Localização boa, especialmente para quem quer fazer bate-volta pela Toscana tendo como base Florença. É muito perto da saída dos ônibus de turismo e da estação ferroviária. A rua tbm dá acesso rápido ao centro histórico e tem muitas opções de restaurantes Travesseiros um pouco duros e a escada para acessar a recepção é puxada para subir com as malas. Porém, estão em obras para a colocação de um elevador

- Gary (9/5): Great location and great breakfast but climbing a flight of stairs with luggage was difficult - Breakfast was great. The location was great. It was walkable to everything we did in Florence. There was a parking garage downstairs which made that easy. The concierge was very helpful. The room was good. The hotel was quaint and the building was built in the 1600's. The hotel lobby was on the second floor and there was no elevator. And the steps were further compromised because there was work being done in the center of the stairway so there was a rough wooden railing. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too flat

Besonders hat uns das abwechslungsreiche Frühstück gefallen - echt toll! Die Lage ist hervorragend, vor allem für Bahnreisende! Am Anfang waren wir über das gähnende Loch im Treppenhaus etwas überrascht, das noch dazu nicht besonders gut abgesichert war. Beim nächsten Mal wird hier schon ein Lift sein :-) Das Badezimmer war jedoch ganz speziell: zu füllig bzw. zu groß sollte man nicht sein

Bathroom seems recently renovated, room looks old but might be their desired styling. AC worked very good for comfort and reduce the typical humidity of Florence They seem to be currently installing an elevator so there is a big construction site in the middle of the stairs that doesn't seem very secure.

Is really close to termini and on a street that leads to downtown easily. The mattress of the bed is uneven, making it uncomfortable to sleep in the middle. It could use an upgrade.

Un po' caro il parcheggio. Considerato poi che abbiamo avuto un disguido relativo all'acqua (non imputabile all'hotel), ci saremmo aspettati uno sconto un po' più consistente sulla tariffa del parcheggio (30 euro a notte + 12 euro per 4 ore eccedenti, scontate a 10...) Quando c'è un inconveniente, soprattutto all'estero, ho sempre riscontrato da parte degli hotel un'azione "compensatrice" (upgrade gratuito, sconto...) senza peraltro doverlo chiedere.

- KATIA69 (9/5): Atmosfera d'altri tempi a due passi dal centro storico - Hotel situato in posizione strategica tra stazione ferroviaria e centro storico, risulta comodissimo per chi arriva in treno. Ambiente caldo e accogliente con stanze pulite, confortevoli e dotate di tutto il necessario. Colazione a buffet varia ed abbondante. Due rampe di scale (senza ascensore) per accedere all'hotel: se si hanno bagagli pesanti potrebbe essere disagevole.

Śniadanie to bułki, sery, wędlina, małe ilości warzyw, kilka rodzajów croissantów. Wszystko świeże. Pobyt w drugiej połowie marca, więc pomocne było podgrzanie pokoju klimatyzacją. Czysta łazienka, wygodna kabina prysznicowa. W pokoju suszarka i czajnik. Bezpłatny zestaw kosmetyków. Możliwość pozostawienia bagaży po wymeldowaniu się. Pokój na parterze obok wyjścia ewakuacyjnego wymaga pomalowania, aby gość poczuł się komfortowo. Trudny do zniesienia w nocy był gwar na ulicy, który poważnie utrudniał zaśnięcie. Może instalacja dźwiękoszczelnych okien byłaby pomocna.

- Dr. Anil Bansidhar (5/5): A conviniently located hotel but needs lot of improvement. - It's very near to the Railway Station and walkable from Old Town. Breakfast is average and exactly the same every day. The only heartwarming thing was, the gentlemsn at reception helped us by carrying two heavy bags down stairs while returning home. A million thanks to him. There are few reasons for being not so satisfied. The first being, hotel is situated on the first floor of an old nondescript building and has no lift. So you need to carry your heavy bags yourself. This may be a problem for some senior citizens with heart problem or joint preoblems, like me. Second was, that the toilet - bathroom was not attached to the room. It was outside. So everytime you need to use, you need to close your room, walk down past 2-3 rooms and open it with keys. The whole thing becomes quite noisy, especially at night. The walls are thin, so one can easily hear ppl talking in the next room Or their TV / Radio. This becomes a headache at night. One mis night our neighbour kept radio on full volume and had gone to sleep. It was irritating and we had to request the Reception to intervene. The fourth reason is, even though the room is cleaned every day, they did not change bed sheet etc in 9 days of our stay. Sometimes they forgot to keep tea/coffee supplies. They can improve few things to make it more lovable.

- MARCO (7/5): - L’hotel si trova al primo piano di un edificio, senza ascensore, e l'accesso alla reception avviene tramite due rampe di scale. La reception è sempre presidiata 24 ore su 24. Situato in una via centrale della città, a breve distanza dal Duomo e caratterizzata da numerosi negozi di pelletteria e locande per cene e aperitivi. Camera matrimoniale sufficientemente spaziosa con bagno privato dotato di doccia. Buona la colazione, pur non offrendo una scelta particolarmente ampia tra proposte dolce e salato. Apprezzata la gentilezza e disponibilità dimostrata da tutto il personale.
