• Alan (2/5): Oszustwo. - Jedyne co ten hotel może zaoferować to życzliwa obsługę i czystość. Małe Ciasne pokoje, bardzo małe okno. Niestety hotel nie wywiązuje się z oferty zapłaciłem za pokój dwuosobowy, a dostałem pokój dla 1 osoby. Pomieszczenie jest tak małe, że nie ma gdzie postawić walizki.

The location was very good, 3 minutes Spanish steps, 10 minutes to Fontana Trevi, 5 minutes from, Villa Borghese, 15 minutes Pantheon, 20 minutes Castel Sant'Angelo. The room doors are not thick at all, you could hear depending of your room, the kitchen, the corridor or the lift door opening. These could be easily solved by replacing with insulation doors.

• Cansu (1/5): poor choice for me - Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. There was a very unpleasant smell in the room coming from the bathroom, likely due to a plumbing issue. On the first day, after housekeeping cleaned my room, they left the door open. I only realized in the evening that my room had been left open all day, which was very concerning. The next day, housekeeping took all the towels from the room during cleaning, and when I returned, there were no towels at all. When I asked for towels, I was even asked if I wanted them as an extra, which was quite surprising. There was also a lot of noise in the hotel. In the mornings, there were loud children, and at night it was still noisy. It was unfortunately very difficult to get proper sleep. Overall, this was a poor choice for me, and I would not choose this hotel again.

• ALBERTO (6/5): buon hotel in posizione meravigliosa - posizione ottima, in pieno centro. ideale per chi vuole girare per roma a piedi per visitare i principali siti culturali camera un po' soffocante, con poche finestre che danno su cavedio. il secondo giorno è comparso un calzino di terzi (probabilmente lasciato in stanza perchè l'hotel ha pensato fosse mio), a dimostrazione che il primo giorno la pulizia è stata fatta probabilmente in modo superficiale

La ubicacion es excelente a una cuadra de plaza España y a 2 cuadras del metro, ademas de todas las atracciones turisticas de Roma y la oferta gastronomica. Todo estuvo mas que excelnte

El personal tuvo presente mis preferencias y me hizo sentir súper cómoda y segura (ya que viajé sola). La habitación y sobre todo el baño está genial. A pesar de ser un edificio viejo las instalaciones funcionan perfectamente, tener en cuenta que el hotel está en un 1er piso. Si necesitas, guardan tu equipaje post check out y te facilitan taxi sin cargo. Ya extraño despertar en Via Margutta por las mañanas! Volveré SIN DUDAS. Gracias!!

L'hotel è molto carino e particolare. La camera era molto vicina alla sala colazioni e la mattina presto sentivamo le voci degli altri ospiti.

• Debbie (9/5): Great hotel, perfect location - The hotel was in a lovely part of the city. It is a few minutes walk from the Spanish steps and the Metro stop there which is only 3 stops to Termini. The staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. There is a small bar in the breakfast room and staff would serve us drinks when we asked. We only booked a small basic double room but it was sufficient for us. We had a great 5 day stay and would recommend the hotel. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. Also a shelf for toiletries in the shower cubicle as the bottles were kept on the floor and not so easy to pick up.

Our first night there we went out to dinner and then explored the area (the steps of Rome) upon our return to the hotel we found the building entrance locked. We finally figured out the code on our room card opened unlocked the door. This was really unsettling for us as an experience for a hotel. When we walked up the stairs to the actual hotel floor, the main door to the hotel was locked and there was no person at front desk to let us in. We banged on the door repeatedly and no one came for over 40 minutes. I called the number to the hotel contact person that I was in communication with prior to our arrival again no answer. We needed to use the restroom very badly and we couldn't go inside. It's been a very long airplane flight from the US to Rome and we were exhausted. This was a nightmare and we couldn't believe that we were experiencing this situation. Luckily I was able to go up several floors in the building and found another hotel which had an actual live person manning the front desk. This gentleman allowed us to us the restroom while he tried to make contact with our hotel front desk person which he somehow was able to wake up and open the front door so that we could finally go inside our room and go to bed. I want to point out that the person who finally opened the door didn't apologize for the inconvenience. We were instead told that the code to the hotel reception area was the code on our key but backwards. He then said that the instructions for opening the doors were printed on the extremely small photo copy cut out piece of paper that was handed to us at check in. We were never given any instructions regarding locked doors and entry codes. This is a hotel, why would any doors to the hotel building and the hotel reception be closed locked and no one to service paying guest? We have never encountered anything like this in all of our travels all over the world.

• Owen (9/5): - Location excellent neat Spanish Steps in good neighbourhood for quality restaurants, shopping and Metro. Staff superb. Rooms very plain after renovation. Clean and bright but not as much old world charm as featured in the photographs. We did not mind the 28 steps up to the hotel (hotel is on the 1st Floor) but if you were less mobile this could be an issue. There is a lift but it is old and slow!

• PAULO (9/5): Ja avaliei acima - Acabei de avaliar do dia 08 ao dia 11/01, estávamos em 3 e depois , de 11/01 a 14/01 ficamos em 2 ! E gentilmente nos deixaram ficar no mesmo quarto! Funcionários excelentes!!
• PAULO (9/5): Custo benefício, localização, limpeza! - Ficamos no apto triplo, pois meu filho estava junto! Apto 132. Excelente, recém reformado, amplo! A localização é simplesmente maravilhosa! Uma ruazinha charmosa “quase dentro” da Praça da Espanha! Muitos restaurantinhos, comercio, metro, enfim, otimo!! Já e a 2a. Vez que ficamos neste hotel, custo benefício é muito bom!! Os funcionários sao muito simpáticos e prestativos!! O café da manhã é bem fraco, porem ja sabíamos! O que faltou e falta na maioria dos quartos na europa, sao cabides para colocarmos casacos no inverno, mas isso, tambem sei que é assim… infelizmente!
