Breakfasts were good as well Our junior suite was located on the ground floor between reception, 2 public WCs and a restaurant from the outside. It was noisy around starting from 6 am, we couldn’t sleep on our weekend, as we were hearing everything all the time, starting from coughing in the hall, and clattering of plates from the outside. The very old entrance door was constantly rattling because of the draught coming from the entrance. The bathroom door wouldn’t even lock. I may understand they might be 200 years old, but they need to be restored. Absolutely outdated everything. Even all towels had a grey colour already instead of white. The bathroom didn’t see renovation for decades as well and had a very small size

Jemima (6/5): We had a pleasant stay however for the price of the room we felt it could have felt a little more ‘special’. The locatio - We had a lovely terrace just outside of our room door. The location was good (about 15 minutes walk away from the duomo) and felt very safe walking back at night. There was a pool however we hadn’t been told that it had opened earlier than expected so we had not packed our swimmers unfortunately. There were some lovely staff members who helped served coffee at breakfast. Unfortunately the shower in our room was not great. The shower head holder was broken and did not hold it still which meant having to have hand held showers. For the price of the room that we paid, it would have been expected that things like ensuring the shower is working effectively would be expected. Additionally, the water in the mini bar was not included for the price (again for the price we paid, we would have thought that water would be complimentary).

Caroline (7/5): A good stay but noisy! - We liked the location away from the main centre but still only a 15 minute walk to the main attractions and station. The outdoor area and pool was lovely although at the time of our visit (early May) wasn’t a facility we were able to use due to weather. The way the rooms were set up meant we had next door room’s bathroom jutting into our room from which we could hear the shower, toilet, voices etc. the neighbouring road was also quite noisy with mopeds and other traffic.

Non siamo riusciti a riposare bene a causa del frigorifero, molto rumoroso e di qualche zanzara di troppo. Qualche membro del personale poteva essere più cordiale.

Dayna (1/5): Not worth the money by any means - The room that I chose based on the photos shown on here… when I arrived was absolutely nothing like the pictures depicted, it was probably 3/4 of the size. The property is tired. The towels are old and have holes in. It’s in a noisy residential area. If you want quiet, this is not the hotel for you.

Beim Frühstück findet jeder was, von herzhaft über süßes bis zu warmen Speisen. Wir hatten in der Nacht Geräusche welche nicht lokalisiert werden konnten. Denise (8/5): Een oase vlakbij het bruisende centrum - De ligging is heerlijk. Je kunt er parkeren en het oude centrum is op loopafstand. Het is een ruime groene plek, waar je ook even tot rust kunt komen in de tuin en/of bij het zwembad. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Beetje jammer, dat de “extra’s” duur zijn. Ik las ergens dat je moest betalen voor het zwembad. Voor een goedkope wijn uit een fles die al openstond bij de bar betaalden we €10 per glas. Dat is dan net jammer. Het is verder wat gedateerd qua meubilair en styling, maar dat heeft ook wel weer zijn charme.

Fanny (7/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt hat es für uns gut gepasst (1 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 12 und 14 Jahre alt). - Gute Lage am Stadtrand, grosser Garten mit kleinem Swimmingpool, Salon mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, grosses Zimmer für drei Personen, jedoch minimal eingerichtet, schönes Badezimmer. Vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet. Guter Parkplatz gleich beim Hotel, auf dem unsere Jungs (12 und 14) Ball spielen konnten. Für mehrere Tage würde ich mir eine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit im Zimmer, einen kleinen Tisch zum Arbeiten sowie mehr Stauraum wünschen.

Nathalie (7/5): S’il n’y avait pas eu cette panne de climatisation, notre séjour aurait été parfait car nous n’aurions pas été dérangés - Hôtel bien situé juste avant la ZTL. On peut se rendre à pied au centre-ville en 10-15 min. Petit parc agréable. Petit-déjeuner copieux et avec un large choix. La température de la chambre était de 39,8 degrés à notre arrivée!!! Une étuve 🥵 Le personnel nous a fourni un ventilateur et 2 bouteilles d’eau froide mais nous avons mal dormi car avons dû laisser la fenêtre ouverte et c’était très bruyant (des jeunes dans la rue en face ont crié, rigolé jusqu’à 3-4 h du matin). Nous étions inquiets pour notre chien. On nous a changés de chambre un peu moins chaude mais il y avait toujours une panne de climatisation et sommeil difficile et toujours autant de nuisances sonores. J’espérais un geste sur le prix du parking pour la voiture (30 euros par jour) pour nos nuits inconfortables mais non.

THEODOROS (5/5): Για διαμονής έως 3 βραδιές - Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Το πρωινό είναι πλούσιο, με πολλές επιλογές και μεγάλη ποικιλία που ανανεώνεται καθημερινά. Ο χώρος του πρωινού είναι πολύ καθαρός και ο μπουφές άψογα οργανωμένος. Οι κυρίες στον χώρο του πρωινού είναι απίστευτα ευγενικές, εξυπηρετικές και πρόθυμες να βοηθήσουν άμεσα με οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία χρειαστεί. Επίσης, το προσωπικό καθαριότητας είναι ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό και κάνει εξαιρετική δουλειά — τα δωμάτια είναι πεντακάθαρα. Το ξενοδοχείο δεν είναι καθόλου κατάλληλο για οικογένειες με μωρό και καρότσι. Δεν υπάρχει καμία πρόβλεψη για πρόσβαση με καρότσι, καθώς στην είσοδο υπάρχουν σκαλοπάτια χωρίς ράμπα και δεν υπάρχει βοήθεια από το προσωπικό για την ανάβαση. Αυτό δημιουργεί μεγάλη δυσκολία αλλά και επικίνδυνες συνθήκες για τη μετακίνηση με μωρό. Ο ανελκυστήρας είναι πολύ παλαιός και μικρός, χωράει με το ζόρι ένα καρότσι και έναν άνθρωπο, γεγονός που προκαλεί ανασφάλεια. Επιπλέον, τα κουμπιά είναι φθαρμένα και δεν διακρίνονται καθαρά οι αριθμοί. Όσον αφορά το προσωπικό, οι υπάλληλοι της ρεσεψιόν δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα πρόθυμοι ή ευγενικοί, σε αντίθεση με το προσωπικό στο πρωινό και την καθαριότητα, που ήταν εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοί. Συνολικά, η εμπειρία ήταν δύσκολη και δεν θα το πρότεινα σε οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά.Οι κυρίες στον χώρο του πρωινού είναι απίστευτα ευγενικές, εξυπηρετικές και πρόθυμες να βοηθήσουν άμεσα με οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία χρειαστεί. Andrea (3/5): Dependance: pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo - Il giardino e il personale che serviva la colazione. Per un hotel 4 stelle decisamente sotto gli standard, la dependance in cui abbiamo alloggiato era veramente cupa, con una sola finestrella posizionata in alto. L’arredamento spoglio e grottesco. Chiusura della porta difettosa. In generale per il prezzo pagato la struttura risulta antiquata e poco curata. Aggiungo inoltre che le foto della dependance non rispecchiano la stanza in cui abbiamo alloggiato. Infine il parcheggio che fanno pagare è caro: 30€ a notte.

Teona (8/5): Pleasant stay in a charming old mansion with a lovely garden. - The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of major sights. Staff were very friendly, especially team serving breakfast. There was a small issue at the beginning, as I had booked a twin room but was given a different setup. However, the situation was handled promptly and resolved the next day, which I appreciated.
