- Hendrik (10/5): - Wir waren in dem Appartment. Mittendrin in Santa Croce, an dieser Stelle befand sich das Zentrum einer antiken Arena. Michelangelo wuchs 100 m entfernt auf. Heute ein sehr lebendiger Stadtteil.

- Laura (10/5): 100 out of 10! - Wow! What a beautiful hotel and amazing hosts. Mario and Gabriel were welcoming and great at showing us where to go in Florence and teaching us some Florence history. They even offered us coffee and bread even after breakfast hours. The hotel is located in a perfect location, not too far away from anything and away from the noise and chaos tourism brings. Not far from where the ZTL area starts so as a tourist it is beneficial, because we cannot drive in those areas most of the time and need to walk to the hotels with all of our luggage. Nothing. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hosts were so nice and we were treated to a delicious pineapple juice which was so nice after the flight to get to Florence. It was great.

Hotel helped us enjoying it - Great location, right near Basilica Santa Croce, 5 min by foot from Uffizi and Palazzo Vecchio. 10 min from Dome and Ponte Vecchio. Many places to eat around, street food and trattorias. Very nice personal, locals, native Italians, ready to help. During the check-in the whole brief excursion over the map of Florence was provided :)). Breakfast was modest, but nourishing. Rooms are clean. Free Wi-fi worked perfectly even on the 3d floor. Saturday night was loud - yeh, well, Toskana wines and Toskana spring - nevertheless with closed windows it was possible to sleep. Our first room in hotel was tiny - for 2 of us it was 1,5 size bed and nothing more to fit in. We asked for 2 separate beds and concierge found us bigger room but with some extra payment. So all in all it was not bad, just question of money.

They provided detailed guidance during both check-in and check-out, and were very helpful in explaining emergency contacts and offering tips for exploring the city. The accommodation matched the photos exactly. We stayed as a family of four, and the space was more than sufficient, very clean, and in an excellent location—close enough to visit major attractions on foot. Although breakfast was not officially included, they still provided a simple but sufficient morning meal with bread, coffee or drinks, fruit, yogurt, and waffles. Since I was traveling by car, I placed a high value on parking convenience and safety. This was my first time visiting Florence by car, and I found the concept of the ZTL (limited traffic zone) quite confusing. After reading some negative reviews about parking in Florence, I was quite concerned—but this hotel offers outstanding service in that regard. First, they provide very detailed directions to the hotel that take the ZTL restrictions into account. If you inform them of your estimated arrival time in advance, they will contact the parking staff upon your arrival. The parking staff then come to the hotel, take your car, and park it in an external parking facility. Upon check-out, the hotel contacts the staff again, and your car is brought back to you. When handing over the vehicle, we conducted a mutual inspection of the exterior. When I received the car at check-out, there were no issues—no damage, no smell of smoke inside. I had taken a photo of the mileage before handing over the car, and I was able to confirm that it had only been driven the short distance between the hotel and the parking facility.

Hem şehrin merkezinde hem temiz hem de güleryüzlü yardımseverler. Şehrin haritasını veriyorlar ve detaylıca heryeri anlatıyorlar. Ailecek konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Türkiyedeki gibi açık büfe kahvaltıyla kıyaslamak doğru değil. Avrupa standartlarında gayet yeterli kahvaltıydı. Odalar küçük ama sağolsunlar bebek yatağını bile sığdırdılar. Girişte buzdolabı var ilaç gibi şeylerinizi muhafaza edebiliyorsunuz.
- Anna (9/5): - Wir haben uns als Familie sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben sich viel Zeit genommen, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erklären. Wir haben auch einen tollen Restaurant Tipp bekommen. Die Anfahrt wurde genau erklärt, was sehr hilfreich war. Auch das mit dem Parking Service hat einwandfrei geklappt. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral. Zum Frühstück gab es Cappuccino und alle waren zufrieden. Die Hotelzimmertüren sind dünn, weshalb es recht ringhörig ist. War aber nicht sehr schlimm für uns.

- Hrubešová (8/5): - Perfektní snídaně, moc milý personál a skvělá lokalita. Zařízení starší, ale vcelku čisté. Bez výtahu. A dost je slyšet hluk z chodby a vedlejších místností. Avšak poloha hotelu je k nezaplacení, v naprostém centru a vše dostupné pěšky.

- Denise (9/5): Lovely apartment centrally located for great value - The apartment was a great size in an ideal Location. Easy walk to both the Uffizi and Duomo. Nice space with refrigerator and small table. Had everything you could need. It is an old building so the bathroom is small but it didn’t leak so maybe just a larger holder for items in there if possible.

Personnel aux petits soins, dès le 1er jour la personne à l'accueil a pris du temps pour nous expliquer comment se situer dans la ville. Merci Toutes les marches pour accéder au 4ème étage mais ça maintient en forme !

- nicole (9/5): Florencia breve pero bello - Lo mejor, el trato súper amigable de todo el personal. De verdad se agradece cuando se está en un país ajeno. El hotel es una casa grande remodelada, pero muy acogedora. Nos dieron una pieza más grande de la que habíamos reservado. Las camas eran ricas, la climatización bien, limpio, el desayuno muy rico y cerca de todos los lugares más turísticos. No tiene ascensor, por lo que hay que subir maletas a mano, que en nuestro caso fue solo un piso. Está lejos caminando del terminal de trenes, por lo que es preferible tomar taxi al hotel y ojalá agendarlo antes, porque al menos en nuestro caso no había taxis en la estación cuando llegamos.

Sicuramente la posizione è ottima ma la disponibilità e la cordialità di tutto lo staff fanno passare in secondo piano le criticità della struttura. La stanza è davvero molto piccola, piccoli i sanitari, piccolo il letto e la tv. C’è un solo piccolo comodino. Ma ripeto che queste pecche sono trascurabili rispetto all’accoglienza fornita. - Stamm44 (10/5): Great Location, Walking Distance to Galleries and Churches, Friendly Hosts - This boutique hotel has a great location, a short walking distance from the Santa Croce Church, the Uffizi Piazza and Museum, and the Ponte Vecchio, a little bit longer to the Duomo and many other galleries. We decided for a longer stay in Florence (13 days) to soak up the cultural attractions, the food, and to make use of the location to visit Venice and Rome by high-speed train. For the longer walks or to go to the train station, a taxi stand is nearby. Our hosts were very helpful with directions. The morning breakfast was nice, and the daily 'Buongiorno' was very friendly. The rooms are small, bathroom included, but this is the perfect place for an extended stay in this wonderful city. Oh, the food!. The nearby restaurants are first class, great food. This place is a great value.

- Laura (8/5): Da scegliere! - Appartamento/dependance a pochi passi dall’hotel in posizione centralissima, servito di tutto il necessario per una famiglia di 4 persone. Staff davvero gentilissimo per accoglienza, disponibilità e premura anche come tour guide. Plus il parcheggio “assistito” con ritiro e riconsegna in loco dell’auto. Consiglio!
