• James (7/5): Clean and well-located, but not as flexible and relaxed - The hotel gets the main things right: the room was clean and comfortable, with good air con. It is also very well located. Access from the airport by boat was very easy (only a short walk from Guglie boat stop) and you could easily walk to all the main areas of Venice from the hotel. Not very flexible in comparison to other hotels. House keeping was only available until 13:00 which was mostly fine, but did leave us feeling rushed if we had a lazier morning. Although, we appreciate that staff warned us of this. The main negative was the amenities / lack of amenities. The bar closed quite early at 21:00, so wasn't really an option for a drink after you had finished dinner. There was a small mini bar, but also notices asking you not to eat or drink in the room. We enjoyed the local restaurants instead but it would've been nice to feel the hotel is more of an option. A couple of minor things as well - there wasn't much storage space in the room; the toiletries in the shower were fixed to the wall quite high, so would've been tricky for someone shorter. If you want breakfast I recommend booking in advance, as the "sister" hotel across the road is where the breakfast is served and was already full by the time we arrived.

Ducha e sabonete excelentes. Melhores lençóis e travesseiros que já usamos em hotéis. Sem manchas ou odores. Acesso por escadas no quarto andar. Quarto com teto baixo e pouco espaço para malas e roupas. Banheiro apertado. Há um espaço com mesas e cadeiras no primeiro andar que seria muito útil ao hóspedes, mas de uso proibido.

• Dawkins (10/5): - Great location. The rooms were just right and the staff very helpful. Nothing to dislike. We stayed in Alle Guglie which had a sister hotel opposite. It was very easy to walk across in the morning and enjoy breakfast in the hotel and easy access at all times.

Para Venecia que se sube y baja escaleras es clave la cercanía de este hotel de la estación! - Es un hotel reciclado muy prolijo todo, desde las escaleras hasta la habitación y el baño. Con frigobar y pava electrica lo cual a nosotras nos fue positivo . La ubicación EXCELENTE, teniendo en cuenta que Venecia subis y bajas escaleras , el estar muy cerca de la estación fue espectacular. Recomendable El baño demasiado pequeño, pero nuevo y muy limpio, nosotras dos mujeres nos fue perfecto pero tal vez alguien mas robusto se le complicaría. Y no me gustó la vista de mi habitación que daba a un techo de tejas, pero al estar poco tiempo en la Habitación no fue un problema. Tiene escaleras pero los chicos de la recepción muy amablemente nos ayudaron tanto al subirlas como bajarlas.

• Olha (10/5): Чисто, приємно, красиво, затишно - Близько до вокзалу і памʼяток. Досить тихо, бо вікна виходили не на вулицю. Сніданок в готелі навпроти в дуже красивому старовинному залі. Наш номер був маленький і не мав чайнику. Але ми про це знали і свідомо на це пішли, бо було інші плюси.

• Simas (9/5): - Great location (not far from main station). Rooms are modern and has everything you may need. Friendly staff. Hairdryer fast overheating and it was a little noisy but not from the street. Maybe just some louder guests.

One of the rooms had an extremely low ceiling with wooden beams - I am short (157cm or 5"2) and despite my best efforts, I kept banging my head on the wooden beam. It is also not possible to stand anywhere in the room apart from the entrance. I can't understand how this room has been given as a room, lol, and when I complained at the reception, they said it checked all safety standards. OK! The rooms are also cold at night - and even being in the bed didn't feel warm. One of the rooms had an extremely low ceiling with wooden beams - I am short (157cm or 5"2) and despite my best efforts, I kept banging my head on the wooden beam. It is also not possible to stand anywhere in the room apart from the entrance. I can't understand how this room has been given as a room, lol, and when I complained at the reception, they said it checked all safety standards. OK! Cold room LOTS of stairs!!!! no lift.

The room was clean and overall the hotel was in a convenient location. Everything was great- The only thing we would have liked is if the room was a bit larger. it was a little hard to move around with our luggage in the room.

• MARCO (10/5): - Hotel comodo da raggiungere anche a piedi, circa 600/700 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria o da piazzale Roma. Struttura accogliente, pulita e curata nei minimi particolari. Lo staff cordiale, professionale e sempre disponibile. L'attenzione ai dettagli, dai prodotti di cortesia (caffé, tisane), all’arredo delle camere hanno reso il ns. soggiorno a Venezia veramente spensierato. Also we were 2 people so we needed two keys because my friend wasn’t feeling well and she wanted to stay in the room, but even though I requested a second key they didn’t accomplish it. The room is very small.

Un’attenzione straordinaria anche da parte delle addette alla colazione. Inoltre possiamo dire che la sensazione generale è stata che tutto lo staff fosse molto affiatato, anche oltre il lavoro. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un minimo appunto potrebbe essere che la camera era un po’ troppo piccola, ma non è stato un problema, in questo caso ( diverso sarebbe stato se fossimo andati a Venezia e avessimo avuto bisogno di un piccolo appoggio per un laptop)

• Paolo (9/5): Ottima posizione e logistica, zona piena di locali, tutto nuovo, stanza perfetta per qualche giorno. - Posizione ottima, con balconcino delizioso sulla principale arteria pedonale tra stazione e Rialto, pieno di locali e servizi. Tutto nuovo. La camminabilita' rapida dalla stazione migliora moltissimo la logistica, soprattutto se arrivi a ore strane o hai poco tempo. Vale la pena di andare alla ferrovia anche per i vaporetti anche se ci sono imbarchi piu' vicini sono solo 500m. Non li chiamerei neanche difetti, non ha la vista sul canale salvo sporgersi dal balconcino allora lo vedi, la reception e' nell'hotel di fronte ma sono 10 metri, la stanza non e' enorme ma va benissimo anche perche' per togliersi la voglia di camminare non lo farei in stanza. Le scale con cui si sale nelle stanze e' un po' ripida, ottimamente rinnovata ma con la pendenza storica, quindi lo sconsiglierei a chi ha mobilita' limitata... ma non ho addocchiato se ci sono ascensori o altro modo, al limite chiedete prima di prenotare. Poi a Venezia i ponti principali sono resi accessibili ma non tutti, va fatto uno studio.
