• Juliana (9/5): - A localização é ótima: a 300m de vários pontos de ônibus e 500m da estação de trem/metro. No mais, a acomodação é bem confortável e limpa. Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. O café da manhã é o que menos gostei. Pouca variedade.

• Sofia (1/5): It wasn’t hot enough in the city to use an AC… - Good location I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. First, when I asked for the remote control for the air conditioner—because the room had one but no remote—the reception denied it, saying it wasn't hot enough in the city, so they simply refused to give me a remote. I was shocked by this. Then, the room had a safe operated by keys, not a code, but there were no keys to the safe either. The view from the window was terrible, facing some inner courtyard. There were ants in the room. On top of that, the reception service was awful. One day before my checkout, I asked if I could check out 1-2 hours later, since checkout was at 10:30 a.m. They confirmed it was fine, so I planned accordingly. But on the day of checkout, another receptionist came banging on my door at 10:30, asking why I hadn’t left. I was stunned, as I had an agreement the day before for a later checkout. I understand the rules, and I did leave by 10:30, but why promise something and then change it? Overall, I do not recommend this hotel—absolutely terrible staff attitude, and it’s simply not worth the money.

• Ehud (9/5): Excellent value for money - More than expected. The room is very specious, clean, comfortable wide bad, excellent bathroom. place is very centrally located, near both the Terminy and all points of interest, but still very quiet. Lacking coffee machine in the room.

• yu (9/5): 古き良きローマのホテル - 支配人の方がとても親切です。部屋も広くて必要十分で、ツインのベッドを用意してもらえました。テルミニ駅から徒歩圏内で、すぐ近くに小さいながらも綺麗なスーパーがあり便利でした。路地に面しているので静かに過ごすことができました。 特にありません。強いて言うなら建物や設備が古いことです。でもローマは古い建物が残っていることが素晴らしいので、このホテルもいいと思います。

Kahvaltıyı ayrı olarak aldık 10 euro, çeşit avrupa çeşidi, karnınız doyar ama zeytin domates salatalık yok onu bilin :) Vakit kaybetmemek için 2 gün otelde kahvaltı yaptık.

• Gert (9/5): Excellent location, great rooftop breakfast, 24-hour front desk - Superb location for train travelers, nearby station. Hotel is located on 4th floor with nice rooftop breakfast salon with good coffee and croissants. 24-hour front desk, secure and no hassle with keys, codes or apps. Quiet street, so no noise, excellent bed and shower, multiple towels, toilet was so quiet we couldn't hear it fill (and thought it was broken). Wonderful restored old building with design elements, regular concerts are given on ground floor (without causing noise). Trevi fountain is 15 min walk and so are Spanish steps and Colosseum. From hotel we walked most of inner city of Rome into Pantheon, St. Peter and Trastevere, but subway is nearby for highly recommended trips to Villa d'Este or the wonderful park with two millennium old aqueducts. Will certainly book again when in Rome.

• Maya Deniz (10/5): - Son anda yaptığım bir rezervasyon oldu, bu kadar memnun kalacağımı tahmin etmemiştim. Öncelikle otelin konumu harikaydı, otele hep yürüyerek gidip geldim. Bunun yanında otel tarihi bir bina içerisinde, estetiği çok hoşuma gitti. Otelde asansör mevcut. Resepsiyondaki beyefendi her zaman kibardı ve son günümde check-out saatimden sonra bagajımı bırakma ve resepsiyonda takılma imkanı sağladılar. Ben alt kattaki odalardan birinde kaldım. Tek başıma yolculuk eden bir kadın olarak kendimi bu otelde güvende hissettim. Oda bana biraz soğuk geldi ama klima olduğu için hiç üşümedim, belki mini buzdolabı daha iyi çalışabilirdi ama bir sorunu yoktu.

Mimo terminu wymeldowania mogliśmy pozostawić swoje bagaże co b.pomoglo nam w zwiedzaniu. Trafiliśmy na pokój od strony ulicy i pierwszej nocy musieliśmy przyzwyczaić sie do hałasów dochodzacych z ulicy (dostawy do sklepów, odbiór śmieci) nie jest to wina hotelu ale musicie być tego świadomi.

Há opção de café da manhã por 10 euros, e eu adorei, diversas opções! Recomendo e com certeza voltaria. Fica perto da estação Termini e cerca de 20 minutos a pé das principais atrações (coliseu, fontana di trevi…). Tem opção de trem também (não utilizei porque fiz tudo a pé. Para ir ao Vaticano há uma estação bem próxima, cerca de 8 minutos andando. Amei!

• Gulshat A (9/5): Great value & perfect location - The location is fantastic, with most central spots just a 10-20 minute walk away. Since the hotel is on the top floor of a beautiful historic building, our room had a lovely view. While the room wasn't huge, it was perfectly adequate for our needs. Housekeeping was done daily, and the staff were incredibly helpful. It definitely offered great value for the price!

Mario ve Ana özellikle yardımsever ve ilgiliydiler. Mario bana çok sevdiğim kruvasan ve kahve bile ikram etti. Mario ve Ana'ya çabaları için çok teşekkür ederim. Herşey için teşekkürler Roma da bana evim gibi hissettirdiler. Ho soggiornato all'Hotel Nardizzi Americana dal 9 al 14 marzo 2026 e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto della pulizia, della sicurezza e soprattutto del personale. Mario e Ana sono stati particolarmente disponibili e attenti. Mario mi ha persino offerto croissant e caffè, che adoro. Un sentito ringraziamento a Mario e Ana per la loro disponibilità. Grazie di tutto; mi hanno fatto sentire come a casa a Roma.
