- Paola (6/5): Tutto da rivedere - La posizione è indubbiamente vantaggiosa, il personale accogliente, la colazione buona La struttura necessita di un’importante ristrutturazione; la camera nella quale abbiamo dormito aveva il mobilio fatiscente, il bagno in pessime condizioni (scalda salviette arrugginito, mensola sul lavandino cadente, neanche uno sgabellino per appoggiare il beauty case). Anche la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare. Aggiungiamo anche Il condizionatore non funzionante nella prima giornata di caldo estivo. Soprattutto se rapportato al prezzo esorbitante pagato.

- PRISCILLA (10/5): Estadia Excelente - Hotel excelente, com boa estrutura e limpeza, funcionarios simpaticos e prestativos e está localizado a poucos minutos andando de estação de trem e pontos de onibus o que facilita muito a vida. Voltarei em breve.

- andrea (7/5): Descuido arreglado - Está en una buena ubicación donde puedes coger cualquier trasporte y estar en 5 minutos en el vaticano, u otros sitios, es fácil moverse. Las camareras súper formales. El desayuno bufé muy bueno y variado. Estar en una habitación para 4 donde una cama estaba apoyada al lado del armario y no se podía abrir, me tocó pedir cambio de habitación. ( lo hicieron)La habitación muy justa y los enchufes son escasos y había alguno que no funcionaba.
- Rosalba (7/5): Accogliente ma necessita di qualche attenzione in più - Ho apprezzato molto la reception aperta a tutte le ore, mi ha dato sicurezza avendo viaggiato da sola. Il personale era accogliente e pronto a mettersi a disposizione rispondendo a qualsiasi necessità, rivelandosi anche particolarmente simpatico. La vicinanza alla fermata del tram è un altro punto in favore. Altra caratteristica rara è la presenza di serrande che permettono di godere di un sonno rigenerante a chi come me è amante dell’oscurità per dormire. In più il check out alle 12 è stato apprezzato. Il prezzo era relativamente basso al momento della prenotazione, ma credo che la struttura necessiti di qualche lavoro di ristrutturazione, essendo un po’ datata. Consiglierei un rinnovo delle lenzuola: quelle che mi erano state fornite erano pulite ma presentavano segni di usura (quali strappi) che non mi aspetterei da una struttura alberghiera. Forse un’altra piccola pecca è che avendo il sonno leggero questo è stato in parte disturbato dalle signore delle pulizie, che sono attive già dalle prime ore della mattina, ma probabilmente ciò dipende più dalla mia tolleranza ai rumori che dal loro lavoro.

Cornetto at breakfast was of a good quality. The room was too small: it was hard to walk around the bed. Furniture and bathroom appliances are old. The facility overall needs to be refreshed.

- Maja (5/5): Cena nieadekwatna do warunków. - Ciężko powiedzieć czy coś mi się podobało. Obsluga dość miła. Codzienne ścielenie i wymienianie ręczników to jedyny plus. Nie podobało mi się to, że mimo, że była informacja że przyjezdzamy z dzieckiem warunki były bardzo słabe, między innymi prysznic w którym było bardzo ciężko umyć roczniaka. Miejsca w pokoju aby się poruszać dla dorosłego człowieka było ciężko a co dopiero dla takiego malucha. Łóżeczko dziecięce płatne 10 euro to uważam przesada. Pisząc (bezpłatnych pobyt dla twojego dziecka) a jednak nie bezpłatny bo musisz zapłacić za to żeby mogło gdzieś spać. Oczywiście mamy wybór aby spać z dzieckiem w jednym łóżku ale nie oszukujmy się ciężko spać na urlopie z maluchem. W łazience zlew pęknięty tak samo brodzik, nie było gdzie położyć kosmetyków. Karte którą mieliśmy do pokoju potrafiła się rozmagnesować z dwa nawet trzy razy dziennie więc zaś trzeba było prosić o pomoc. Brak szklanek do wody, czajnika nawet aby móc maluchowi przygotować mleko, z takich podstawowych rzeczy to nie było nic. Cena pobytu nieadekwatna do warunków.

Le camere avrebbero bisogno di un rinfresco perché l'arredamento è un po' vecchiotto, nonostante la camera non fosse modernissima, il soggiorno è andato bene e l'atmosfera generale è ottima

- Serena (9/5): Avevo un po paura invece .. - Parto dal dire che ero molto spaventata nel soggiornare in questo hotel, viste le recensioni… Ma appena arrivata ho notato subito la gentilezza dello staff e che comunque la struttura era molto pulita e accogliente. Lenzuola e letto pulitissimi con asciugamani impeccabili la colazione è più che abbondante viene rifornita in continuo dal Personale. poi è davvero un’ottima posizione per visitare Roma. Zona davvero molto tranquilla difatti, abbiamo lasciato la macchina per strada senza alcun timore. Se devo trovare difetti probabilmente direi poca insonorizzazione delle camere e forse sono un po’ da ristrutturare, ma nulla di compromettente per aver un buon soggiorno

- Heinz Hermann (7/5): ? xgEmpfehlung - Die Lage dicht am Bahnhof Trastevere, mit direkter Anbindung an den Flughafen Fiumicino ist super, auch gibt es sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Zum Hotel selber ist zu sagen das der Check in zügig und professionell war. Die Betten entsprachen unseren Vorlieben. Das Frühstück ist, wie zu erwarten, Italienisch, also Toast, Marmelade und Kaffee, es gibt auch etwas Wurst und Müsli, alles in allem gut, aber etwas spartanisch. Der Geräuschpegel der Umgebung ist bei geöffneten Fenstern etwas laut, wenn auch nicht übermäßig. Das größte Manko, und Hauptgrund weshalb ich dieses Hotel voraussichtlich nicht mehr buchen werde, ist die extrem kleine Duschkabine, ich bin jetzt nicht übermäßig fett, aber selbst meine Begleitung musste zum einseifen aus der Dusche herauskommen, das hat zwar für Lacher bei uns gesorgt, aber ist nicht wirklich komfortabel nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt.

- Filomena (9/5): - La posizione molto centrale e lo staff molto gentile La mancanza di punti di appoggio in camera che mancava di appendiabiti, di comodini (anche sospesi giusto per poggiare gli occhiali) e la televisione non era al muro ma sulla scrivania rendendo non fruibile lo specchio. Anche in bagno l'unica mensolina dello specchio si è rivelata insufficiente

Great staff, clean, hot water, lovely fresh towels, great breakfast. Easy fast tram to city centre. Near train station, good little shops nearby. I love it and will definitely be back. Room a bit small but for the price I am absolutely NOT complaining!

Infelizmente o tecto do quarto onde estava , os cortinados e ferros que o seguravam no texto caíram em cima de mim , quando estava cama e tive que ir ambulância para o hospital. Ninguém do alojamento quis saber de mim , e se precisava de alguma coisa , depois de ter estado hospitalizada. Só a meu pedido e no dia seguinte o Francesco se reuniu comigo a quando da minha saída do hotel . Nem um táxi me providenciaram visto o estado em estava.

Also the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the premises was very old. Air conditioner didn’t work neither the fridge. Musty smelling and I didn’t sleep at all that night. The staff was nice tho
- Vallu (5/5): It’s an OK hotel as hotels go - It’s an ok hotel, it has a bed and a breakfast option. If you have mobility issues be mindful that the hotel is quite far from the center. The bus and tram stops are nearby but the hotel is on a hill top, so there are two flights of stairs you will need to climb up. Also the bus that goes there is usually very crowded, you will not fit if you have luggage. It’s not the hotels fault in it self, but it due is its location. The water inside the hotel is not recommended for drinking, according to the hotel staff, they suggested to fill up our own bottle from a nasone in the street. Remember to take a bottle with you. The AC in our room did not work, so we had to keep a window open but the noise from the street was too loud. Good if you’re into ASMR.

Colazione ricca fino alle 8.00,se ritardati il risveglio e ti presentavi alle 8.30 trovavi solo briciole,nessuno si occupava di reintegrare il buffet ,concentrati solo a sparecchiare.

- Klaudija (7/5): Odlična lokacija. Udaljen 500 metara od Roma Trastavere otkud vozi vlak za aerodrom Fiumicino. Također u blizini se nala - Odlična lokacija, 500 metara do stanice za brzi vlak Roma Trastavere koji vozi do aerodroma Fiumicino. Osoblje jako ljubazno, pomogli su nam nositi kufere. Također imaju ostavu za prtljagu koja je besplatna. Doručak je primjeren cijeni. Stare sobe, zidovi su dosta zamazani kao i tepih u hodniku.

- Isabelle (10/5): - L Hotel est très bien situé à 5 minutes à pied de la gare ferroviaire pour se rendre au Vatican Et à 5 minutes à pieds des bus pour se rendre au colise. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Le personnel est à l ecoute de sa clientèle surtout Jacquobo souriant et bienvaillant. Les cloisons des chambres sont très fines et on attend tout.

- ghino (5/5): - Sicuramente la posizione e lo staff. La posizione perché è vicina alla stazione di Roma Trastevere e si può arrivare in piazza San Pietro con una fermata sola di treno. Altra cosa piaciuta lo staff disponibile e gentile! Sicuramente il fatto che dando sulla strada non è così silenzioso la notte. Altra cosa la camera era un po' sottodimensionata nonostante fosse una matrimoniale, non c'era il termoarredo in bagno e ho trovato un capello nel letto rifatto (può capitare non è un problema). Ultima nota il bocchettone della doccia non funzionava. È stato segnalato alla struttura che ovviamente non poteva saperlo.

However, the receptionist inf - The property was quite old, and the furnishings were worn and outdated I did not like the property or its location. There was human waste in several areas near the hotel, likely due to homeless individuals staying nearby.
