The rooms are well air conditioned and plenty of hot water, we had a little courtyard balcony and it is very comfortable. A frequent stay, we will use this place often as it is reliable. All good

It is possible to drive all the way to the hotel entrance and the reception takes care of the parking, which is very handy. The breakfast selection could be a bit more diverse, but for a 2-3 nights' stay it is perfect anyway!

- Reisija S.A. (7/5): - I liked the excellent location. The room did not face the street, so there was no noise. The reception staff provided very pleasant and professional service. The breakfast was excellent, especially the barista :), and the pastries were absolutely delicious. I did not like that the room looked very worn, which at times gave it a dirty impression. We paid an additional fee for a second person, but during our entire stay — 7 days — towels and hygiene products were provided only for one person. We received pillows, but not an extra blanket. However, we paid the extra fee. The question is: what exactly did we pay for, if the hotel service remained incomplete? Recommendation: hotel staff should communicate with each other so that the customer does not have to suffer because of it. In addition, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. For the entire 7-day stay, both of us were covered in red mosquito bites.

Santa maria del fiora (floransa katedraline) yürüme mesafesinde. Bir çok yere kolayca yürüyerek gidilebilir. Resepsiyon güleryüzlü. Emanet olarak check in saatine kadar valiz bırakabilirsiniz. Kahvaltı dahil kaldık KAHVALTISI MUAZZAM. odada sinekkovar olması çok şık. Odalar büyük ve temiz. Banyo ve tuvalet aynı kabinde. Yani duşakabin içinde tuvalet de var. Biz 1 gün kaldığımız için sorun olmadı ama uzun süreli kalımlarda duş ve tuvaletin iç içe olması sorun yaratabilir.

La habitación y baño eran muy espaciosa para 3 personas. Tenía frigobar la habitación que muchas no lo tienen!! Y el desayuno era muy completo. Me volvería a hospedar sin dudas!! El mobiliario era antiguo pero todo funcionaba muy bien!!

- GPCSPECIAL (7/5): Soggiorno gradevole in una delle più eleganti piazze di Firenze. - La posizione dell'hotel, vicino a tutti i punti di interesse turistico, raggiungibile facilmente dalla stazione con la tranvia T2. Personale della reception gentile e disponibile. Buona la colazione che offriva prodotti tipici toscani e cosa non facile da trovare, spremuta d'arance fatta sul momento dal barman. L'insonorizzazione della camera, i serramenti della camera sono in vetro singolo. Nel bagno dalle dimensioni generose era presente solo la vasca idromassaggio che non sono riuscito a far funzionare e ho dovuto prestare attenzione nell'uscire dalla vasca dopo aver fatto la doccia perché non mi sentivo sicuro nello scavalcare il bordo vasca, infine alcune mattonelle del bagno erano filate e un paio anche sbeccate. Un vero peccato perché il bagno aveva un pregevole rivestimento in marmo di Carrara.

- Gavin (8/5): - Great location 20 min walk to Ponte Avechia less than 10 min to Duomo and 15 min to central markets. Good breakfast incl. Good sized room and bathroom. There is Vespa motorcycle noise from that side and decrepid shutters didn't close properly but earplugs gave a peaceful sleep. Aircon cooling somewhat effective. Nice staff. Recommended at the discount rate.. A bit noisy on the side facing street where many Vespas park.

- Grazyna (4/5): Bardzo slaby hotel za te cene, swietna lokizacja - Lokalizacja Pan serwujacy kawe Recepcji ista sie staral Dlugie oczekiwanie na auto z vallet parking 45 min , Brak foteli i kamapy w lobby, tylko twarde dea waskie krzeselka, duzy halas przy sniadaniu, szczek takerxy jak na stolowce, otwarte drzwi do kuchni , ogolnue zatrzymali sie w czasie chyba 35 lat , bez nastroju , bez designu, smutno i pnuro zelaszvza w stolowce - bo inaczej nie mizna nazwac tego miejca . Za drogo!

La ubicación es excelente, ya que se encuentra en una de las plazas centrales y muy cerca de todo, lo que hace muy cómodo recorrer la zona caminando. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, al igual que los baños, que también tienen muy buen espacio. Además, el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda nuestra estadía. El desayuno también fue muy bueno y completo, con gran variedad y todo muy rico. Sin dudas, un lugar muy recomendable para alojarse. Hay que subir un entrepiso para llegar al ascensor, ascensor muy pequeño

- Eileen (8/5): Estadía en Fiorenze - Lo mejor es la ubicación, cerca de farmacias, restaurantes, Basílica, todo cerca. La plaza donde está ubicado el hotel se veía sucia y había personas sin hogar durmiendo allí.

- Michael (8/5): 3 day stay in fabulous Florence! - Very central in Florence. 5 minutes from Cathedral / Duomo. Very helpful staff. Good continental breakfast and great Barista! Air Con was noisy and didn’t cool the room, so there was a lot of noise from the street. Room had a jacuzzi bath but it didn’t work.
