Bed and pillows very comfortable. Could be made more comfortable with bar fridge in room. Also poor soundproofing and was woken up at 6am by loud conversation in the hall/rooms nearby.

- Broodryk (3/5): Could be better - The location is great, close to the train station. Fresh towels daily with housekeeping. I found the accommodation too expensive for what you get. Everything is very old and outdated. The bed cover was old and worn - needs to be replaced. The rooms are not soundproof. Very noisy when people are in the halls. Personally I would not stay there again. Also, they charge city tax of 4.50 p/d which was not mentioned upfront.

Possibilità di deposito bagagli Il proprietario della struttura ci ha detto che la colazione non era disponibile in questo periodo. Il problema è che pensavamo ci fosse dato che, utilizzando i filtri di ricerca, era apparsa tra le strutture con colazione compresa. Probabilmente, anzi sicuramente, un'incongruenza da sistemare per evitare spiacevoli equivoci in futuro

La gare 7 mn et le centre ville à 10 mn environ. Arrivée possible tardive avec réception. Chambre propre, simple et fonctionnelle, literie confortable. Ce n'est pas le grand luxe mais c'est un très bon rapport qualité car proche du centre. Tout se fait à pied. Salle de bain petite mais propre avec une douche agréable. Accueil aimable. Un grand escalier pour entrer dans l'hôtel. . Hôtel a conservé notre sac de voyage toute la journée :très bien. Pouvoir allumer la salle de bain sans le bruit de l'extracteur d'air et ajouter un étendoir à serviette de bain.

Quarto com cheiro de morfo, úmido, paredes sujas, roupas de cama velhas, acordei com minha coluna doendo de tão ruim que são os colchões e passei muito frio, não tem um bom isolamento térmico. Na rua é mais quente do que dentro do quarto.

- Ileana (8/5): Hotel comodo e in posizione centrale. Ci tornerei. - La posizione, la pulizia e il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci hanno dato una stanza con bagno interno pur avendo prenotato quella con bagno in comune. Purtroppo stavano facendo i lavori ad un edificio attiguo all'hotel che cominciavano la mattina presto. Magari avrebbero potuto segnalarcelo e proporci un'altra stanza, essendo quasi vuota la struttura in quei giorni. Segnalo una bella scalinata prima di accedere alla hall per chi ha difficoltà motorie.

The two single mattresses on a double bed were a bit annoying and it was quite noisy at night with thin walls so we could hear the other guests.

Bendras dušas ir tualetas buvo neblogos kokybės. Trumpam apsistojimui tinkamas kambarys. Vėsu kambaryje, tik vakare įjungia šildymą, neužsirakina ir nepilnai užsidaro balkono durys. Nedidelis minusas: nurodyto virdulio nebuvo.

No es un hotel de lujo, pero solo hoy a dormir. Si fuera una persona mayor, ha escaleras muy empinadas, que a mi no me molestaron en absoluto.

- Alex (5/5): - La ubicación y la comodidad del colchon y la almohada La habitación 19 que fue en la que me hospedé..entrabas como si fuese un locutorio, con lo cual se escuchaba lo que pasaba fuera pero la otra entrada daba al interior y bueno se escuchaba hasta el ventilador de las otras habitaciones, hay una “cocina” que si, muy guay pero se escuchaba….vamos mi experiencia es que si vais a este hotel pedir habitaciones en la parte de arriba no abajo

- Kyriakos (9/5): A great and affordable place to stay in Florence - The staff was exceptional! Really warm and helpful. They also let me leave my luggage for some hours after check out without charge!! The room was clean and practical. The bathroom was also very clean! The location was excellent! Very close to the train station and the river. The room didn't have a view. The bath was outside the apartment and shared with a few other rooms, so it wasn't always available. The hot water in the shower took some time to arrive. I was on the second floor and I had to carry my luggage on hand, there was no elevator.
- dafontheroad (9/5): - Hotel veramente carino rispetto alla categoria ufficiale (due stelle), perlomeno la camera che avevo io era accogliente, con mobilia nuova, pulita, ben riscaldata, con tante luci di diversa intensità (non è così scontato), tranquilla (dava sul retro), con un bel bagno. Cordiale il personale trovato in reception. Materasso troppo morbido (faceva la buca) e cuscini troppo duri, peccato perché altrimenti sarebbe stato tranquillamente un 10 (sempre relativamente alla categoria dell'hotel ed al prezzo pagato).

- SvenFrankfurt (7/5): Gute Lage, einfach und zweckmäßig - Späte Anreise möglich. Fußläufig zum Bahnhof. steiler Treppenaufgang zur Rezeption. Mit großem Koffer mühsam. Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmer sehr einfach. Sehr hellhörig.

- Peperino85 (7/5): - È un albergo ubicato vicino alla stazione di santa Maria novella. In pochi passi si raggiunge il centro storico e le fermate di autobus urbani ed extraurbani. Non ho avuto esperienze negative. Segnalo però che l'albergo si trova in un palazzo storico e ci sono scale per accedere all'entrata ed alle camere: quindi chi ha difficoltà faccia le dovute considerazioni.
