• David (8/5): Clean with great breakfast. - Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Very Nice staff. Had a nice rain shower head but it was somewhat broken and leaked. Can be loud at night with people coming and going in the small hallways.

• Christopher (8/5): Overall a good value and great location. - The location is right in the middle of everything. A very walkable location. Including 10-12 minute walk to the train station. Breakfast was good and had a decent variety. The room was good sized with air conditioning and a modern shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This isn't the hotels fault, but Florence/Firenza performs services (like emptying trash dumpsters on the street) pretty much around the clock. There was trash being emptied outside our window between 2:00-5:00 every morning. It's very loud, but only lasts a few minutes.

• Olivier (7/5): Pratique pour visiter le centre de Florence - hôtel très bien placé au cœur du centre ville, bien équipé, petit déjeuner correct mais beaucoup de produits industriels (gateaux, …), il est possible de laisser sa valise à l’accueil la chambre sur rue est bruyante car située juste sous les poubelles de la rue: on entend le ramassage la nuit.

• Heike (4/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut, nur ganz kurze Wege zur Kathedrale, den Museen, der Ponte Veccio. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal freundlich. Das Zimmer hatte ein Fenster mit geriffeltem Glas. Man schaute in einen kleinen, unansehnlichen Hinterhof mit den Klimaanlagen, der Himmel war fast nicht zu sehen. Der Raum war sehr dunkel, zudem stand der Schrank auch noch vor dem Fenster. Der Frühstücksraum hatte leider auch keine Fenster, war aber durch Spiegel und Lampen hell ausgeleuchtet.

• Doriano (4/5): 2 notti una peggio dell altra. - Nulla. Colazione scadente. Camera scadente. Tutto. La camera spacciata per doppia al max andava bene x 1 persona. In camera avevo un solo omino per appendere gli abiti. Un letto era talmente vicino al frigo bar che non si riusciva a dormire causa ronzio. Lo scaldotto in bagno si era messo in funzione da solo. Il divisorio tra un letto e l'altro se ti appoggiavi con la testa e il cuscino cadeva sull'altro letto. Un disastro. Struttura molto vecchia con tante scale ascensore molto piccolo.

La posizione è veramente strategica: a pochi passi dai monumenti più interessanti di Firenze e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Inoltre la via in cui è ubicato l'hotel, pur essendo percorsa da tante persone, é molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Colazione abbondante e diversificata.

Хотелът е на отлично местоположение, чист и удобен, което направи посещ - Много ни хареса местоположението – хотелът е много близо до центъра и сравнително близо до гарата, което го прави изключително удобен за придвижване и разглеждане на града. Стаята беше чиста и поддържана, а престоят ни беше комфортен. Персоналът беше много любезен и отзивчив. Имаше лек шум от съседната стая, но това не зависи изцяло от хотела. В един от дните след почистване липсваше една от кърпите, а наше кафе беше разлято и не беше почистено добре. Също така част от дрехите ни бяха преместени и сложени в един куфар без наше знание. Закуската би могла да бъде малко по-разнообразна. Въпреки това престоят ни като цяло беше приятен.
