If I go there once again, I will go to the same hotel - The place where the property is located is very convenient for sightseeing and it's easy to get there and back to the railway station. I subtracted one point from the facilities valuation because the door handle inside the bathroom was regularly falling off when you were trying to close it. When I mentioned that to the portier, the portier was a bit surprised about this thing concerning me.

- MAGDALENA (10/5): Klimatyczny, stylowy hotel z duszą i wyjątkową historią. - Hotel ma absolutnie wyjątkowy klimat — stylowy, dopracowany w każdym detalu. Pokoje są przepiękne, a każdy z nich urządzony w nieco innym charakterze, co sprawia, że pobyt staje się jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowy i niepowtarzalny. Szczególne wrażenie zrobiła na mnie możliwość noclegu w apartamencie o powierzchni 120 m² — samo wyobrażenie tego doświadczenia było jak wizja noclegu w muzeum. Ogromnym atutem jest też sama przestrzeń i historia tego miejsca — schody prowadzące do hotelu robią niesamowite wrażenie. Za każdym razem miałam poczucie, że przechodziły nimi pokolenia i wielu niezwykłych ludzi. To miejsce naprawdę ma duszę.

- Hande (10/5): Merkezi, temiz ve çalışanlar yardımcı ve güleryüzlüler, kahvaltıları şahane. - Hotel duomo'ya iki adım, çok merkezi, her yere yürüme mesafesinde. En önemli özelliği bu bence. Kahvaltı diğer kaldığım Avrupa otellerine göre çok iyi. Çeşitlilik fazla. Sabah kahvaltı masalarında yumurta seçeneklerinden, pancake french toasta kadar sipariş verebileceğiniz bir menü bile var ve bunun için ekstra ücret alınmıyor. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve güleryüzlüler.

- James (8/5): Would definitely stay again if I can make sure they put vents in the bathroom. Staff are all amazing!! - The property was close to everything in Florence! The breakfast was great and the staff was so nice all hours of the day! There was no vent fan in the bathroom, so when you showed the whole room got hot. This made it very uncomfortable especially at night before bed. The air doesn’t work super well because the ceilings are so high I would imagine.
- Albert (9/5): Gutes, empfehlenswertes Hotel an ausgezeichneter zentraler Lage. - Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausserordentlich. Sehr vielseitig und frisch mit ausgezeichneter freundlicher Bedienung. Wassergeräusche am Morgen, wenn andere duschen. Klimaanlage schwer steuerbar.

- Bruno (8/5): - Posizione fantastica vicino al duomo in pieno centro storico. Ottimo servizio per il ritiro dell 'auto e il suo ritorno. Non proprio facile da raggiungere con l'auto, abbiamo perso 2 ore nel tentativo di arrivarci col gps(mercato di natale e altri lavori imprevisti),dopodiché abbiamo telefonato alla reception ma non ci ha dato nessun aiuto. Abbiamo allora chiesto a un taxi di farci strada e finalmente siamo arrivati.

- Ronja (8/5): Superhyggelig personale - Helt fantastisk frokost, spesielt god pannekake og cappuccino. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og profesjonelle, og de gjorde det veldig behagelig å være på besøk. Hotellet er også ekstremt sentralt, gangavstand til Duono, museum med david, ponte vecchio bru og togstasjonen Sengen var litt hard. Og jeg skulle ønske turist-skatt ble inkludert i beløpet hos booking.com. Det kom litt overraskende på slutten av besøket selv om jeg hadde lest om det.

- KAMILIA (10/5): - Tout était parfait! Le staff (à l'accueil, ménage, petit dej), l'emplacement à côté du Duomo (avec vue sur le Duomo depuis la chambre), l'excellent petit déjeuner. Superbe expérience dans cette magnifique ville.

- G (3/5): - Tutto lo staff davvero gentilissimo e la posizione ottima camera: pulizia davvero scarsa ,abbiamo dovuto chiedere che venisse pulita. Stanza piccola , porta di ingresso della camera con un centimetro di spiffero tutto intorno. Tende non oscuranti. Magari qualche ciabatta in dotazione in meno ma più pulizia. Il termoarredo tutto arrugginito con polvere davvero datata.
