (1/5): Definetly the worst hotel I've stayed in - The location is good, but the room we were given doesn’t resemble any of the ones shown in the photo. The worst part is that there werw bedbugs. Also, the receptionist was extremely ruse.

• Lorenzo Gontijo (8/5): Comfortable short stay - The hotel was close to bus and metro stops, making it easy to access public transportation. We had a double-bed room with a private bathroom even though we had booked a room with shared bathroom. The room also had a small fridge and a modest breakfast was provided. In addition, the structure we stayed at had a little station for tea and coffee, as well as an outdoor space/garden. During check-in, the staff informed us that at that moment they had issues with the shared bathroom rooms (we had booked a room with shared bathroom). So they informed us that they would compensate us with an upgrade to another room with private bathroom. The only issue with this solution was that this alternative accommodation was in another building, separate from the hotel itself, about 300m across the street. We were initially skeptical about this, but upon seeing the room being offered to us, and staying there 3 nights, I can say the experience was rather positive and smooth. One issue with the room was that the shower door could not close properly and the floor got full of water after every use.

• bhattacharjee (1/5): Disappointing facilities - Their reception facilities was good. A lots of things i didn't like. The room they present in the book.com picture is not the same they provide. I had paid extra 30 euros for a attached washroom room. I the floor was not clean and there were sound from the outside as they said the room is noise protected. Also, there was not Hot water facilities in my room. I was only for 2 Nights and also tired after whole day travel. So i didn’t much complain again and again. But, me and my wife were too much disappointed.

• O8765PCmonikag (2/5): Very very bad and unprofessional - Complete Disaster – Avoid at All Costs! Felice Hotel is a total nightmare. The room was filthy, freezing, and had no bathroom or toilet. Staff were rude and arrogant, they stole my luggage . Breakfast was pathetic – only packaged croissants, not enough to eat, you’d need at least 10 to feel full, and the coffee machine didn’t even work. Nothing matches the photos on Booking.com. We paid over £300 through Booking.com plus €300 at the hotel for this disaster. DO NOT GO HERE.

• Daniele (5/5): Indecente - Posizione perfetta perche al centro di Roma, hall accogliente e check-in e check out ottimi. Le uniche note positive. Camera piccola, piena di umidità, finestra che affacciava su di una corte dove probabilmente sotto vi era lo scarico dei fumi di un locale marocchino e quindi tutti i forti odori entravano in camera, mura così sottili che si sentiva ogni cosa delle altre camere e non vi dico quello che si sentiva per non essere volgare. Bagno inguardabile, e sono stato riduttivo, piatto doccia avvolto da una tenda di quelle che si usano per coprire le bancarelle nei mercati e che avvolgeva anche la tazza del wc.; Letto scomodissimo. Mi dispiace ma sarebbe il caso di ristrutturare e insonorizzare le camere se l’intenzione è di offrire un buon servizio al cliente.

They said "Write to Booking if you're not happy" There is no breakfast although they claim there is, they gave us a basket with packaged croissants and coffee capsules, horrible. There is no toiletries as well they just give hand soap and toilet paper.
