• mclubras (9/5): - Que la habitación estaba muy limpia,los colchones y almohadas eran cómodos/as,la amabilidad del personal que nos atendió y lo bien ubicado que está( a 5 mints de la parada del tranvía que te trae o te lleva al aeropuerto),muy cerca del Duomo. La habitación disponía de una pequeña necera con agua,hervidor de agua,con infusiones o café soluble(todo un detalle la verdad)una pequeña caja fuerte...todo lo necesario para la estancia. Nos dejaron dejar las mochilas sin problema para que pudiésemos aprovechar la mañana,antes de que saliese nuestro avión y no tener que ir cargando todo la mañana con ellas(otro detalle magnífico por su parte). Volvería a repetir sin ninguna duda. El ruido de la calle. Es una pena que el hotel esté reformado,pero las ventanas no aislan bien del ruido. La noche del sábado al domingo se escuchaba a la gente que pasaba por la calle gritando de madrugada y muchas sirenas. La del Domingo al lues estuvo mucho mejor.

O banheiro é pequeno mas limpo, com toalheiro aquecido e com muito espaço de armazenamento. A cama é confortável. Funcionários muito educados e solícitos. Localização excelente!! 5 min do Duomo!! Me hospedaria novamente com certeza! Pontos de atenção aos futuros hóspedes: As escadas realmente podem ser uma questão. Cuidado com as malas! Cometi o erro de ir com mala grande e pesada e quase não consigo subir 😅. A porta do box do chuveiro abre para dentro, dependendo do tamanho da pessoa, pode ser que não consiga entrar/sair do box.

They cleaned the room daily, changed the towels. An issue might seem to be the stairs, but it was simultaneously a good exercise)) And the only thing that bothered us was the odor coming from towels. I think the detergent gel that’s being used was cheaper than needed.!

Tenía muchas escaleras para subir y baño separado de la habitación, pero eso no me importa ya que lo sabía antes de reservar. Lo que no sabía, al menos en mi habitación individual, es que fuera muy difícil descansar por el ruido de la calle por las noches. Camiones de basura y coches que molestan constantemente. Deben insonorizar la habitación con ventanas actuales.

• Kevin (6/5): - Good value for money only for a short stay plus little luggage. The room was quite small as well as the bathroom. I am not big but couldn't't even turn around in the shower.
• Sarah (7/5): Hôtel bien situé à deux pas du Duomo et de la gare - Hôtel bien situé à 2 pas du Duomo et de la gare Santa Maria Novella. Petites chambres confortables avec WC et douche. Literie ok (matelas très dur) Au 3e (grand) étage sans ascenseur. Il faut garder de l'énergie pour les monter en fin de journée. Le personnel d'entretien commence à travailler à 7h30. L'hôtel est tout petit, on les entend parler, travailler et recevoir des messages dès le matin. Ils sont bruyant. Les voyageurs sont quant à eux très discret. Simple vitrage, on entend la rue et il peut faire un peu froid la nuit.

• Katarina (9/5): Zentral gelegen - Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist eher minimalistisch, aber ich hatte eigentlich alles, was ich brauchte, da ich nur eine Nacht da war. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, das Bett bequem. Der Empfang war zudem sehr freundlich. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war das separate Bad, dass nicht im Zimmer ist. Zudem empfand ich es etwas lärmig von draussen her. Die Lage im 3. Stock ohne Lift habe ich vor der Buchung zur Kenntnis genommen; erwähne es hier jedoch einfach als Hinweis für andere Nutzer.

The hotel was on the third floor of a building with no elevator The bathroom was outside my room but private. After booking the room, I received a message from the hotel informing me of this.

Stop is friendly and helpful the room extremely clean with great amenities. A very comfortable stay I didn't mind, but some people might find the three-story staircase difficult to contend with.

La ubicacion super buena, cerca a la estacion y muy cercano a varios lugares turisticos Un pequeño detalle fue el wifi que a veces fallaba por momentos, y no tiene ascensor, entonces si hay viajeros que tienen alguna limitante, es bueno tener esto en cuenta
• Morgan (8/5): Good - This hotel is 5 minute walk to the Duomo, and a 10 minute walk from the train station, very easy to get to. The room was very clean, and comfortable. You can hear a lot of noise from the outside street at night, as it is located on a busy road. The hotel is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so can be hard work with the stairs, especially with luggage.

Bottiglietta d’acqua in frigo e bollitore elettrico. Anche se la stanza è piccola c’è comunque spazio per appoggiare le cose. Ottima posizione, tra la stazione e il duomo. Per la mia camera (singola) avevo il bagno privato esterno, ma lo sapevo quindi mi sono adattata.

• Beate (5/5): Die Lage ist sehr gut - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren außerordenlich freundlich. Im Zimmer gab es einen Wasserkocher sowie Wasser, Tee und Kaffee zur Verfügung. Das Bett war bequem. Man sollte jedenfalls gut zu Fuß sein um in den 3.Stock zu kommen, die Treppe ist eher steil. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Der Geruch um nicht zu sagen, der Gestank im Zimmer war übel. Es wurde versucht, mit einem Duftstecker diesen zu überdecken, was nicht gelungen ist. Es war nur möglich, bei weit geöffnetem Fenster im Zimmer zu sein - das habe ich sehr schade gefunden. Geruchtsempfindlichen Personen ist zumindest Zimmer 308 nicht zu empfehlen. Wie es mit den anderen Zimmern ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen.

La recepcionista fue muy amable, nos dio un mapa y nos indicó los lugares para visitar.. aparte había en la habitación café e infusiones para poder hacerte. Había muchas escaleras.. a la hora de ir con una persona de movilidad reducida es complicado.

It is located at the center. The bed was so comfortable and the free coffee,tea and biscuits are awesome! You can also leave the luggage after check out which is very important for tourists. Anna the staff was so helpful although out. It is located at the 3rd floor and there was no lift. The room is a bit small than i expected.I requested for a room with two separate beds.There were two separate single beds but still next to each other.

• Rocco (10/5): Great location for a city break! - Location was ideal for exploring Florence. 5 minute walk from the Duomo, and within 10/15 min walk from many historical points of interest. The hotel was located on the top floor of an old Florentine building accessible only by stairs (so bear this in mind when booking). The shower room was quite small, but good for the average person, but more than made up for by the spacious double bedroom. Stepping out to start walking to various locations, you are not short of options for food, drinks or simply a coffee. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and very accommodating if arriving outside of regular active hours for reception. If you are visiting for a few days and want to be t the heart of Florence, this is an ideal location. Bathroom facilities were quite small. But this is being very picky. Otherwise, clean, accessible and good enough for its size.
