• Czyż (10/5): Pobyt był bardzo udany - Hotel jest bardzo czysty i gustowny. Personel jest bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy, zawsze z uśmiechem na twarzy. Jedynym mankamentem są odgłosy z sąsiednich pokoi, ściany i drzwi są za cienkie. Pobyt był bardzo udany. Polecam Ścianki i drzwi do sąsiednich pokoi są zbyt cienkie przez co bardzo słychać mieszkańców oraz otwieranie i zamykanie zamków i drzwi
• Wei Chung (10/5): - Hotel City整體的設計非常復古漂亮，地理位置離車站很近（帶著行李約7-10分鐘的路程），也都能步行到主要景點，晚上附近有很多中國餐廳及超市，蠻明亮的，覺得回到飯店的路上很安全。 我的房間在設計上有附上非常多面鏡子，這讓早上的時候，不用跟我的夥伴搶鏡子梳妝🤣 每一位櫃檯都很親切，在我們入住的第一天櫃檯還親切地用地圖向我們說明整個佛羅倫斯的環境、景點及步行時間，讓我們可以快速的了解整個環境。 因為還不是太習慣義大利的氣候，第一天晚上覺得比較熱想要開空調，但空調沒有運轉，向櫃檯反應，櫃檯有表示因為環保的因素所以是暫停使用，但可能因為有反應的關係，隔天櫃檯（不同人員）有告知我他的同仁有跟他反應這個情況，客房的冷氣之後都能順利運轉，非常感謝你們積極處理🙏 因為地理位置非常的方便，我很常逛完景點後回房間休息後再出發，房間使用比較傳統的鑰匙，離開飯店需要交還給櫃檯，這點蠻方便的🫶 沒有給到五星的原因是飯店有附電梯，但電梯使用上覺得有一點恐怖，電梯運作中震動比較大，加上因為不清楚使用方式，我們是四個人一起進電梯，但先進去的人先按了樓層，導致門關閉差點讓還沒進入的人夾到，希望未來飯店有機會在電梯設備可以更新。

• Andy (10/5): A very pleasant overnight stay. - We popped in early to drop off our bags, but we're told that if we waited 10 minutes, our room would be ready. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed from check in to returning late at night and final checkout. The room was very comfortable but as we only booked it the night before, we were very happy. Leaving in the morning. 😋 We would have loved to have stayed longer, but sadly our schedule did not allow it.

Hotel is perfectly located, however, advertised bar was not open/available - The location of the hotel is excellent, very centrally located, with all the major sites, markets, shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Other plusses are: helpful and friendly staff, decent breakfast choice and large comfy bedroom. No bar - please don't advertise something you don't have or is not available. When holidaying with friends, we like to choose a hotel with a bar so there's somewhere to chill out after dinner/before bed, especially if the weather's not great, and we chose this hotel because of its location and because it advertised a bar, however, it was not open/available. We had a shortlist of hotels and would have chosen another one if we knew the bar was not available, only because there were others similarly located and priced.

I wished I would have stayed there longer instead of moving closer to the Duome Rooms. You could hear the traffic. The bathroom door didn't close. The shower leaked on the floor and it was slippery.

La camera non era ben isolata e si sentivano sia i rumori dalle camere vicine che quelli provenienti dalla strada (nonostante i doppi infissi). Da migliorare sicuramente la qualità dei prodotti del buffet colazione visto il prezzo per notte.

Чудовий сніданок. Чемний і компетентний і сердечний персонал. Чудове розташування, до всіх визначних памʼяток - пішохідна доступність . Єдине, що заважало вночі - це шум від нечемних туристів на вулиці. Але це до персоналу готелю не має відношення.

Zweckmässig und top Kosten/Leistung! - Dass es Familienzimmer gibt mit Verbindungstüre und alle ein Richtiges Bett (kein Auszugssofa) hatten. Das gibt es oft nicht mal in 5* Hotels. Ein wahrscheinlich Lüftungsgerät oben im Haus hat manchmal etwas Lärm ins Zimmer gebracht. Beim Frühstück kein Brot, nur Toast.

• Liana (8/5): Se dovessi tornare a Firenze probabilmente ci ritornerei e lo consiglierei, perché se se non ci si aspetta grandi cose - Posizione strategica, ottima per visitare tutta Firenze, vicinissima al centro storico. Hotel accogliente, personale cordiale, meraviglioso il silenzio durante la notte, non ci sono rumori da fuori. Letto molto comodo ho apprezzato il confort e il silenzio. Camera pulita ma ho trovato dei capelli sul pavimento del bagno che mi hanno disturbato. Sul kit da bagno, c’è da migliorare, 2 mini flaconcini di shampoo/doccia e una mini saponetta mi sempre un po’ scarso come servizio. Da migliorare anche la colazione, che non era nel pacchetto ma ho deciso al momento di fare lì per agevolare i programmi della mia visita. C’è un po di tutto, tra salato e dolce, yogurt ma non ho apprezzato la macchinetta x il beverage, succo di arancia e ananas, macchina caffè ecc Avrei apprezzato di più un vero caffè o un cappuccino. E una vera spremuta d’arancia anziché dalla macchinetta. Se dovessi tornarci non rifarei la colazione perché 15 € a persona secondo me non ne vale la pena, sceglierei sicuramente di farla al bar. Per il resto personale cordiale e disponibile.

• Sharon (10/5): They welcomed us like familia! - Just a short walk from the train station and close to EVERYTHING!!!!!! Best restaurants nearby and gelato on the corner! Beds were comfort able and bathroom was spacious with large shelf for cosmetics etc. Everyone there knew our names from day 1 and treated us like family friends. Breakfast was excellent and they had an elevator which is hard to find. Best place to stay in Florence!

They kindly let us have a cup of coffee free of charge on one occasion. We stayed in Room 28 for 3 nights. We had to ask for some soap and shampoo as there was none in the bathroom. The shower light wasn’t working, though the receptionist kindly said they have ordered a new one to be installed. The heater in the room has only worked to blow ambient air in, which didn’t warm up the room.

The room was nice and quiet and a good size (I was on the third floor and overlooked some roofs). My conference was around the corner so the location was convenient. It was close to the station without being remotely noisy or in a dodgy area. The staff were courteous and helpful. There were nice restaurants nearby. The electricity sockets in the room were a bit dodgy and my plugs heated up. The plug of the kettle in the room didn't fit in the electricity socket, but this was fixed for me by hotel staff. There was no milk in the bedroom to go with the teabags so I didn't have tea. The breakfast was basic (coffee machine coffee, cereal, cakes) - so I went out for breakfast. I would have preferred to have Greek yoghurt, a bowl of fruit provided to choose from, more seeds and nuts). But otherwise, all was fine.

• Cheryl (9/5): Amazing, affordable gem in the city centre! - The most wonderful service from Hayato who made our overnight stay and first time to Florence, particularly smooth and helpful on check-in. I had accidently left my mobile phone in a taxi which dropped us at the hotel and was very stressed about this. He was able to have the taxi driver return it within about 20 minutes with such professionalism and compassion. It was incredible and I cannot thank him enough! Great location-so close within a few metres to cafes and city attractions, clean rooms with a comfortable bed! Nothing. I would highly recommend this hotel! We will stay again. 5/5
• Barbara (10/5): Great service, Great Hotel, Delicious Breakfast - We absolutely enjoyed our stay here, the decoration of the hotel is really fun and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly, the breakfast buffet was really nice and as a pregnant women I really enjoyed the options haha. I also specified that it was our honeymoon in the reservation, and out of all the hotels I did a reservation for our Italy trip, they were the only ones to reply and to surprise us with a courtesy for it. • Hua (9/5): A wonderful stay. - The location allowed us to walk to famous sites and begin very close to the Train Station. Staff was friendly and helpful who provided useful recommendations to visit the Florence. There’s no “ Do Not Disturb “ sign in the room.

• Fábio (9/5): Uma ótima estadia - Ann vc localização é excelente a medida que é perto da estação de trem e de pontos turísticos relevantes. O quarto possuía banheiro privativo mas em separado. Tínhamos de atravessar o corredor pra utilizar. Além disso o box do banheiro era bem pequeno.
