La salle petit déjeuner trop petite, nous étions à l'étroit, bruyante. Petit déjeuner tres minimaliste, jus fruit de tres mauvaise qualité quand au reste y a pas pléthore et pas tres bon. Tres déçue 😞 Dans la chambre minimaliste également.

Amanda (8/5): - Hôtel was in the perfect location, 100m if that to the cathedral, so close to absolutely everything only a 6min walk or so to the river. Room was a decent size as well as the bed. Breakfast in the morning was als a good way to start the day. It is only a 8 or so minute walk from the train station I would stay here again if in Florence great value for money. The shower is small for the size room but that is not a big deal. Water pressure was great. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbours cough / talk etc. however you can’t hear anything of the noise from outside which is brilliant.

Das Zimmer war deutlich Renovierungsbedürftig (Defekte Dusche, Regal im Bad konnte man nicht nutzen, war kurz davor abzufallen, WC -Deckel defekt) Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar, ohne Abwechslung und einfach. Zum Teil standen verschmutzte Tassen zwischen sauberen.

Cruiser67275924417 (2/5): Shocking service - The hotel is in an excellent location, and unfortunately that is where the positives end. The overall standard feels far below what should be expected, particularly in terms of service. Our experience was significantly affected by the receptionist, Valentina. Her attitude was consistently unhelpful and dismissive. When we requested an ironing board, we were initially told to come to reception to collect one. However, when we followed up, she told me straight to my face “This is not a 6-star hotel, so we don’t have it,” which was both contradictory and extremely rude. In addition, despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign clearly displayed on our door, she knocked to ask whether we wanted the room cleaned. When I pointed out the sign, the response was again rude . It is unfortunate that one staff member’s behaviour can negatively impact the overall reputation of a hotel, but in this case, that was our experience. Professionalism and basic courtesy are essential in hospitality, and sadly, they were lacking here. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to the above and I would recommend for hotel to remove her from the role.

A localização é excepicional! 1quarteirão abaixo da Duomo e uns 2 quarteirões acima da Piazza Della Signoria/Palazzo Vecchio. Fiquei em um confortável quarto triplo com bonita decoração e banheiro que parece que foi reformado. Café da manhã era gostoso, com opções de frios, pães, ovo, salsichas, cafés/leites. Havia um stand de croissants com a quantidade de 1 por pessoa. Funcionários são bastante simpáticos e solicitos Se voltar a Florença, sem dúvidas irei me hospedar mais uma vez lá! Achei que a vazão da água do chuveiro um pouco fraca, mas nada que comprometesse a qualidade do banho O frigobar poderia ser um pouco maior. Não cabia uma garrafa de 1L de água

Il bagno era abbastanza spartano, la doccia era sprovvista di box, solamente con una tenda quindi abbastanza scomodo. Mancava inoltre il bidet che a mio avviso è una cosa fondamentale per un bagno.

Fjoralba (1/5): - ⭐ 1/10 – Worst experience ever – avoid this place! We stayed one night at this hotel during a heatwave with temperatures over 40°C. In the afternoon, the electricity went out for several hours – no lights, no air conditioning, no way to charge our phones. It was extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. When we asked the receptionist about a refund in case power didn’t come back by the evening, he rudely told us they had “no money to give back” and we’d have to wait for the owner. When the owner finally arrived (after more than 30 minutes), she was even worse – shouting at guests, refusing to take responsibility, and speaking to us in a completely unprofessional and arrogant manner. She even handed us the phone to speak to a stranger (apparently someone from our country?) in what felt like an attempt to pressure or intimidate us. We were not the only ones complaining – the reception was full of upset guests asking for refunds or help. The owner shouted at everyone and offered no solutions. This place does not care about its guests, does not provide the services it promises, and completely lacks hospitality. No refund, no apology, no professionalism. Avoid at all costs – I would never stay here again and will be reporting this experience.

Et la chambre était très propre Si nous devions dire vraiment un point negatif ce serai la literie pas très agreable car matelas a ressort mais cela reste vraiment supportable. Aussi, notre chambre donnait sur la rue commerçante donc un peu bruyante jusqu’à 22h 22h30.

Antonia (8/5): Soggiorno natalizio a Firenze - La struttura si trova in una posizione fantastica, letteralmente a 2 passi dal duomo, piazza della repubblica e piazza della signoria. Il personale è molto cortese e gentile. C'è la possibilità di usufruire del deposito bagagli gratuito sia al check in che al check out. Le camere sono dislocate su più livelli ma c'è l'ascensore all' interno del palazzo. La colazione è molto varia sia con pezzi dolci che salati. La camera era molto spaziosa, grande e molto riscaldata. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Alcune note dolenti sono state la scarsa luminosità della camera, la mancanza del piatto doccia e bidet nel bagno nonostante la segnalazione.

Salle de bain plutôt vétuste : juste un petit rideau de douche et de l’eau partout même en faisant attention. Petit déjeuner trop industriel. Du pain frais aurait été mieux que du pain de mie sous vide par exemple ! Et surtout très très très mauvaise insonorisation entre les chambres!! On entend les conversations des voisins , la télé, les appels téléphoniques et tout le reste !

Ally76 (6/5): Ottima la posizione. Hotel da rivedere a fondo - Le ragazze alla reception sono state squisite. La posizione è assolutamente centralissima e vicino a tutto. L' hotel è situato in palazzo storico, la reception e la sala per la colazione sono al 3o piano. La mia camera era al 1o. C'è un piccolo ascensore. Le camere sono vetuste, il mio bagno era cieco, senza bidet e tralascio le condizioni della tela della doccia o del bordo dello specchio o dei muri che si scrostavano. Il porta carta igienica è come quello dei bagni pubblici e lo spazio è talmente ridotto che ho battuto la testa alzandomi dal water. Il bollitore ha una presa suko, peccato che l'unica suko sia in bagno sul lavandino. C'è una lampada sullo scrittoio, la cui presa ovviamente non entra. La mia camera dava su di un giardino interno sempre illuminato e da cui si vedeva la luce del corridoio sempre accesa. E ciò è alquanto fastidioso. Le tende erano rotte e trasparenti, tanto che vedevo all' interno della stanza di fronte. Le tende oscuranti penso siano un residuo degli anni 70/80. Far andare il riscaldamento è stato un incubo. Il bagno bollente, il resto ghiacciato. Volevo prendere una coperta, ma era piena di macchie gialle. Ho rinunciato. Gli arredamenti esterni erano divanetti, moquette e troppi, troppi oggetti. Insomma, per essere un 3 stelle, nonostante la meravigliosa posizione, non è valso assolutamente il prezzo pagato. La colazione buona, ma davvero pochissima scelta. Tutto self service, caffè compreso. Tra l' altro ho dovuto fare una notte in più per via dello sciopero dei treni e avevo già pagato in anticipo.... Mi dispiace, perché le ragazze erano veramente carine.
