- Ali (2/5): Ma per carità. O ristrutturate o chiudete sta capanna - Posizione ottima Arredamento pessimo, edificio vecchissimo. Il bagno..avevo paura ci cadesse in testa un pezzo del soffitto. Sul muro vicino alla doccia c'era un cartello con scritto "chiudere la porta della doccia" ma la porta mancava 🤐 Durante la notte siamo stati morsicati dalle zanzare, non abbiamo dormito praticamente.Mia figlia di un anno, a distanza di un mese, è ancora piena di morsicature che non vanno via. Per carità, l'unica cosa che posso dire ok, è la biancheria. Per tutto il resto, per carità

- Katia Elaine (9/5): Veneza é linda e o hotel é muito bom e tem um preço excelente! - A localização é ótima, bem perto da estação de trem Venezia Santa Lúcia ! Também é perto da estação de vaporetto e de diversos restaurantes e lojas !! O quarto é pequeno e antigo mas é limpo e atende bem o necessário! Não tem elevador então pra quem tem problema de locomoção fica um pouco difícil, para nós isso não foi um problema. Não tenho nada a reclamar da acomodação, gostei da estadia .

- maria (8/5): Recomendo - For some reason we had an upgrade and stayed at the hotel where u do the check in and where breakf is served. So it was great as it seemed to be better. Room, bathroom and beds were big. Breakf had the best cappuchino I had in the whole trip. Staff at reception were very nice and u can leave ur bags after check out. Very close to train st or the bus stop to go to the airport. I would def stay again. Not rating top top as, well, things and sthetic is not brand new but is part of the charm in Venice!

Pudimos dejar las maletas guardadas hasta la hora de irnos de forma gratuíta. El desayuno estaba bien. Las instalaciones se ven descuidadas y antiguas. A pesar de ser una calle tranquila hubo mucho ruído hasta bien entrada la noche y por la mañana temprano nos despertaron los golpes de los obreros en alguna de las habitaciones, algo que nos podían haber avisado al hacer el check-in.

- Hanna (3/5): Hotel para quem ficará por pouco tempo e busca por boa localização próximo à estação de trem! - A localização é excelente, extremamente perto da estação de trem. O hotel não tem recepção própria, não tem elevador, o mobiliário é muito antigo e mal conservado, o ambiente é escuro e mal ventilado. O chuveiro não tem bom funcionamento (pouca vazão de água) e o box/banheira é apertado. O check-in e o check-out são realizados em outro hotel, assim como o café da manhã ( O outro hotel está há 30 metros de distância) O café da manhã tem pouca variedade.

Tous pres de la gare et beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours, a proximité des principales lignes des bateaux taxi. Petit déjeuné tres bonne qualité:prix, mais le faite qu'i faut choisir son service (le restaurant étant fort petit pour le nombre d'occupant de l'hôtel et sa dépendance) La rue est un peut hors de la grande cohue, mais il faut quand mème fermer les fenêtres pour pas être dérangé la nuit.

Lo staff di sala deve essere più accogliente e rispettoso della clientela.
- Karolina (8/5): Bardzo chętnie tam wrócę. Świetny hotel na zwiedzanie Wenecji. - Idealna lokalizacja - tuż obok dworca i Canal Grande z przystankiem tramwaju wodnego. Do Placu św. Marka szliśmy około 30 minut (pewnie było by szybciej, gdybyśmy nie zachwycali się wszystkim po drodze). Mieliśmy pokój od strony podwórka z niską zabudową - dzięki temu było cicho i jasno w pokoju. Pokój był duży, z dużym, wygodnym łóżkiem, klimatyzacją i zapasowymi kocami w razie chłodnej nocy. Spora łazienka z wanną, bidetem i wc. Codziennie sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników. Śniadania dość skromne, ale dobre. Co ważne - i na słodko i na słono, w formie szwedzkiego stołu: chleb, jajka gotowane, 2 rodzaje sera i wędlin, tosty, serki do smarowania, dżemy, nutella, kechup, musztarda, ciasto, soki, kawa i herbata. Uwaga: trzeba zapisać się na slot śniadaniowy (wyznaczona godzina: od-do) i przyjść punktualnie - inaczej w dość małej jadalni robi się tłok.

Staff was friendly and helpful Room was not very clean, bedsheets smelled moldy, walls had infiltrations, bathtub was slippery to my 85-year-old mother, the drain was clogged, and showerhead is too low.

O imóvel é muito velho precisa urgente de reforma , o ar condicionado funciona muito mal , a cama bem desconfortável, em resumo é um lugar só para dormir e tomar banho não a prazer em ficar dentro do quarto e não tem frigobar.

- Federico (8/5): Amazing location, very good room and bed! No lift - Fantastic location, a few steps away from Main Street that leads you to Venezia Santa Lucia train station. One thing to consider is that to go up, you need to take the stairs as there is no lift, so watch out if you are bringing luggage bags. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and the room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Recommended!

The room was adequate, clean and comfortable. Very close to everything, waterbus at the end of the street, also train station. Would recommend 👌

- carla (1/5): - Las camas en muy mal estado, casi se quebraba el soporte, muy mal estado el hotel El personal super agresivi, la mujer del desayuno, una rubia de ojos claros, me grito delante de todo por llegar media hora maa tarde al desayuno y no me queria pasarme un cafe, jamas volveria a este hotel, ni siquiera tenian recepcionista, habia que caminar a otro hotel para hacer todo, ckeck in, desayuno etc. Horrible todo el servicio y caro.

And the bathroom is so tiny with mold, you feel dirty to go inside. Please see the pictures of the room. I can’t believe we paid almost 300$ CAD for this .

- Rachel (2/5): Not worthy of 2 stars - Firstly, you check in at another hotel, which was okay, however first impressions still count and the decor/furnishings as you walked in to the hotel set the mood for your stay. Very tired and scruffy. The bed was very comfy, however that was the only plus. The bathroom had no bath mat for the shower and the tiled floor was very slippery, a definite hazard. We had air conditioning, which was great, however when we returned to our room on the evening the tiled floor was flooded from this. We had to take all of our luggage off the floor. When bringing the issue up with the hotel that handled the check in we were handed two towels!! That was apparently all they could do. Therefore i had to put all the towels on the floor so we didnt slip in the morning. The breakfast was okay, however the outside area, well under a gazebo maybe, was so dirty. This shouldnt be used. If you have a small budget then this hotel will do the job. I certainly wouldnt recommend it to anyone though.
- bobrock1967 (8/5): Enjoyable stay ! - Lots of complaints about the noise, yes, the Hotel is a very old building in a very busy area, I'm sure there are other places who experience the same people traffic, get over it, this isn't The Ritz, it's a cheap and cheerful place, great location, room was clean, actual guests in the Hotel were quiet, 3 nights here, only a 10 min walk to the handy Airport Bus service which I highly recommend for the price.

- ovendale2018 (6/5): Very small and basic , but clean and good location. - The rooms are very small and basic , but clean. House keeping brought clean towels and beds made every day. The first room we was given was very dark and small , we were staying for 7 nights , if it was 1 or 2 nights I wouldn’t have minded so much . I went and asked if there was any bigger rooms as we were staying for a week and the thought of returning to the first room would be depressing. We was offered another room , still small , but. Different lay out that was airer and lighter . I never witnessed any of the larger rooms on the website. The location was really good , the breakfast was a good choice . I would recommend this hotel for a 1or 2 night stay , it is very basic , but good value for Venice.

- Lyke (2/5): Terrible experience, lack of basic hotel necessities - The location is good, close to the station so not a lot of bag carrying around the city. You can store your luggage during the day, it's not guarded per se and anyone can walk in, but they do need to go along the reception so relatively safe I would say. The hotel is managed from another hotel down the street, meaning you have breakfast there and do the check-in. If you know about going there, that's not much of a hassle. This other hotel seems quite all right, and I think because of that the breakfast was okay. Mostly prepackaged sweet stuff and not the best tasting wise, but there were options! I feel like a lot of the positive reviews are from people who ended up being upgraded/stayed in this other hotel, so maybe a free upgrade is in store for some (or maybe some other rooms are not as bad as the one we stayed in). - The WiFi barely worked, was very slow and kept going out, we struggled watching even a video. - The air conditioning was ancient & loud (which would not have been the biggest problem), however, it stopped working in the middle of the night making it incredibly hot. Opening windows led to an insane amount of mosquitos. We weren't able to sleep at all. When noted to the staff in the morning that it stopped working, they didn't care. - The shower was not really functional (you couldn't stand under it to shower) due to the lack of water coming out. You could only push it against your body to wash yourself. - The bed is very hard & uncomfortable - For breakfast, you need to pick a 30min timeslot the day before. If a timeslot is full you have to pick another one, this means if you check-in late there is barely any choice for what time you want to have breakfast and you might be pushed to the 7am timeslot. The paintings on the wall also creeped me out, the room wasn't particularly clean, there is no elevator, and the whole place feels a bit spooky, but these things are not as important to me personally as the above. All in all I feel like they KNOW this place is absolutely falling apart. I also knew when we booked we wouldn't be having the most luxurious experience, however, if a facility is advertised and I pay for it, I do expect it to work somewhat. Just like how I expect to, at least, be able to sleep and shower.

- Dominador (1/5): not satisfied and no comfort the bed is worst. - breakfast is excellent. The bathroom is outside the room and nor adjacent too much hazzle the bathroom shower was clogged. No elevator and I’m disable.
- Rania (4/5): - Hotel location is good very close to train station, The check in was easy, the room was clean. That was all the good points i could say about the hotel. The beds , mattress and pillows are so uncomfortable. The Ac sound keep us awake all night . , and we are heavy sleepers .only stayed one night .
- Matthew (8/5): - As others wrote in their reviews, there's a sign on the front door saying to check in down the street a few doors down at another hotel. The staff was extremely friendly/cordial but it still felt like a bait & switch tactic. The bed was a very thin mattress, but other than that everything was good. Extremely convenient location with a 2 minute walk to the train station, and plenty of shops/eateries. They also have a room for guests to leave their luggage while exploring the city after check-out.

- Robert (7/5): Nice room, but… - The room was fine. Nice sized and close to the Grand Canal. It has no reception area (reception is at a different hotel down the street)… which is a bit off putting. Worse tho was the lack of elevator/lift. Not bad if you are traveling light, but for a couple in their 70’s with 3 full sized suitcases it was very difficult.

- Michael (8/5): Florida Hotel Strasbourg - We had to register in the hotel 50 metres further along the street to get the codes and keys for the Falorida hotel. We found the hotel well located to visit all the places of interest. the hotel was very dated and tired looking. the bathroom shower had black mould around the base and the bedoom had not been redecorated in at least a decade.
- angus (8/5): - It was confusing and awkward checking in, you had to go on down the street past other businesses, even another hotel to check in at another hotel that was not marked such that you could see it until you were right at the entrance. I was just turning around when she saw the name on the little awning past another hotel.
- Joao (8/5): Worth the price paid. - The room was good and the location was very good for accessing and getting to know the city. Good breakfast. The reception for check in and breakfast is in another hotel, which seems inconvenient.
