• Eryka (5/5): - The staff were very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was good, and the location was convenient as well. Unfortunately, the room conditions were very disappointing. When I arrived, there was water infiltration in the room, and the bathroom was extremely mouldy. In fact, several walls in the room showed visible mould, which made the environment feel unhealthy and uncomfortable. What concerns me most is that I developed a skin infection during my stay, which I strongly suspect was related to the mould and dampness in the room. It’s a shame because the positive aspects of the hotel were overshadowed by the poor condition and hygiene of the room. I hope the management addresses these issues seriously for future guests.

• PATRICIA (5/5): Poco grata. - Hay 2 hombres que te controlan el desayuno.Uno se ellos un tipo calbo y vestido de negro hombre muy desagradable que te clava la mirada mientras tratas de sacar un café de la máquina..lo que da como resultado un desayuno incómodo y poco grato.Sin duda no volvería a desayunar allí. El trato de ésta gente a otras nacionalidades como somos los latinos ó hispanohablantes por ejemplo su mirada de desconfianza permanente que la hacen notar. En conclusión fue una estadía "poco grata". Un señor de recepción estuvo bien y se agradece.

• Heli (8/5): Kelvollinen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla - Erinomainen sijainti Termini-aseman lähellä, johon pääsee kätevästi lentokentältä. Suht rauhallinen katu, jossa paljon ravintoloita. Aamiainen oli ihan ok, jos ei odota kovin runsasta buffet-pöytää. Tarjolla oli leikkelettä, juustoa, jugurttia, muroja, hedelmiä ja kakkuja. Henkilökunta oli oikein ystävällisiä. Hotellissa on mahdollista jättää matkatavarat säilytykseen huoneen luovutuksen jälkeen. Huoneen pieni jääkaappi ei viilentynyt yhtään, eikä ilmastointi ollut käytössä toukokuussa. Siinä mielessä hotellin kuvaus oli harhaanjohtava. Kylmiä juomia sai kuitenkin ostettua läheisestä kaupasta, ja yöllä huoneen lämpötila oli siedettävä kun piti ikkunaa vähän auki. Tosin silloin suurkaupungin äänet kuului huoneeseen turhan hyvin. Korvatulpat kannattaa ottaa mukaan.

• Jordan (9/5): Fantastic hotel right near the station but be aware you are in a busy area so noise is expected - The room itself was brill a bit small but had everything youd need as well as been right next to the train station the staff were super friendly and hospitable The huge downside was on a night you are in a busy area of Rome, its noisy, bars, people, a cat? I think? But yeah a lot of noise but understandably this is out the hotels control the hotel itself does its best to reduce the noise with windows and then wooden window covers as well as 2 sets of curtains, its just something to bear in mind if you do not sleep well in noisy areas

Camere pulite ma con qualche lavoro di ristrutturazione da eseguire. Colazione abbondante con vasta scelta, dolce e salata. Posizione ottima. Ha necessità di qualche lavoro da eseguire, negli ultimi anni non è cambiato molto.

Cleanliness This is my second stay at this hotel, but unfortunately this time I was very disappointed with the experience. The bathroom had a significant amount of mould, and in the afternoon I reported water leaking from the wall through a power socket.

The room was small, but it had everything you needed for your stay: fresh towels and a working shower. Its location certainly is a plus. The breakfast was also simple, but it helped you not get hungry in the first hours of the day. There is also a storage room for your bags if you need. The interior was a bit rundown, but not too bad

• Zavoronkova (7/5): Amazing locatiom - Perfect location. 5 minutes walk from hotel to Termini station. So easy to get a bus directly to the airport . 20 min walk to Colosseum and Trevi. Lots of places to eat nearby and by the hotel. All public transports are close too. What saves your time and money for a taxi. Shower is to small wasn't able to wash my hair as there is no space to make a movement. Room is quiet small. Breakfast could be more variable. No hot food at all. But great location compensate all this. So in general we are happy!

Но нам пошли на встречу и разрешили заселиться по приезду. За это огромное спасибо. В номере мы не находились,приходили только поспать. Было удобно и комфортно. Много ресторанов,голодными не останетесь. Работают допоздна. Ночью ходили в Коллизией и на фонтан. Максимум 30 минут Завтрак. В первый день ещё ок,но во второй ,колбаса была не очень свежая, и кофе машина сломалась,не смогли нормально попить кофе.
• Davison (8/5): Large comfy beds and Fantastic location! - Bed was big and very comfortable, location superb and friendly staff, breakfast was fine, everything we needed for our 2 night stay in Rome city centre. Room very dark and place is a little old fashioned, air conditioning didn't work but we we were fine without due to it being early May and not too hot.
• Ibolya (5/5): A szálloda elhelyezkedése és az ágy nagyon jó, minden más éppen csak elfogadható volt. - A reggeli választék közepesen jó volt. Ami tetszett, hogy tudtak adni gluténmentes kenyeret. A szálloda elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, közel van a központi pályaudvarhoz, a közösségi buszpályaudvarhoz és a Metróhoz. A szobában az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt. A szoba mérete túl kicsi 2 külön ágyban alvó barát részére. A WC kagylóban nagyon alacsony volt a nyomás, vödörrel kellet rásegíteni az öblítésre. A bidét is csak nagyon óvatosan lehetett használni, mert normál használat esetén alul is folyt a víz, és elárasztotta a fürdőszobát. A szobában nem lehetett elérni a Wifit, bár benne volt az árban. Jeleztük a recepción, de a hölgy csak széttárta a karját. A 4 éjszaka alatt a törölközőket egyszer sem cserélték.

Dodatkowo przy hotelu znajduje się wiele restauracji. Dużym plusem była możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania. Hotel oferuje także przechowalnię bagażu. Hotel ma naprawdę ciekawy styl wnętrza. Niestety widać, że obiekt wymaga większej dbałości o szczegóły. Przydałoby się dokładniejsze posprzątanie, zwłaszcza w mniej oczywistych miejscach. Dodatkowo niektóre elementy są już wyraźnie zużyte i wymagają odświeżenia.

• Çandır (7/5): - Otel eski ama konumu ulaşımı çok rahat bir yerde. Merkez Tren istasyonuna 5 dakika mesafede. Havaalanı ulaşımı da çok kolay. Turistik yerlerin çoğuna yürünür ama Vatikan ve tresteva bolgeisnw metro ile ulaşım daha rahat. Trevi çeşmesi vb. Yerlere yürünür ama dönüş yokuş yukarı olduğu için otobüs kullanarak dönmek mantıklı Otelin kahvaltısı tatlı kek vb. Ağırlıklı tek küçük olumsuz noktası belki de buydu.

• Josephine Grima (6/5): they let you leave the bags there if check out or check in are early or late. - the location is perfect because alot of touristic places like fontana di trevi, colosseum, lungo tevere, were within walking distance ... we also walked back from campo dei fiori /piazza navona it was around 45 mins walk. the Antenna of the TV- got stuck form the TV, fridge was on but did not function- whe asked reception fro help with the TV he replied " why you didnt tell me before now I am alone" so cutomer service was a bit yukky not from all of them though. the cleaners and breakfast attendants were nice

Stanza piccola, ma pulita e dotata di tutto anche se suggerisco solo di rivedere il set di cortesia bagno. Letto comodo. Colazione discreta. Personale gentile. Molto cordiale e cortese il signor Marco alla reception.
