The street is safe, quiet. The staff is very helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room is very small, however for shorter stays it is adequate.

Σε μικρή απόσταση από το κέντρο που σου επιτρέπει να κοιμηθείς ήσυχα αλλά και να βρίσκεσαι κοντά σε όλα (σταθμό αξιοθέατα). Η διαδρομή προς το ξενοδοχείο είχε συνεχώς κόσμο οπότε δεν ήταν τρομακτικά που διάβασα σε κάποιες κριτικές και το πάρκο είχε πολλά φώτα! Το πρωινό ήταν τίμιο.

La ubicación es excelente, está a 10 minutos caminando de la estación por lo que es ideal si llegas en tren. Respecto de los principales puntos turísticos también son distancias que se puede llegar caminando. El desayuno es muy completo, y la atención es muy buena. Lo recomiendo totalmente Tiene algunos detalles de la mano de obra más superficial, pero nada que incomode o no se pueda solucionar

Debido a esto no hemos podido desayunar un día ya que teníamos una excursión, de todas maneras el personal de recepción, de manera excelente nos dejó llevar unas frutas y un Yogurth.

• Joseph (10/5): Great staff, location, and rooms - The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating and spoke perfect English. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the front desk after checkout while we roamed for the entire day. We had left some items behind in our room, and the cleaning staff was nice enough to bring them down to our luggage rather than throwing them out. The location was great, a reasonable walk to all of the main attractions and train but on a quiet street away from the crowds and chaos. The room was very clean and beds very comfortable.

Le petit déjeuner bien qu'avec une sélection un petit peu plus réduite ,possède une bon choix de produits et la salle est agréable. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Toujours souriant. J'ai demandé des recommandations pour des restaurants et j'y ai très bien mangé. La chambre était propre et moderne. La déco est vraiment sympa.

Lokalita byla výborná, poblíž vlakového nádraží i blízko zastávky tramvaje, která jede z letiště, historické centrum bylo taky dobře dostupné. Hotel byl tichý, pokoj čistý, dobře zařízený, nic nám nechybělo. Snídaně byla pestrá, mohli jsme si vybrat, na co jsme měli chuť. Příjemný zážitek završoval recepční Giovanni, přátelský a ochotný po celou dobu od rezervace přes pobyt až po odjezd. Díky moc!

• FATIH (10/5): Temiz ve güvenilir aile oteli. - Öncelikle girişte bizi karşılayan arkadaş çok yardımsever ve sıcak kanlıydı. Ne zaman ihtiyacımız olsa yardımcı oldu. Hotelin konumu çok merkeziydi. 2 çocukla (11 ve 5 yaş) sorunsuz bir şekilde 2 gece konakladık. Kahvaltısı ise çok doyurucuydu.

• Jean-Luc (8/5): - Les chambres sont petites et charmante. L’hôtel est un peu excentré mais c’est très calme et d’un très bon rapport/qualite prix. Les lumières étaient automatiques dans le couloir et la salle de bain ce qui fait que la nuit qd on va au toilette on réveille toute la chambre. Heureusement le personnel de l’hôtel est très serviable et nous a aider à régler le problème en limitant la lumière dans le couloir.

Antes de llegar nos consultaron la hora de llegada e intentaron tener la habitación lista antes del check-in, y así fue. Pudimos entrar antes, lo cual fue un gran detalle. La habitación para tres era amplia y cómoda. La zona es tranquila, pero muy bien ubicada: se puede llegar caminando a todos los puntos importantes de Florencia y también está a unos 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren. El desayuno es hiper completo, con opciones para todos los gustos. Como pequeña mejora, sería bueno agregar una mesa de noche cerca de la cama individual. ¡Muy recomendable! Abbiamo apprezzato molto la presenza di un phon SERIO, no come quelli inutili che spesso capita di trovare. Altra cosa positivissima è il contenitore della carta igienica chiuso, dal quale il cliente può prendere i fogli che servono senza toccare tutto il pacchetto/rotolo. Le luci della camera ci sono piaciute davvero tanto perché potevamo scegliere la modalità soffusa o più illuminata, oltre alla grande finestra presente vicino al letto. Il set di benvenuto con tè, caffè e cioccolatini compresi ci ha fatto sentire coccolati. Il letto e cuscini compresi erano comodissimi! Ottima la posizione dell’hotel, in quanto in 5 minuti a piedi è possibile raggiungere il mercato centrale di Firenze e in 10/15 la stazione di Santa Maria Novella. In generale comunque ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi senza problemi. Se avessimo preso l’auto avremmo avuto molta difficoltà a trovare parcheggio, con il rischio di trovarla rovinata perché gli stalli sono tutti parcheggi ad S. Il receptionist è stato molto gentile con noi: ci ha dato la possibilità di tenere i bagagli sia prima di entrare in stanza, anticipando il check-in, sia dopo il check-out, regalandoci così un pomeriggio di leggerezza senza zaini alle spalle tutto il giorno del check-out, quindi GRAZIE!
