• Manolo75 (5/5): Esageratamente caro - Posizione a 5 minuti da Termini. Ottimo il check-in fino alle 22. Personale gentile e carino Struttura diciamo alberghiera in un palazzo poco curato. Prezzo altissimo a livello di Manhattan a Natale (oltre 300 euro per una quadrupla), a fronte della totale assenza di servizi. 35€ per la colazione che non abbiamo fatto si commenta da sé. Probabilmente questo è il mercato dei prezzi della zona.

Der var et lille køleskab, det var perfekt. Værelset lå blot på en gang. Der var ikke sådan noget "rigtig" hotel. Ikke mulighed for morgenmad. Der var ingen knager til overtøj eller til håndklæder på badeværelset.

• María Jesús (5/5): Mejorable - La ubicación. Barrio seguro con algunas tiendecitas de alimentación y cerca de Termini. En la descripción ponía que había hervidor y no me lo proporcionaron hasta el último día de 5 que estuve. La puerta de entradaa a la habitación hacía un ruido terrible porque rozaba el techo y el suelo. Lo comunicamos, pero no sé solucionó. Nos alojamos 5 noches, pero aunque ponía que había, no nos proporcionaron gel y champú todos los días. Dijeton que solo se entregaba al llegar. Nos extrañó para el precio. La entrada al edificio con varios hoteles tuvo en toda la estancia 4 o 5 bolsas negras de basura. Cierto ruido del exterior del edificio por grupos de turistas huéspedes. En dos ocasiones temorano bastante ruido de la sala comedor al lado con desayunos de trabajadores.

E sem contar a localização que é divina!!! Perto da principal estação de trem da pra ir e voltar a pé mesmo com malas! Com toda certeza ficarei novamente nesse hotel! Recepção não é 24h

• mariadY234NL (10/5): Nice place to stay in Rome - Roma, what a beautiful place to spend a vacation. My only regret is that I do not have enough time there. We booked a hotel in Rome that wasn't good, so we decided to find another one. It was 10:00 am on Saturday, and everything that was in our price range was packed. We almost gave up hope of finding something that day until we called Gabriella's hotel, and they had a room left. We rushed there to find this tiny hotel located a few miles from the train station. It was not time to check in yet, but we were able to leave our luggage beside the reception. I have to say that the people at the front desk were extremely friendly and patient with us. We left the hotel and we went on a tour in a green bus (I'll talk about it in another review) Coming back, we went to our room, a spotless, clean room with comfortable beds. But we did not know that the air conditioning would not be on until September, so we opened the window, and the view was an internal patio, nothing pretty. However, the person at the front desk called his boss to authorise us to use the AC, and that is going the extra mile to help a guest. I have to say that the hotel's location is excellent, and there are amazing places to eat nearby, and once a week, there was a farm market in front of the hotel. There is an elevator to the first floor, where the hotel is located. I forgot to mention that in the same building, there are two more hotels on the first and third floors, but the guest services were excellent. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful experience.

Only issues we had were the power going out one night (due to a storm, not the hotels fault), and then another day the bathroom light wouldn’t work but we got back past when the front desk was there, so we just made it work! Beds are a little hard but that’s personal preference.

The kitchen/breakfast area is small and full of random dirty washing bag, the tables cloth are dirty. The towels in the rooms are smelly, no air conditioning, apparently there is a rule in place that it can only be turned on from July even though the room was very hot and uncomfortable in the morning. I will never go back there

• David (2/5): - unfortunately, my experience was not up to expectations. The room had an unpleasant odor that was noticeable upon entering, which made it difficult to feel comfortable. Additionally, the shower did not function properly, making it inconvenient to use during my stay. The quality of the mattress and pillows was also disappointing, as they were uncomfortable and did not provide adequate support for a good night’s rest. While the staff might have been helpful or the location convenient, the issues with the room itself made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped. I recommend the management address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

We stayed in room 18, could hear city traffic noise during the night. Remote control for the tv never worked. Great location, close to Termini Train Station, lots of restaurants close by, and you get housekeeping and slippers.

O quarto era confortável, com frigobar, chaleira elétrica, bom ar condicionado, wifi bom, café e chás sempre disponíveis, porém era mal iluminado e tinha um mal cheiro, as vezes, que vinha da estrutura do prédio. O banheiro, apesar de pequeno, funcionou bem, mas tinha um mal cheiro constante vindo da estrutura do prédio. Podia também haver um suporte para shampoos e sabonetes junto ao chuveiro. A equipe de atendimento foi nota 10, sempre com sorriso no rosto e muito prestativos. A localização é excelente! Indico a estadia para um casal que deseja passar alguns dias em Roma.
• Santina (6/5): - The bedroom and bathroom were both clean. It had a potent damp smell, but I just assumed it was the drain from the bathroom. I had to self check in as there in no security or reception person from 11. On arrival I had no TV remote so I was unable to relax the next day I was provided with a remote but a button did not work. The breakfast was cold and limited. The communal room was dingy and dark. The surrounding area directly around the hotel felt very unsafe so I made sure I was back before dark which was about 8:30-9:00pm, shame as it would have been nice to go out feeling safe. It was at the very back of a main train station. On a plus side there was a small shop just down stairs. You are woke up extremely early by staff in the morning collecting bedding almost sounds like a building site around 7am. I was woken up by a man in the hall way at 2am screaming for the reception or any one for help. I came out of my room and informed them they would arrive in the morning. The door of the room turns both ways and clicks both ways so the door tomy room didn't feel so safe.

• Arroyo (9/5): Great location - The room was clean and the staff very personable. The power outlets, especially for the refrigerator and coffee had to be switched over to us. Could not use both at the same time.

• Farzad (3/5): stay away from this hotel and all the hotels in that building - Almost nothing, maybe the location almost everything, lack of many things. It is claimed to be a 3star hotel but at best it seems like a 1 star. leaking pipes in toilet,small shower,very low hot water pressure, broken drawers,etc They don’t even let guests to use air con in a 29-30degress hot weather and said aircon is for mid June to Sep only despite it is advertised differently in booking.com And don’t trust the pictures. Picture are a whole world something else.
• Taylor (8/5): Very good - Good location, and good for the price. If you are looking for something reasonable in Rome to sleep it is a great option. I was nervous seeing the bad reviews but now that I stayed it I would definitely return.
