• Ségolène (10/5): - Très beau séjour à l’Hôtel Fiorita ! L’emplacement est idéal, littéralement à deux pas de la gare, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer et visiter la ville. La chambre était propre et confortable, rien à redire. Le personnel est très aimable et accueillant, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Le petit déjeuner était également très bien. Je recommande sans hésiter ! Il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre. Mais après en avoir fait la réflexion a l'accueil, le problème a été résolu.

Lots of blood stains on things- we then learned that was from dead blood sucking mosquitoes that were in the room. The room was not very clean- including the bathroom and sheets. The staff was not overly accommodating

• Vicky Kon (10/5): - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πάρα πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα ακριβώς από τον Σιδηροδρομικό Σταθμό της Φλωρεντίας, σε ήσυχο δρόμο και όλα τα αξιοθέατα είναι σε μικρή απόσταση με τα πόδια (5-15 λεπτά). Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν πολύ άνετο, ευχάριστο και ήσυχο. Το κρεββάτι ήταν άνετο και η πίεση στο ντουζ πολύ καλή. Στην γειτονιά έχει πολλά σούπερ μάρκετ, καφέ και εστιατόρια οπότε δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά και το προσωπικό πάντα διαθέσιμο για να βοηθήσει.

• Alejandra Eugenia (10/5): Excelente - Todo espectacular, habitación adaptada espaciosa, con un baño cómodo. El desayuno espectacular. La ubicación estratégica para ir y venir en tren. Si bien tiene ascensor, para ingresar al edificio donde se encuentra el hotel hay que subir unos 10 escalones. Lo mismo el desayunador, se encuentra en una terraza en el 4to piso a la cual se accede por una escalera. De todas maneras, hay un lugar frente a las habitaciones para tomar un café con un corneto y, nos comentaron, que de necesitar, podrían alcanzar el desayuno allí en caso de movilidad reducida que no pueda subir escaleras.

• Colton (8/5): Very accommodating staff and amazing location - My train came in late so I had to quickly drop off my luggage before a scheduled tour and the hotel not only helped on quick notice, but also brought them into my room for the real check in. They also helped keep my bags for a short couple of hours on check out so I could explore the city before my next train departure The views could be a little better I suppose but it’s not going to be any better at other locations unless you have some serious spending money

El desayuno es muy completo y sabroso, está ubicado en el piso superior del edificio con una bonita vista. ( por el cual se accede por escalera) No es culpa del hotel, pero como es un edificio donde comparten ascensor, muchas veces los huéspedes dejaban abierto el ascensor en el piso inferior y habia que bajar por la escalera
• Pia (9/5): Old house charm close to attractions - We had a really nice small room with a balcony: Loved the old house feel with high ceilings and stone floors. Location is super, close to all old town attractions and you can get to the hotel conveniently with a tram from the airport as the tram stop (and train station) is right next to the hotel. Super friendly staff as well! Not most suitable for people with mobility issues as there are long stairs to the breakfast room, but they do have an elevator from the street level to the hotel, which is located on the 3rd floor

Para chegar até o elevador do hotel , tem-se que subir uma escada[ +/_6 degraus) , o que dificulta o transporte da mala.

Lo staff molto affabile e presente, con la possibilità di essere supportati nel lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check in che dopo il check out. La stanza accogliente. Ahimè, l'unica nota negativa rispetto al prezzo, il cattivo odore emanato dallo scarico della doccia che ha reso l'aria pesante in tutta la camera. Tuttavia soggiornando una notte non abbiamo chiesto il cambio stanza, altrimenti sono certa avrebbero provato a soddisfare la nostra aspettativa.

• Soraya (5/5): - Que está cerca de todo, está en un edificio antiguo instalaciones un poco antiguas tiene una sala para coger bebidas calientes gratuitas a disposición Malo, no nos podíamos duchar el primer día. el agua salía prácticamente fría, esto fue un problema ya que venimos de otras ciudades cansados y de todo el dia sin parar y lo único que quieres es darte una ducha caliente,, asta el día siguiente no sé soluciono, cuando volvimos por la tarde la habitación no estaba bien hecha, las sabanas arrugadas y sin meter, solo extendieron la cama, decían que solo cambiaban las sabanas al cuarto día, mucho ruido de la calle, las ventanas viejas no insonorizadas, bastante decepción y caro relación calidad precio, merece la pena pagar algo más y irse a otro sitio.

O box do chuveiro era de plástico e molhava muito o banheiro. O vaso sanitário era alto, porque o banheiro era adaptado para pessoas com deficiência.
