• Jose Miguel (7/5): Estadia super simples, para um dia, sem muita exigencia de conforto, beleza e tranquilidade. - Localização bem central. O banheiro com um chuveiro adequado. O quarto com tamanho adequado e simples. Quando vimos as fotos disponíveis, só mostrava o quarto, que realmente é razoável para uma ou duas noites. No entanto, a entrada do hotel e a recepção não são agradáveis (mal conservado, bagunçado e elevador super pequeno e velho). O hotel fica localizado numa rua super-movimentada e que assustou quando chegamos, pois havia muitos bares, restaurantes fazendo bastante barulho. Mas cessou após as 23 horas.
• Sarah (7/5): Would stay again - Great location, close to train station for easy transfers. Room was clean and great size for a family of 4. Lovely view from our room of the piazza. Surprisingly quiet considering the noise outside. Would stay again. Felt uncomfortable having to leave the room key every time we left the hotel.
• Victor (9/5): Good for a short stay - Great location, very close to the train station, 10 minutes walk. This makes it easy to explore the city and return to the hotel if necessary. There are many attractions nearby, such as the Basilica, the Uffizi, Piazza Signoria, the central market. Friendly reception staff. I was able to leave my luggage in the morning before check-in. There is no problem with storing luggage for several hours before departure. The room is small but cozy. The room has a washbasin and a refrigerator. Even though the toilet was shared, it was always accessible and clean. Reasonable price, at least in the off-season. Stairs to the room, especially for those who are already tired. Noise from the streets at night, but with the window closed, it is quite quiet.

• Mary (10/5): - The place is quaint. We had a room with a shared bathroom and didn't have any issues with that. The place was very clean. The location was very convenient, close to the train station and everything else. It was a little warm a couple of days and they don't turn on the air conditioner until June. We had a window that opened and the room cooled off quickly. It was just a little noisy with the window opened.

• yunju (9/5): 위치 좋음 친절함 적당히 편함 - 프론트 직원분들이 친절하시고, 위치가 피렌체를 구경하기 좋은 위치에 있어요. 피렌체 주요 관광지는 대중교통을 이용하는 것보다 도보가 훨씬 낫기 때문에 오전에 나가서 관광하고 중간에 들어와서 잠깐 쉬고 다시 나가기 좋았어요. 방도 넓었습니다! 주변에 가게가 많아서 밤 늦게도 소음이 있긴 하지만 로비와 1층 방 사이에는 문이 하나 더 있어서 소음이 없었습니다. 개선점이라기보다 불편한 부분이 있다면 로비가 0층이 아니라 1층이라는 겁니다. 캐리어 들고 올라가기 힘들긴 했어요. 그리고 욕실 샤워 수전이 해바라기 수전밖에 없어서 약간 당황했고요. 1층 방이 창문을 열면 바깥에 있는 사람이랑 눈이 마주칠 수 있어서 약간 불편했습니다.

• Rebecca (9/5): Quirky yet comfortbale stay! - Location is excellent and the staff were very helpful! It’s a quirky lil place, but had everything you need to a short stay in Florence. Nothing not to like - it’s an older style, and the shower is small, but it didn’t impact our stay.

• Andrea (10/5): Hotel caratteristico con vista mozzafiato e staff accogliente - Hotel Lorena ha una posizione invidiabile, vicina sia alla stazione del treno che al Duomo. E la vista dalle finestre su Palazzo Vecchio... mozzafiato! Le camere erano in ottime condizioni, e la struttura ha un che di antico che la rende affascinante. Infine, lo staff è stato gentilissimo con noi. Ci hanno lasciato usare la sala d'attesa quando ne abbiamo avuto bisogno, sono stati flessibili sul quando portare la tassa di soggiorno e il documento... ma soprattutto, quando abbiamo avuto un imprevisto per passare a prendere le valigie, ce le hanno tenute fino a più tardi del previsto! Insomma, lo staff è gentilissimo. La struttura è un pò vecchiotta, non aspettatevi un hotel di lusso.

• Palomeque (10/5): Volvería definitivamente - La verdad te conformes, habíamis hecho reserva en otro sitio, pero no estaba en condiciones, y les comentamos la situación de nuestro predicamento y nos aceptaron sin inconvenientes, el mismo día que fuimos a ver el lugar, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, a pesar de ser una calle muy concurrida las ventanas aíslan muy bien el ruido y pudimos descansar muy bien, dentro de la habitación había frigobar, secador de pelo, un lavamanos con espejo, ya que el baño es compartido, no necesitábamos esperar si estaba ocupado o no el baño a la mañana para nuestro aseo personal, los baños siempre estaban impecables, y la ropa de cama la cambiaban todos los días, y los toallones los cambiaban día de por medio.

• Isabel (8/5): Inmejorable ubicación - Lo mejor es la ubicación y el trato inmejorable. Puedes ir a todos sitios andando desde que llegas con el tranvía hasta la visita a toda la ciudad. Personal muy amable. Estaba limpio y las camas son cómodas. Buen aislamiento acústico de las ventanas, es importante porque está en pleno núcleo turístico. Te guardan las maletas. El hotel es antiguo y el mobiliario también. A modo de sugerencia, por si lo lee el hotel : solo con cuidar algunos detalles, como por ejemplo que las colchas de las 2 camas fueran iguales, mejoraría bastante la estética y daría mejor impresión. También estaría bien que dejaran algún vaso para poder beber agua

The 22 steps of stairs to reach the reception of the hotel, especially when you are already tired. But this is the fascinating point of staying in an old building of the city.

• David (7/5): The hotel is comforable and is in a centralised location of town within reach of tourist places. - The hotel is in a great location in the centre of the city and within reach of all the tourist attraction, restaurant and shops. The room is clean and beds are comfortable. Staying in the hotel feels like going back in time as it is a very old building with old furnitures. The wc is small and the TV is very small and does not offer prime or netflix option.
• Stanislav (8/5): Jeden z mnoha podobnch hotýlků v centru města. 30m od Medicejské kaple. - Přímo vedle hotelu je ulice s řadou restaurací, venkovní hluk je ale účinně eleminován zdvojenými okny. Takže ani hodně hlučná zábava venku na ulici (obvykle každý večer) není uvnitř prakticky slyšet. To velmi oceňuji. Koupelna docela malá.
