The room was clean, but the bathroom was extremely small — there was barely enough space to get into the shower, and the toilet was positioned right next to the sink. The lift was also very cramped, with hardly enough room inside. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The staff were very helpful; however, during check-out, the receptionist refused to allow me to leave my hand luggage in the holding room, even though before I started my holiday, the hotel’s customer care team had assured me that they would keep my hand luggage after check-out.

- Rafi (8/5): Excellent location, friendly staff, reliable Wi Fi, comfortable accommodation, easy access to means. - Great location, excellent staff, reliable Wi Fi, and reasonably good facilities overall. The accommodation was comfortable and well connected, with easy access to all means of transportation and nearby services. I arrived one night later than my original booking and, despite the last-minute notice, they kindly did not charge me for the missed night. Their flexibility and understanding, especially with my check in after midnight, was a truly unique gesture that I highly appreciated. The bathroom could be a bit better, though it was acceptable.

- Milagros (10/5): Muy buena! - El lugar estuvo muuy bien! el ascensor es estrecho pero bueno fue motivo para reirnos un poco con mi marido que entraba justito. La verdad nos encantó, somos de Argentina y la habitación y el baño eran bastante amplios, con una vista hermosa desde un balconcito y super cerca de la terminal de metro, a 3 cuadras lo que nos facilitó el transporte al coliseo, al vaticano, a todos lados! El ascensor, pero se entiende que es un edificio viejo

- Gabriel (7/5): Travelling on a budget - The location was convenient since it was next to the Roma Termini station meaning that there were a lot of buses to get. The room was nice and the hotel staff too and after the cleaning time they would leave us water bottles for free. Also there were a lot of restaurants right down the street of the hotel and the station has a supermarket and pharmacy of course. I'm suggesting it if you're looking for a nice hotel at an ok location and planning on moving around with bus (or train). The room was clean except under the bed. A little problem also was the balcony door that had no window screen so ants got to live with us. The bed was double but a little small, wouldn't work for taller people. The bedsheets were also small so its enough to cover one of your legs if you're two people like us. The fringe was not working well, it was an additional cabinet though.

Дал нам информацию вообще посторонний человек.Хотя нужно было прислать сообщение,чтобы мы не ехали -не тратили время и деньги.Первый раз с таким сталкиваюсь. Отвратительно.

- Antônio Sérgio (5/5): Nice location, rooms need air conditioning (too hot) - Location is very good, in a safe spot, easy to find and super close to the Roma Termini. The room was also very clean, with complimentary waters. Room was scorching hot, air conditioning was not working at all. I had to open the windows to get any relief of the heat. The room is also small – it fits a couple, sure, but I would recommend more for singles.

- Olga (8/5): - Идеальное местоположение. Останавливалась здесь второй раз. Конечно-же одноместный номер не большой, но для меня одной был вполне комфортен. Рядом с отелем есть маленький ресторан, есть множество кафе, но, хотя окна моего номера выходили на улицу, ночью было абсолютно тихо. Ну и конечно же персонал. Очень доброжелательный.

- Francine (8/5): Ha raggiunto le mie aspettative - Ho passato solo una notte ma la camera era spaziosa e pulita. Il bagno pulito e il personale pur non essendo presente sempre ha risposto subito alle mie chiamate. Non sono abituata al rumore ma essendo vicino alla stazione, si sentono i rumori e anche gli altri ospiti erano rumorosi. Ma forse era particolare a quella notte.
