У нас в номере был умывальник и душевая кабина, что очень порадовалл, так как было указано, что ванная комната будет общей. Номер, конечно, видал лучшие времена, но видно, что хозяева стараются содержать всё в порядке.
• Lisandra (1/5): Wouldn’t stay here again. - Nothing Very run down and outdated. Light fixture did not work in our friend’s room, first room by the entrance/exit. I do have to say, they accommodated my family with a small fridge to refrigerate medication. Sad looking place.

Non so se il fatto che hai una stessa allora ti può fare permettere di non pulire a sufficienza i bagni "in comune" nella quale molte volte erano allagati vicino al wc. I box doccia non erano molto puliti. Metterei a disposizione delle ciabatte usa e getta per rendere meno problematico il girare per la struttura quando bisogna andare in bagno perché di notte premere le scarpe diventa scomodo.

Posizione comodissima a stazione ferroviaria e centro storico. Pessimo invece il contesto in cui si trovano le stanze di Aline: un palazzo Che internamente sembra abbandonato con scale sporchissime e il pianerottolo d entrata all' hotel Aline sembra una discarica con piante morte, cartoni di pizza... Peccato perché le stanze sono ottime.

• Mustafa Mansur (4/5): Das Hotel macht insgesamt einen sehr schlechten Eindruck, da mehrere Etagen ungenutzt und in einem schmutzigen, herunter - Ein positiver Aspekt des Hotels ist, dass das Personal an der Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit ist und sich bemüht, den Gästen zu helfen. Negative Punkte: 1. Das Hotel hat vier Etagen, jedoch werden die ersten drei Etagen nicht genutzt. Diese Bereiche sind sehr schmutzig und wirken heruntergekommen bzw. wie eine Ruine. 2. Im Zimmer gibt es keine eigene Toilette und das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Auch der Duschbereich ist extrem eng; für übergewichtige Personen ist es sehr schwierig, hinein- und herauszukommen. 3. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr alt und funktioniert nicht richtig. Das Zimmer wird nicht ausreichend beheizt. 4. Im Hotel gibt es keinerlei Verpflegung oder kleine Aufmerksamkeiten. Es werden weder Wasser noch Tee oder Kaffee angeboten, und es besteht auch keine Möglichkeit, diese selbst gegen Bezahlung zu erhalten.

• Mélodie (5/5): Très étrange comme "hôtel". - Le personnel était gentil, nous avions eu de la chance d'avoir une douche dans notre chambre. L'hôtel qui se trouve au dernier étage d'un immeuble qui a l'air abandonné quand on rentre dedans. Aucune indication pour savoir par où entrer, l'ascenseur très vieillot. Le personnel qui demande de payer en liquide ?? Personne n'était là quand on devait partir (j'avais un avion à prendre), heureusement que j'ai payé ma chambre 2 jours avant. Bref, ça fait l'affaire lorsqu'on dort 3 nuits max. Nous avons pas trop d'intimité puisque les toilettes sont sur le palier alors je devais m'habiller et mettre mes chaussures à chaque fois que je voulais y aller.

• Ségolène (8/5): Bonne surprise pour un prix raisonnable - - Accueil super flexible, l'hôtel a été très flexible et accueillant et nous a gardé nos bagages le dernier jour après le checkout le temps qu'on aille faire une dernière visite; - Nous avons eu une chambre très bien organisée avec une douche privative, l'ensemble propre et fonctionnel sans trop de bruit; - La chambre et les parties communes étaient propres et le ménage fait tous les jours; - L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le centre et en même temps avec de bons restaurants pas loin et la gare à côté. La douche était atteinte par des moisissures, ce qui n'est pas terrible mais en général le reste était propre.

• Heyver (9/5): Hospedaje recomendado - Hospedaje cerca a la estación de tren Santa María Novella, como a 15 minutos caminando. Lugar seguro. La cama, aunque eran dos camas sencillas unidas (para formar una cama doble) era relativamente cómoda. Habitación limpia, con implementos de aseo suministrados por el hospedaje. El ascensor es muy estrecho, aunque veo que son muy comunes en Italia. Y el tema de dos camas sencillas unidas lo que hacía que en la mitad se separaran y formara un hueco (Aunque cada cama por separadas eran cómodas).

Duvarlar ince, yataklar sağdan sola dönünce ses çıkarıyor. İlk gün birer tane çay koymuşlardı belki ikinci gün de birer tane bırakabilirlerdi.

We arrived in the morning and left our luggage at the reception, when we came back they were already in our room waiting for us :D We had a shower inside our room and the WC was right next to our room, very convenient. There's also a vending machine for coffee and snacks, very useful for us who got up very early in the morning and there's not much going on outside. You can only pay in cash , but the owner was very kind and gave us the time to exchange and pay later
