- Furio (8/5): Soggiorno a Napoli molto bello da consigliarsi a chi non c'è mai stato - Molto valida la posizione nel pieno centro di Napoli. l'Hotel situato ai bordi dei quartieri spagnoli è situato in uno stabile d'epoca di quei quartieri esteticamente è un po' caratteristico ma comunque bello. Le camere sono confortevoli e pulite ed il personale è cordiale e puntuale nelle richieste. Molto bella la terrazza sopra lo stabile dove si fa colazione a buffet che è abbondante. Consigliabile per visitare Napoli Essendo praticamente la zona il centro della movida dei quartieri spagnoli, c'è un po' di rumore alla notte sebbene sia attutito dai serramenti in pvc.

- Markus (10/5): sehr gemütliche Unterkunft in den oberen Etagen eines Wohnhauses in der Altstadt - Die Lage des Hotels in der quirligen und lebendigen Altstadt von Neapel ist perfekt für Menschen, die eine fußläufige Unterkunft zur Partymeile suchen. Das Frühstück wurde auf der teils geschlossenen, teils überdachten und teils offenen Dachterrasse angeboten, ein wahrlich wunderschöner Platz! Die Aufbauten auf der Dachterrasse waren scheinbar in Eigenleistung erbracht und sehen sehr zusammengestückelt aus. Die wunderbar große und sehr heiße Dusche war leider etwas verschimmelt. Wer vor zwei Uhr nachts schlafen geht, sollte Ohropax dabei haben. Bei mir war es in der Woche im April 2026 bis 2:45 relativ laut mit Partygeräuschen und ich hatte mein offenes Fenster zur Dachterrasse.

La stanza era pulita e accogliente. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Nel complesso, è una buona scelta per chi cerca un posto semplice ma confortevole dove dormire a Napoli.

I like old hotels' vibe and I liked u guys as people but with this price u get MUCH better places in the centre of naples. we booked a twin room, got a double bed (the staff said they never got this request, no chance for change). impossible to open a window cause the street is full of bars, but the AC didnt work (nor did the fan), the room was smelly and damaged everywhere u look. no sockets next to yr bed. really old and dusty. in the end they gave 20% off. decide yrself if its worth it.

Posizionato vicino a locale pub discoteca che non permette di riposare. Impossibile se avete bambini. Adulti risolvono parzialmente con tappi in cera. Colazione da rivedere.

- A.Morillo (5/5): Bien situado pero Ruidoso. Un 3 estrellas justito. - Lo mejor, la situación si quieres estar en todo el centro de la movida y fiesta. El ruido por la noche era como para no poder dormir hasta las 3 o 4 de la noche ya que las habitaciones no están bien insonorizadas y en la calle hay mucha gente de fiesta. El desayuno muy muy justo. Para tostar el pan había una sandwichera que tardaba mas de 15 minutos en tostar una rebanada de pan. Mi ducha del baño era como un escobero oscuro. Estrecho y sin luz.

Żeby wejść do hotelu trzeba zadzwonić-dzwonek,w kolorze złota, znajduje sie na ścianie, po prawej strony drzwi.Obok jest teatr.Lokalizacja bardzo dogodna,stacja metro 5 minut na nogach, , śniadanie wystarczające: jajka gotowane,szynka, ser,serek topiony, jogurt, rogaliki,ciasto. Nie było warzyw ale kawa americano odpowiedniej ilości! Kubek do herbaty również duży, nie tak jak w innych hotelach . Klucz do sejfu należy wziąć w recepcji. Bardzo miły personel! No niestety hałas, ale są do dyspozycji stopery.

Das Gebäude hat hohe Räume und einen sehr schön eingerichteten Aufenthaltsraum. bis nach Mitternacht (fast bis 02:00) ist es in der Straße etwas laut, die Fenster dichten nicht genug gegen den Lärm. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein.

- marc (7/5): - La terraza, muy agradable. El personal, muy amable. La situación, en un barrio muy auténtico y cerca del metro. Una parte de la terraza estaba muy desordenada. El ping pong y el futbolin no estaban disponibles porque estaba en un cubierto lleno de trastos. Pedí si podian desplegar la mesa de ping pong y no lo hicieron. El ruido durante la noche por ser una zona de fiesta nocturna. El ruido durante la mañana ya que las habitaciones estan mal aisladas y se oia la gente en el comedor.

Todo el edificio se encuentran en pésimas condiciones, sin mantenimiento, sin enchufes, muebles maltrechos, mala iluminación, artefactos eléctricos muy antiguos y deteriorados .
