• Gerhild Österreich (10/5): - 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt,Sehenswürdigkeiten alle Fußläufig zu erreichen. Check in absolut unkompliziert,haben um den selben Preis ein größeres Zimmer bekommen, Frühstück in unmittelbarer Nähe möglich. Gerne wieder.

Only thing I would suggest to fix is the bathroom, water from the shower ends up on the bathroom floor somehow and causes the baseboards to swell.

Lavabo tıkalıydı,kurutma makinemiz arızalıydı fakat söylediğimizde hemen yenisini getirdiler.Ses yalıtımı güzel değildi,yukarıda atılan her adımı duyduk.

Camera accogliente e ben isolata acusticamente nonostante l'affaccio su Via Nazionale. A mio avviso niente

Il proprietario si è dimostrato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi esigenza. La camera era pulita e molto confortevole, inoltre, la posizione è davvero comoda: permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro a piedi. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un ambiente accogliente, pulito e ben collegato!

La camera disponibile già alle 11 appena arrivati, quadrupla molto grande di cui abbiamo usufruito pur essendo in 3. Molto pulita e silenziosa nonostante si affacci sulla strada. La colazione non è compresa, ma in camera abbiamo trovato un bollitore con diverse bustine di tisane a disposizione, fette biscottate e crackers. Soddisfatti.

Zona non particolarmente caotica - L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione (cosa per noi molto importante viaggiando in treno) e, con questa premessa, ci aspettavamo fosse troppo caotica: invece non l'abbiamo trovata tale. Avevamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale e abbiamo trovato una quadrupla (per cui lo spazio era ben più del previsto). Pulizia: ok Bagno: doccia con tenda, ma pulito e spazioso. Presente welcome kit e piccolo asciugacapelli da muro. WiFi: presente In 5 min a piedi si raggiunge il Mercato Centrale dove si possono fare acquisti di prodotti freschi (piano terra) e si possono gustare colazioni, pranzi e cene (primo piano) fino a tarda ora (23:00/00:00). In 10 min a piedi si raggiunge piazza del Duomo e prolungando di altri 10 si arriva a Piazza della Signoria e agli Uffizi/Ponte Vecchio. Un pò più lontano (ma fattibilissimo a piedi) Palazzo Pitti / Giardino dei Boboli. -

• diotti (9/5): Buon viaggio - La struttura si trova in una posizione per noi comoda vicino alla stazione in una via con servizi tipo bar,trattoria e market dove prendere ciò che serviva per il ritorno alla sera se non si ha voglia di uscire poi.Camera grande noi in tre e con due letti matrimoniali dove poi diventavano due letti singoli Pulito e anche bagno comodo..fa il suo dovere. Ci sono da fare due piani a piedi ma c'è un'ascensore contenuto ma quanto serve per ospitare due persone ho una con valigia. Io mi ritengo soddisfatta e lo consiglio..anche come prezzo.Grazie. Cosa non mi è piaciuto sinceramente mi sono trovata bene...non ho niente da dire..

• Giuliani (7/5): - pulizia e collocazione rispetto al centro sistema di riscaldamento scomodo da gestire con un condizionatore anche se la camera sembrerebbe provvista di due termosifoni ovviamente spenti o non funzionanti. Rumorosità notturna dei mezzi passanti su strada sottostante e schiamazzi della camera adiacente e non sò se facente parte dello stesso hotel.

• J (8/5): Centrally located hotel - Centrally located hotel, a short walk from the main train station. There are many restaurants on the same street, and in the surrounding area. The hotel is on the 2nd floor (3rd floor for visitors from the USA). Despite this being an old building, a very small lift has been installed - big enough for 2 people with no luggage, but it looked claustrophobic so we only ever used the stairs. Reception staff were polite and efficient. Note: They are only present part-time. Room was clean and comfortable, and included a fridge which we had to plug in. Air-con and WiFi worked well. Once entering the building, there was no signage to indicate on which floor the hotel was located. We looked at the buttons in the lift to see if any were labelled with the name of the hotel - they weren't. Would recommend that guests are either given directions in advance, or better signage is put up in the entrance hall. We also had difficulty operating the lock on the entrance door to exit the building. Luckily for us, another resident of the building who was passing by came to our aid and showed us how it worked. So we would recommend asking reception to explain this to guests.

• Arash (8/5): a little challenging to get there but the stay was smooth and enjoyable. - it was close to the restaurants and main attractions. the elevator was 2 person capacity but functional. clean and quite rooms. the accommodation address is different from what booking.com is showing. it was a 10 min further walking from train station (not easy with luggage), check the google map address. check-in time before 7PM is an issue if train has delay.
