- Eric (5/5): Dommage, il faudrait de gros investissements pour isoler les chambres et refaire les salles de bain. - La gentillesse du personnel, les 3 petits déjeuners, le volume des 2 pièces, la qualité de la literie et la petite télé. Les bruits, les fenêtres n'isolent pas du tout des bruits de la rue jusque tard le soir et tôt le matin. On sursaute quand les voisins de dessus bougent les chaises, tirent la chasse d'eau et claquent les portes. Et comme partout, les tardifs qui arrivent à grands bruits.

Ai chegar perguntei ao recepcionista se havia algum funcionário para nos ajudar porém recebemos uma resposta grosseira. Quarto pequeno porém confortável, banheiro com box bem sujo. Café da manhã com poucas opções. Vale apenas pela proximidade com o metrô e terminal de trem, dá pra ir a pé com as malas tranquilamente.
- patrice (4/5): juste pour une nuit de transit proche de la gare - rue juste à côté de la gare Termini (5 min), et position centrale pour visiter Rome centre historique. hotel propre, literie confortable, service de garde des bagages. pas de climatisation (alors que c'est dans la liste des équipements) donc à éviter les mous d'été si vous voulez dormir correctement !!, fenêtre mal insonorisée (apporter bouchons d'oreille pour dormir), pas de coffre dans la chambre, pas de seche cheveux, petit déjeuner minimaliste, donc prix élevé en regard des prestations. d'autres hotels dans la même rue semblent plus haut de gamme .

- 335sammie88 (6/5): Had a few issues. - The location was good that it was within walking distance of most sites we wanted to see, but was warned to travel by taxi at night as the area is a bit rough on an evening (which was witnessed). The beds were comfortable but due to an air conditioning issue it was very warm and difficult to sleep at night. Staff were friendly especially the breakfast staff. There was only the same things available everyday though rather than a change of options. Room security was a bit concerning as the lock on our door wasn’t very secure. We did get it to lock but worried it could be pushed open. Bathroom was also not very clean On arrival so I did clean it myself and just kept a do not disturb sign on the door and kept on top of it ourselves.

Pésimo desayuno, casi no había nada, todo mucha masa, todo con mucha harina y de mala calidad, los comentarios eran todos en el mismo sentido, las muchachas que atienden lo hacen bien pero creo que pueden mejorar. Te atienden como para "salir del paso". No volvería a una estadía con desayuno incluido.

- Elizabeth (8/5): Great value for the location. - Rooms were nice! Breakfast was very good. Staff even made a cappuccino for us! Hotel was a few blocks from Termini station as well as the starting point for the hop on/hop off tour buses. My only complaint was that the showers in all 3 of our rooms had a problem with the water going from cold to scolding hot constantly back and forth. Although there was an elevator, there are about 8 steps to climb to get to the main floor from the street. We had a family member with mobility problems so it was a tad difficult.

We were followed by a man who attempted to get in behind us. We quickly slammed the door but we aware the annex is down a back street with not much lighting . The bedroom was warm and clean sheets, adequate for our needs so the stay was comfortable but just be aware.

- Stephanie (4/5): I should have read independent reviews and paid more for a better hotel. Location was ideal, however - Location was very convenient. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient. Nice airflow from the street with the operable shutters. While the sheets and towels were very clean, the overall property was very worn and not particularly clean. I came home feeling that all of our belongings needed to be washed in hot water and dried thoroughly, just in case... Walls were very banged up. The bathtub had porcelain missing from the tub and the water jumped from cold to dangerously hot instantaneously.

- Stefanie (8/5): Buono per soggiorni di qualche giorno - La posizione è ottima per chi vuole visitare la città, vicina alla stazione Termini e in prossimità delle fermate di pullman e metro. La strada è più tranquilla rispetto ad lato opposto della stazione. La stanza è pulita, piccola ma sufficiente per un breve soggiorno. Il letto è stato comodo e la stanza silenziosa come richiesto, nonostante fronte strada. L'acqua in bagno si scalda velocemente ed è facile da regolare. La doccia è in una stanzetta vicino al letto e non comunicante con il resto del bagno. Scomodo doversi portare le cose avanti e indietro. Il risciacquo del water è molto rumoroso e duraturo, da evitare l'uso notturno. Nessun frigo nella camera per tenere a fresco bevande e medicinali.

Piatto doccia con piastrelle staccate, parquet rovinato con evidenti graffi e rattoppi. Camera sporca. In più il riscaldamento parte alle 18 e si spegne a mezzanotte …se arrivi in camere alle 15 resti al freddo. Insomma non ci torni assolutamente! Il tutto a 150 euro a notte, che non sono i prezzi di Roma ma per la qualità espressa sono tantissimi.

- DayTrip05499795022 (10/5): A diamond in the rough. - I was very skeptical with some of the reviews out there but I was very pleasantly surprised with our hotel. We stayed in Rome from 28 November - 2 December. We had a superior room (room 546), we had a double bed, and a private bathroom. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is spacious, the only downside with the shower, it was either freezing or scalding hot. Our room had a stunning view of the Aquario Romano across the road. Breakfast was a selection of pastries, cereal, bread, cheese and yogurt. The hotel is in a fantastic position to be able to get around Rome - literally 2 mins from termini station where you can get the bus to and from Ciampino airport for €8. The colosseum was a 20 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel asks that you leave the key with reception when leaving and I loved that I didn't need to worry about losing the key. Overall I'm really glad I stuck with the hotel. The staff at reception were fantastic and very friendly. We had a great experience and if we ever come back to Rome I would pick the Kennedy hotel again.

Nothing too flash but adequate just to spend your nights whilst exploring during the day. A few steps to get in if you've got significant luggage ( as we did ) dont expect any help with that.

Bed was hard, which we found common in most of the European hotels. Breakfast was adequate, but did not offer any hot options. The bathroom was well equipped, however, the hot water did cycle in a regular rotation, so when you’re in the shower, you have to step out of the stream of water to avoid either scalding or freezing water. many good food options nearby. We did have to Uber to Vatican City, as it was too far to walk, but we could walk to the Colosseum.
- Hollandsworth (5/5): If I stay there again, it would only be for the location - The location was excellent. The breakfast was OK . I felt very safe in the neighborhood. We reserved a room with three beds and we got there was only two beds. We were told we could get three beds the next day then they lied and told us was impossible. They split the one bed into two. So the two bed was very small.

- clairebY5621KH (6/5): Lovely basic hotel - I stayed here for 2 nights with my teenage son. Good location. You can walk to so many places or catch the metro if needed. Its a couple of minutes walk from train station. You can also get a bus back to the airport outside train station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Was nice to have a decent cup of tea. The rooms are basic but very clean and spacious. We were in an annex just down the road from the hotel. We both had great nights sleep. Our room did have a safety deposit box. If you are just looking for a base to shower and sleep this place is great. Would be nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room.

- Addi Batica (10/5): Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend Hotel Kennedy. - The location was ideal, close to Termini Station, restaurants, shops, bus stops. The room was a little chilly, but tolerable. A little more warmth would have made it perfect.

On ground level and street outside very noisy. Hand basin plug was broken and the shower didn't seal well so the bathroom floor was wet after every shower.

- Willem (5/5): Desillusie - Eigenlijk is alleen de ligging positief. Dicht bij het station en centrum. Wij waren door trein vertragingen gestrand in Milaan, dus hebben de eerste 24 uur geen gebruik gemaakt van kamer en ontbijt. Toen wij om begrip vroegen en de mogelijkheid om enige compensatie, was de boodschap al snel: 'niet ons probleem'. Voor de €200,- per nacht heb je een kleine gehorige kamer, een douche waarvan de temperatuur niet te regelen valt (iedere paar seconde van koud naar heet) en het ontbijt is meer wat je verwacht bij het Leger des Heils: oud brood en alleen boter en (smeer)kaas als beleg. Oh wacht: op vrijdag was er ook een koud gekookt ei. Wij zijn heus geen luxe paarden, maar dit was ècht ondermaats.

Came in by train and left by train the following morning. (Room 556). It's located in what looks like a rough area of town.

Breakfast ok, a lot of sweet packed stuff, missed freshness
